I ordered the first bathing suit, paid way more than I should have to be able to track it and I waited for a month then asked them what the deal was and they said it was out of stock bc SO MANY PEOPLE were ordering the same bathing suit. Sure it's cute but I don't think you could run out of a bathing suit like that so quickly since there are so many bad reviews on this site. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and say, "Alright, maybe it was just one bad experience". I get the bathing suit and I was so happy to get it until I realized... it was too small. I am not a very big person but I suppose my torso isn't the size of a child's so it did not fit. This is supposed to be for an adult? Maybe a very small stereotypical Asian adult. Now I figured okay, just order it in a bigger size and not order it with "express" shipping (if you can call it that). I have been waiting since April 21 to receive what should have only taken a few weeks to get here. What makes it worse is that is says "06-May-2015 05:56 PM Departed Warehouse to Sort Facility.
06-May-2015 09:39 PM Shipment picked up.
07-May-2015 05:56 PM Departed Sort Facility to UNITED STATES".
It has said that and only that since May 7th. I sent a message recently but i doubt they will get back to me very quickly and if they do get back to me quickly there will be more excuses. I feel as though I have wasted my time, my money, and I feel generally hurt that a company like this would take advantage of others so easily.

My point, telling excuses or giving us coupons will not make the situation better. Having better shipping and better customer service will make things better.

I ordered 14 prices from this company a week ago. Just received two things from my order. 1- a LARGE tank top. (Just had my 6 year old neighbor try it on and it fits here perfectly. She wears a 6x in children's!). 2-a floral yellow dress. It came and is as thin as lingerie and is black and white. Such a crappy company! When you try to call them about a refund and to cancel the rest of the order the phone that answers sounds like a personal voicemail that is full. So annoying. Every time I see them advertised on Facebook I will comment on how crapoy they are!

I ordered $100 worth of clothing without checking the reviews first, and I am regretting it badly. My order did come quickly (about 7 days) but the clothing I did get looked NOTHING like the photos! Not that I expected them to be exact due to the cheap prices, but what I received was that of bad Halloween costume quality. On top of that, they wouldn't fit a two year old and I ordered a Medium. They also have a weird chemical smell coming off of them that made me dizzy. Definitely don't want this stuff on my body! From what I've read, I'm SOL on getting my money back so I will just spread the word as much as I can! Wonder why all the pictures show models without heads? That is because they are stolen from other websites and then this company makes a cheap knockoff of the real thing that is unwearable! Please don't make the same mistake that I did

I have never been so disappointed with an online store in my life. I ordered almost 200 dollars worth of clothes for my upcoming trip, and I am disappointed with every piece of it. The dresses are so short they can hardly pass as a shirt. The material is cheap and awful. Nothing looks like the pictures. I am so so so disappointed and would strongly advise everyone to avoid this website at all costs! Yes the prices are appealing, but it's so not worth it.

I've ordered a few things off a rosegal. I have ordered 2 dresses for 2 different occasions, about 2 weeks in advance, and they have both come in time and were exactly as pictured (and fit nicely as well!). I have ordered a few other items (rompers, tops) that have also been very nice, as pictured items! It seems a lot of concerns people are having is with shipping, but if you order it with enough time in advance, it will get to you on time (I really recommend getting a tracking #). Remember, this stuff is not expensive what so ever, so to me, I can deal with my clothes taking 2 weeks to get to me rather than pay for the EXACT ITEM in a boutique for 5x as much. Also, they provide size charts... use them! Their sizing is different for every item, and the charts provide you with exact measurements so you can see what size you need. Never assume you're always a small, xsmall, etc.! In addition, they also have great customer service, who has always given me great, detailed responses about any questions I have. I have yet to have a negative experience with them, and will continue to shop there.

I ordered two tops from Rosegal. I waiting almost 2 months for them to arrive and they are soooooo bad I would never wear them - threads hanging out all over the place, facings showing on the right side - generally cheap and AWFUL!
I also stupidly did not see the size chart and ordered 2X thinking it was an American size comparison - the tops would fit my daughter who wears a size small. They are going straight into the garbage. $35 down the drain because there are no instructions re how to return anything. I don't know how I got the impression that I was ordering from a European website, but somehow they made that impression. DO NOT ORDER THIS GARBAGE - IT IS THE WORST OF THE WORST ASIAN CRAP IMAGINABLE!

LIARS AND THIEVES

I order on April 11 paid for expedited shipping 3-7 days and after contacting them they said it's not late you got till June 23 before its late and then said they shipped it by flat rate shipping THIEVES and charge me for expedited shipping then ship it one month later I still don't have it

What they e-mail me one month later
The three items are in the other two packages that are sent out on April 23rd and 24th by flat rate shipping LIARS 15 days to process and it was shipped on the 26 of April and over a month now no items yet!
"Although most orders sent with this service provider can arrive between 7 and 25 working days, some orders can be delivered up to 45-60 days after their dispatch. We shipped on April 23rd. Therefore your delivery deadline will expire on June 23rd"

Shameless Scammers

I ordered some things, and wish I hadn't

Luckily I followed up, and used Paypal, so the transaction could be reversed/refunded.

They hadn't processed my order after a month of receiving it. Didn't contact me until I followed up and had an array of excuses including that they couldn't accept a Paypal payment, and repeatedly asked for my Credit Card details. Another suggestion was for me to do a cash/Western Union transfer, despite already providing proof of a successful Paypal transaction.

I got lucky - but I believe that many others have experienced similar issues, or received goods that were mod certainly not of an acceptable quality.

I have informed Paypal and hope that they will break all association with this 'company'.

I will never make an online purchase without reading reviews again. Lesson learnt.

So they offered me money back only if I took down my reciew here on this site. When I said yes, They turned around and required me to mail All of clothing back to them except the bathing suits in order to get my money back, and then they where only gonna give me partial credit and not the full amount. They are definitely not true to their word. I'm so upset that that I'm just gonna throw all the clothing I ordered in the garbage and call it a loss. I can't wear that garbage due to the extensive miss sizing on their part. The crappy fabric and the terrible craftsmanship is best kept in the garbage where it belongs. I'm tired of emailing them back and forth. By the time I do the return like they want
Me to, I will more likey see less than one quarter of my money back.
If that. I'm surprised to see that response to my posting on this site in such proper language and proper grammar. If I could show you the responses I got in an email, you'd see that it's all for show so they can see like they care about you. They really don't. Don't fall for those beautiful photos. Nothing looks or feels like they advertise. I'm not a miss gruntled customer, just one that's disappointed in this company. I had such high hopes. Next review I'm gonna post pictures of the terrible items.

I always get such a kick our of phony reviews placed by a company. Especially when they aren't intelligent enough to write them in any better English than they use to respond to my emails... which is HORRIBLE. Still haven't recieved my order and they said since I didn't opt to pay for tracking, they have no way of telling me where my package it. Paying for tracking was NOT offered when I ordered. Their solution?: "Call your post office and ask them". ASK THEM WHAT? Where the package is you can't give me a tracking number for? Should I just give them my name and assume they know me, all my shipping activities, and where any one of my packages may be? HORRIBLE COMPANY.

I bought what was supposed to be a fiftys style dress. And i paid extra to have it rushed delievered and not only was it late but when i called the number to talk to someone about it no one ever answered. When it finally arrived it was stuffed into a small packaging envelope and was very poorly made and it was the furthest thing from fiftys style, infact it was more like morman style. So disappointed with this site and will never shop there again.

Don't bother

It seems the reviewers here actually work for Rosegal. If you submit a ticket to them you will see that the way they are 'speaking' (typing) is exactly the same poor way they respond to tickets.
Don't bother. The sizes are all wrong, and they wait so long to respond that the return time gets burned down. Realize you have to return these things to China as well. So imagine the return shipment chargers (of which they don't pay).

Very Disappointed
May 23, 2015

I ordered a swim suit from Rosegal and paid for expidited shipping. I checked my tracking information yesterday because I ordered earlier in the week so it should've came, and my tracking number said that it was shipped and signed for! I never recived the package or signed for it. I couldn't be any more upset. On top of the fact I can't contact anyone about it for four days considering it is the weekend and Monday is a holiday. Extremely pissed. Next time I will read the reviews first.

I am 5,9 and weigh 130 pounds, I ordered all large clothing and they were all 100% smalls that they sent me. The quality on the one item that actually fit is horrible! Black strings hanging from the bathing suit, could tell they threw it together and didn't even bother to finish stitching it. I understand buyer beware and you get what you pay for, but wow! This is the worst I have ever received in regards to online shopping!

Having a HORRIBLE digital customer experience with Rosegal - I placed an order for a jumper I saw online via facebook, clicked on it, ordered it and paid via paypal - without setting an account up with rosegal - I didn't get an order confirmation number, no email confirming my order is still outstanding and my credit card has been charged. I tried to put a inquiry into the online support for post sales. As I filled in the form it asks for the order number if you have one - yet its a mandatory field - typing I"I don't have one" means you cannot submit the request... This is the WORSE Customer experience ever.
