Not only were the pants I ordered so small they could fit a child, but two items did not even have tags on them. They have deleted my messages to them and will not get back to me. Their phone number is not an actual number, this site is nothing but a trap. They have taken my money and I have not even gotten my money back for the items I have not received yet. This is the worst site I have ever ordered from.
I ordered items in early February one item came within 2 weeks. It came with no packing slip or any kind of tags, not even a size or how to clean tag. Sizes are small, but I was able to make mine work. Second item came 8 weeks after original order, unfortunately I had already gone to Mexico and no longer needed the swimsuit cover. Oh well happy I got my items but will probably not order again. As I have no way to return the items I will keep them because what else can I do without a return slip. At least they were inexpensive.

Horrible! Took forever to get order, then it was missing items. Because I did not keep the plastic packaging the other items were sent in, they will not replace the item or refund it. Ridiculous, items I did receive were poor quality and sizing was WAY off. Will NEVER order again.

I ordered 2 of the same swimsuits and read the reviews on site. One question was did the suit have a bottom and they said yes, bikini style. The bottom was a thong, the suit was see through. I cannot find an order number, tried to contact customer service. It said enter your order number if you have one, but then wouldn't let you proceed without the order number. I not only have one piece of crap, I have two.

How is this company still operating!? I order two months ago... they only shipped out half my order?!... Fortunately I was able to get a refund for the two unshipped items but when the two shirts i'd ordered finally came (60 days later...)- they were complete garbage. The quality was awful.

I ordered a swimsuit from rosegal and I love it! Exactly as shown in the picture, I measured in the way that the site recommends to find the correct size. I see a lot of reviews that complain about the size but you have to keep in mind that this is not US American style sizing. Measure, measure, measure! It came before the expected delivery date and I can't wait to order more this summer!
I bought something from it came poorly paced without my order number which you need to communicate with them. It was defective and they won't let me return it. They keep asking me for a picture which doesn't fit in their online form. They also keep sending me their return policy which I've told them that I've read. When I follow their return policy and ask them for a return address, the don't give it to me. They just keep asking me for a picture of what I bought that doesn't fit in their online form. They are trying to hang me until the 30 days is over then they'll say "Outta luck - its past 30 days!" When they write back, their notes are full of typos. It's very unprofessional! DONT EVER BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT PLACE! GO ELSEWHERE. There are many other well-priced places out there.

I bought a dress that was one size fit all because it was a big bat-wing style dress. It took me two and a half months to receive it and what a piece. It was made out of that cheap costume material they make kids costumes out of from CVS. It wouldnt even fit my 9 year old it was sooo small and I am a small lady as well. Received a gold necklace that was actually a PLASTIC necklace painted gold... yes, painted gold! I made an order of 140 $, the second day they send me a false tracking number( i made the order on 24th of april and the tracking number said my order was delivered on 18th of april already). I ordered six blouses/shirts I ordered a Medium, like I always do from anywhere. Shirts arrived and luckily I have a petite 10 year old daughter because otherwise it would have been a complete waste of money. I am so disappointed in this company... yes, the items were inexpensive, but they are absolutely ridiculous when it comes to returning them. I purchased two dresses... first, they look NOTHING like the pictures. I am generally a medium, but like my clothes a little roomy, so I ordered both dresses in larges. Honestly, I am only 5'3" and 135... I shouldn't need an EXTRA LARGE... so I get the package and am disappointed in them immediately, but I took them home to try them on... I am also not very well endowed, but in order for these dresses to fit, I would have had to be FLAT chested. I spent $45.85 on the dresses. I asked customer service to send me a label to return them since they didn't fit. Well, they go on with the fact that you need to do customs and the cost of the return is on me and then once it is returned, they have a "re-stocking" fee... they asked if I'd like a 20% coupon for my next purchase or if I'd like a refund of whatever percentage they are giving... I told them to just give me the refund and I'll donate the dresses to a women's shelter. I spent $45.85 and am receiving a refund of $8.79. I asked them to REMOVE me from their mailing list. I will never purchase from them again... I'm literally out $37.00... NEVER AGAIN!
