I ordered two blouses which were ripped on both arms plus i noticed on delivery packet that costoms stuck a label saying not European quality standards. I can't get in contact with rosgal as i also had ordered a dress which never arrived. What a rip off.

Rip off

I ordered a dress and a bathing suit in the first week of March and only have received the swimsuit which I ordered a medium and it literally fit my 6 year old niece! Now here it is 60 days to the dot an have yet to receive my dress. I'm going to guess the dress will probably be as wrinkled as the bathing suit an not fit either. Will never order from here again!

They refused my credit card and asked that I use western union. Uh, no! I've NEVER had a problem with my credit card so I get the impression they want my cash and leave me without the consumer protection a credit card offers. They would not explain their reasons to me. I'd give them 0 stars if allowed.

I ordered two cute dresses from this site, just received one today and looks nothing like the picture from the site, the material is cheap, the thread is already coming off the dress, it literally looks like they sewed everything together in 10 mins. I am very dissapointed and I recomend for people not to order from this website. I have another dress coming in and I am scared to see what it's going to look like.

I ordered a swimsuit from here and after I finished I decided to read the comments and saw that almost all of them were people saying they never received their order and didn't get their money back. Hoping it wasn't true I decided to track my package and the tracking number was invalid! Hope it was a mistake and I get what I paid for.

I ordered a shirt and a bathing suit to try out the site. They have a lot of cute clothes and was ready to become a regular customer if it worked out. I even allowed for a long time to deliver as it is overseas. It took 4 weeks to receive. I used the measuring charts and carefully measured myself. I even ordered the shirt 2 sizes larger than I normally would after reading reviews. The shirt was made of a horrible material. I normally wear a ladies small or medium. I ordered an extra large. It was STILL too small. The bathing suit I also ordered one size larger. There is NO WAY I could fit in it even after adhering to their measurements. I didn't spend enough to argue for a refund but I would NEVER buy anything from that site again.

Disappointed

I have not even received my Rosegal order yet and I am already disappointed. I ordered my items on Wednesday and on Thursday, I was reading the online reviews for Rosegal. After reading about the sizes (order larger than your normal size), I immediately emailed the company to see if I could change my size. My order was still being processed and had NOT shipped yet. The customer service policy states that your email will be responded to within 24 hours. Last night, (a full 4 days later from my purchase), I receive a reply back stating that they were not able to mail me a larger size because my item has now been shipped. I feel that if they could have made this adjustment for me since I addressed the issue days before the item was actually shipped. Shame on me for not thoroughly researching a company that I was buying from, but poor customer service on an item that I am sure will not fit and I will not be sending back overseas due to high return costs. My coworkers asked for honest feedback about the company before they purchase, but I will NOT be recommending them.

All of my orders have been received in good quaility at a great price. Customer service is amazing, I communicated by email and always received a fast reply. I was even contacted out of the blue to see if there was anything they could do to make my experience with them better. Very friendly.

$#*!ing terrible, have not received a refund in over the 30 day period I ordered March 23 2015 expedient shipping. Never recieced my order so I call after a thousand times and they finally answer hella rude sounded like some guy at his house. Saying I will recieve my full refund in 30 days. Today is May 2nd still no refund im sad and $#*!ing annoyed

We expedited the processing of the refund when the customer contacted us. It doesn't appear this was properly communicated to the customer. We will also contact the customer to apologize for the delay and offer an accommodation for their troubles and inconvenience. We feel that this is the least we can do in the circumstances.

I wear a size 6/medium in U.S. sizes and I ordered a large judging from the size chart shown on the website. The quality in person vs the website was VERY POOR! A casual dress I ordered that says *one size fits all* was definitely not the case. It looked like it could fit a person 3 ft tall in a size 2 or smaller. The bathing suit I ordered was poorly made. I will never order from here again! It's not even worth sending back because it will cost more to send it back that the material itself.

I have seen many people complain about Rose Gal. However, it is very rare for a website to give just one item that is really cheap for free shipping. I ordered many accessories along with three dresses. So far, I received the dress and the accessories. You just have to be exact with your measurements. It takes time to arrive but it is worth it. The staff is very helpful and willing to answer questions as long as you are polite.

I ordered some clothing from rosegal and it was awful! Everything was not even made the same way the photos have pictured on the models. Different fabrics and colors all together. There were strings hanging out everywhere and no tags which seems sketchy. It's like someone was trying to recreate a beautiful outfit and had a 5 year old make it. I am disappointed and am getting my money back through PayPal and hopefully PayPal can shut down their business with them because it makes PayPal look bad to partner with an u trustworthy site. I waited 2 weeks for my stuff then I still haven't received a outfit I ordered! So annoying!
