Rosegal's customer service is a joke. They shipped my package to the wrong address. Don't talk to Tiffany because she's an idiot. They keep trying to argue the wrong address, when it clearly says in the email (that was sent to me) the proper address it said my bathing suits would be shipped to. I don't think I'm going to be getting my bathing suits or my money back. This website is a scam & a joke.

In just under two years of being in business hundreds of thousand horrifying reviews for this company have been posted on the internet.
They take 'sexy' looking photos that they find online on places like instagram and Tumblr and they post them on the're online shops and attach a very appealing price. Once you have selected your items, pay for them, and are in the waiting prosess they then look at the order and the materials they have and decide if they can recreate the items for you. If they can they will make a cheap version of what you wanted and sometimes a whole different item for example if you ordered a long sleve dress and they don't have much in the way of material for that they will just make you a short sleeve or sleveless dress. This explains why they never come in as you want and it explains why it takes many months for your order to come in. Some wait up to 6 months.
If they do not have the time, material, or people to make your item they will close your file while keeping your payment and no longer reply to any support tickets you send them. This is easiest for them and is the most common complaint.
For myself, they sent me half my order. It took months to get to me and many emails and threats and now I am still months later fighting for the rest of my money back for the items they did not produce for me.
Many more will go through this terrifying prosess before action is taken.

4 months after placing my order and 3 months after contacting them after their compensation deadline, with no response, I still have not received my order. I did, however, receive a business reply in my last review telling me to "please kindly wait". I'm quite sure 4 months is long enough. Do yourself a favor, do not waste your time. It's a scam. I ordered two items and paid for expedited shipping. Evidently the items were back ordered and I was never made aware of that. They had no problem processing my payment instantly, but took numerous complaint tickets for someone to even tell me what was going on. It has now been 22 days and I have not seen a refund that was promised. ALSO my roommate ordered $140 worth the clothing and not one item looks like the picture. They are poor quality, awkward sizes and some even unwearable.

Shipping takes forever and I still haven't gotten my shirt and it's been almost a month. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. I never received a confirmation email with my order number or an email stating it had shipped just got a charge on my card for no item. I couldn't even contact the company because on the order confirmation page after I placed my order it never gave me a confirmation number there either and just errored out after a few seconds. So, I have no order information, no tracking emails and no shirt.

I bought a t-shirt and I received it after a few weeks without any problems. It fit perfectly. I was worried at first about the measures, but I followed the instructions and trusted the measures they report on the webpage, and everything went well! I am very happy with the t-shirt and I am waiting now to receive my second purchase.
I bought 6 things from Rosegal, and I enjoy all of my purchases. It took about 2 weeks for my stuff to get here, but that is understandable since it doesn't ship from the USA. I bought shorts, 4 shirts, and a dress. And they are all super cute. Some of the shirts and the dress are made of a thin material, so an undershirt and a slip and necessary, but that's no big deal, since I wear those all the time anyways! Customer service got back to me super fast, when I was concerned about my package, but the day I contacted them, I received my order. So overall I really liked Rosegal and think for the price the things are great! I spent $50 for 6 things. I will definitely shop again!

For those of you who have not received your refund I would strongly urge you to persist by contacting them via all means suggested particularly the use of their tickets, but follow up with telephone calls to get through to them. I've had a good experience so far by buying two dresses. Can't wait to receive my two bathing suits. It's really easy to buy things and all the shipping process is explain so that way we know what to expect! I've purchased 8 items in total through this website and I have not had a single problem with any of them. I'm genuinely impressed with the quality of the clothing and jewellery I purchased. It's a really affordable website and I really do recommend it to many of my friends.
I ordered four swimsuits. I went by their sizing charts, that would have been a little big for me if the charts were accurate. All four suits were so unevenly proportioned not even a well endowed Tinkerbell could fit into the tops. Everything is child size, except the size of the cups on the suits, so you can't even give them to your kids. Very disappointing. Maybe One out of 10 of the children they have throwing these clothes together can actually measure and will get your sizing right. Ordering from them is a gamble at best. If you like throwing your money away this is the online store for you.

Despite the bad reviews, I had decided to order anyway considering the prices were so great. Firstly, I had to pay additional service fees when I received my package so that already put me off. Then I open my package and the quality of the products was a joke. I could not believe how cheap and different they looked from the photo. It looked like Halloween costume material. I made a purchase before reading reviews on March 22 2015. I still have NOT received my package and it is May 12th. I have made several attempts to contact them and all i get in return is "i didn't purchase insurance" so basically it's my fault i didn't get the package. I think Rosegal is a good place to shop. Customers need to pay attention to the sizing (not everything will fit everyone), and the "priority shiiping" because those things seem to get delivered faster. Most negative statements made reguarding Rosegal, as I investigated, were unfortunately user error. Rosegal is great about including all sizing and measurments for clothes, and they are very informative as far as possible delivery times. If you take the time to look over and read the website, it gives you great information. I love Rosegal and will continue to shop with them.
I was a little wary of ordering from Rosegal at first due to all of the negative reviews I had read, but honestly, my experience with them has been quite the opposite! I ordered four articles of clothing (see the pics for a pair of leggings and letterman jacket I ordered) about a month ago and they were all delivered within two weeks time, in great condition, and of excellent quality. I was actually pretty surprised! On top of that there were no hidden taxes or fees when it was delivered to my door. I don't know if Rosegal has changed their internal structure or policies or what, but they have been nothing but helpful to me ever since. Of course, what everyone says about ordering up a size and making sure there are user pictures of the items to reference is a no duh, and you should do that with any online clothing site.
