I ordered a vintage scoop neck black dress. The packaging was HORRIBLE! The dress was supposed to be made of polyester but was actually made of rayon/cotton with extremely POOR STITCHING. I am really disappointed with the quality of all the dresses. The cloth quality is so poor one can't even imagine to wear.
The packaging was also horribe, all the clothes were stuffed badly in one small packet.

This website is awesome for super cute clothes, accessories, and swimsuits on a budget. Make sure to check the sizing chart, as sizing is different. I will continue ordering from this site.

I ordered 3 bathing suits and as per the measurements I even ordered a size bigger and they are big enough (one bathing suit sized XL) for my 6 year old daughter in 2 more years.
The XL bathing suits shorts actually fit my 6 year old.
The dresses that are one size fits all... ridiculous! On the site an adult female is wearing it and it's actually perfect fitting (length as they were mid calf length dresses) for 10-13 year olds.
The blazers were very poor quality!
Would never order from this site... very misleading sizes.

It may take just a little bit longer to get your order, but I was very pleased with the quality of the items that I purchased. I bought a leather watch for under $4 and a swim suit for under $20. You do have to pay attention to the size chart provided for their clothes, but if you do everything fits great. Shipping is free. My watch didn't come with the swim suit, I emailed customer service, they wrote back and sent to to me. I will be ordering from them again.
Ordered 1 item on May 9th, which according to their site should ship within 5-10 business days. On May 19th, I emailed and asked for an ETA. They told me they were having manufacturer issues and that it wouldn't be available until the 29th. So on the 20th, I asked them to cancel order. They responded with a tracking number and from there on insisted that the order had "shipped out" and closed 3 different support tickets on me. I was never able to get anyone on the phone. I confirmed with the shipping company repeatedly that they hadn't received the package until the 28th. In the interim, I asked multiple times that my order be canceled and card refunded. They refused.
The only upside to this is that it's being sent from New York, not China, so now that it's finally actually shipping, it shouldn't be too much longer. If I'm unsatisfied with the product I may burn it instead of dealing with their customer service again.

To be honest - I am a little surprised on the negative reviews to this site. I'm a very small, petite woman. Shopping for clothing that fits me in the USA is almost next to impossible unless I want Hello Kitty all over it or pay outrageous prices! So, when I found rosegal (and two similar sites) I was so excited! I've used all three sites and rosegal has been the only one to deliver and have good products! Their prices are great. Their products are great. The shipping and receiving time is good, too. I especially love how they have modest clothing - even modest swim suits!:-) That's something that is very difficult to find! I will continue shopping at this site and I will continue telling my friends and family about it!

I never received my tracking information. I never received an invoice. I NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEM! I waited almost two months before contacting customer service (I figured it was coming from overseas and it can take a while sometimes) and when I did they wanted my order number. Fortunately I had taken a screenshot of it at the time of purchase. The only thing that happened correctly was my credit card being charged! They are currently only offering me a partial refund or to reship my order if I pay for 50% of it... again. The only way I would have been able to receive a full refund is if I had purchased insurance. I don't remember seeing an option for that since this was now months ago... but if it was there it probably cost almost as much as my product. Very disappointing.

I order a green cocktail dress very pretty for my daughter Sweet 16 the dress was very simple. I order the dress the ending of May. I received it last week. The dress was horrible! It look absolutely nothing and I do mean nothing like it was advertise. First mistake there false advertisement. Then when I complain about the dress they sent me look nothing like the dress i order and the workmanship was horrible, zipper was not sewn correctly. The thread was loose all over the dress and really it look like a teenage girl made a dress for the first time. They told me I can return it for my refund minus the 15% restock an also i have to pay to send it back to china. So exactly how much will be my refund nothing. So i get no refund or dress. The other option they gave me was to keep the horrific dress and get only 10% of my money back. Really Really? I wish i never order from this company they false advertise, and I bought thing to coordinate with that dress based on the picture they advertise. Now I have too scramble and find a replacement dress. WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE AGAIN!

The bathing suits are HORRIBLE! ALL of them. The sizes are OFF, the Quality is HORRIBLE... 2 were so Thin and Nothing like suit material and the other 2... the sizes we a joke! The one review of them putting pictures of of models and making a Cheap very Cheap version is Right On! Never would order from them again! Not even bothering to send back and waste more $$ since I can see that i'll never see my $$ anyway and be bothered with shipping it all back. It also was the longest order I've ever had to wait for.
