I wear M but I order L size, because I know they are small people, but the L size look like XS size. They do false advertisement. Probably take the picture from a nice magazine, that why the majority of the model' face are covered and put in their web site. The fabric is completely different from the picture and the quality is terrible. I am not going to do any return because I do not want to spend more money with this trash. I should have looked the reviews before I ordered, but now is too late. I am sure these good reviews are writing by them.

Hello everyone! I 'm very satisfied with all the products (clothes, shoes, bags, accessories) I have received from Rosegal and I will continue shopping! I learned how to choose the correct size which was my initial mistake and now I'm really enjoying wearing their products! I definetely recommend it!

Don't ever buy anything from here. Clothes do not look like the pictures! Cheap frabic and not made well. They over charge, items are worth $5 but they charge $15! Oh and let's not mention the return policy is unacceptable! I will NEVER purchase anything else from here again

I've read a couple of reviews trashing Rosegal and I don't understand why because I've ordered plenty of items and everything has arrived to me and everything looks identical to the picture and the clothing quality is absolutely amazing. By far my favourite website to shop on!
I would give it a ZERO if it was an option.
I ordered what looked like a cute dress on the Rosegal site. What a joke! I knew for the price I wasn't getting a high-end dress but WOW. I at least thought it would be comparable to Forever 21 quality. It didn't look as cute in person AT ALL and the quality was SO poor. It was falling apart and as soon as I tried it on the back totally ripped down the middle! What a complete WASTE of money. Never again.

I ordered a white romper and was so excited to get it because the picture made it look adorible! Wyatt misleading! First, it came a week late. Second, it looked NOTHING like the picture. Third, the material is extremely cheap, thin, and has loose threads! Do NOT order from here!

I ordered two items, but separately. The first item is my vintage one-piece swimsuit, and i love it! It's exactly like the one in the picture, fits, and everything. The only down side was the shipping. It took about a month to get to me. Then with my second item (a dress), it took only two weeks to get to me. The difference is that I bought a tracking number with this item. I think it's worth it for 2-3 dollars more. I got the chiffon butterfly print maxi dress. It is exactly like the one in the picture! I love it as well. Again one down side is they only gave me two strings to tie the dress in the back... and there's three loops. I'm guessing there's supposed to be three strings. So to sum up, at least the items are exactly like the one in the pictures so far, shipping I recommend getting a tracking number, and be sure to check everything once you get your items. I still shop at this site, and love it when I finally get them!
I will never ever order from them again I ordered 2 bathing suits and only received the top to one of them and the that is it... at first they were answering my email now its been more then one month no bathing suits, no refund and no answers...

I've had nothing but great experiences with Rosegal. The products I've ordered have been exactly what was advertised and their shipping is actually better than I expected it to be. Their customer service is exemplary and I've always gotten timely responses to any questions I've had.
You won't receive your item. I ordered mine 3 weeks before Christmas and STILL haven't received all of it. I've sent multiple messages which are responded to in multiple bs ways. I've heard it is held up at my local post office - which it's not - to Christmas was busy just now shipping. They use Hungarian shipping so tracking is next to impossible. I've requested a refund no less than 7 times and still no refund. Just get ignored now.

I order a playsuit from here and it arrived within the time frame given (quicker than I expected tbh). The material wasn't as good as in the photo but I expected that at £10 and it's no worse than what you get from sites like boohoo etc. The colours are just as lovely and it's fits okay, not perfect but acceptable for my holiday. Maybe I just got lucky I duno? I worried after reading these reviews so I thought I'd write about my experience. I certainly wouldn't spend lots of money, at £10 I wasn't majorly concerned if I lost it. Just in case.

I ordered several items, all are poor quality. I ordered small and medium sizes based on their size chart. All but one item fit, it was extremely large even though it said medium. I tried to return the item, but it was so frustrating. There was back and forth e-mails to try to get a ticket number, and return info to send back the item. Finally they said I can return the item for 85% off, because I ordered a medium and the item was a medium. However, after 3 e-mails which included attachment images required by the site for the return, I still do not have any return information. I have given up, and will just donate the item.

It took about a month for my order to arrive to my doorstep to open it up and see the box it was placed in crushed and the romper i ordered was very wrinkly fit on top but was husge on the bottom the shoes were just so ugly and looked nothing like the picture this website can die
