I ordered two bathing suits after using the size charts and it is way too small. This is a size large if your an A cup. This is such a wrong fit and the customer service helpline is always unavailable. Do not buy from them. The picture of the model is on a large breasted women and it is false advertising. I want my money back.

Fantastic Value

I have ordered four times so far and bought a lot each time I always opt for free shipping which takes a while but its worth the wait. Their clothes are good quality and the jewellery is fantastic quality. I have just ordered less than a week ago and I plan on ordering again the clothes are like designer clothes at wholesale prices

SCAMMERS!

I tried to order a swimsuit from this site tonight, and kept getting an error code saying my card was not authorized... I received 3 different emails confirming my purchase, but when I clicked on the link, it still said I need to enter my credit card information. My bank just locked my account, and both my debit and credit cards do not work, all because I ATTEMPTED to purchase from this website!

I do not recommend!

So after I wrote my review about my defective bathing suit. Rosegal wrote back on this site that they were sorry and wanted to work with me. They claimed they sent me an email. Well don't you believe that. I guess that was just for appearances on this site! I waited two days, kept checking for the email, I looked in my junk mail too! Nothing! Nothing in my email from them. Do not purchase from them! 1

Just received my romper that I ordered 2 months ago. The item is way to small and looks NOTHING like the item pictured. The fabric is cheap silky material and its horribly made. I DO NOT recommend buying from this site, totally a lie! It also wont let me leave a review on there site for the romper.

I ordered an item over a month ago. I emailed them a week ago and asked where my item was and never received a reply. I finally got a tracking number a day after I email them that said my item should be here the 24th of April. My item didn't come so I checked the tracking the 29th and it said my item was still in New York where it was shipped from over two weeks ago. I contacted rosegal again to cancel my order. They said since it has been shipped already they won't cancel it. If it had been shipped when they said it was I would have received it already. I will never order from this site again. Horrible service.

Disappointed!

After reading so many reviews, good and bad, I decided to give it a try. I'm sooooo disappointed! Ordered what looked like a cute royal blue lace dress, a black asymmetrical (cotton) dress but it's the cheapest polyester material I've ever seen and a metal tone with black stretch belt. I'm glad I decided to order two months in advance because I really wanted to see what this blue lace dress was about since I wanted it for a wedding: big mistake! This dress is made from cheap material almost like Halloween costume material. The fit was perfect, however the length was beyond short! Mind you I'm 5' tall and 130lbs. I ordered a large and for every step I took the dress rode up and you could literally see my bum! The black asymmetrical dress is the worst material, maybe made for one use if that, because the cut and hem is terrible! Seems like they just grabbed some scissors and cut through without hemming and a crooked cut! The only good thing about my order was the belt, very well made, cute and stylish, a bit snug (28 waist) but I can stretch it out with a few uses. Ladies please save your money, if anything accessories is your best bet!

DON'T DO IT!

I bought 3 dresses all in XL so I could have them altered to fit. Here's my opinion... First, buy the items 2 months before you actually need them. Unless you're 12 yrs old and weigh 90 lbs or anorexic, don't plan on the clothes fitting. Horrible quality especially the chiffon. Just don't buy it. You get what you pay for. I should have known that.

Do NOT buy from this site... I have been scammed by them for £350 and have never received any goods! They ignore all emails and have told me they cannot retrieve the money from the account it went to as the bank have frozen it! And cannot send me my order as they can't get the money ---- even though it's in the account the sent me the details to! Please do not let them steal from you!

Disappointed
April 29, 2015

I ordered three dresses from rosegal and waited for them about 3 weeks. No problem considering where they are coming from. I ordered in the end of March the first of April. But when they came I was very upset. I needed these dresses to wear to my sons wedding in June. It is now the end of April the first of May the dresses were marked 2x and 3xx ( those are the sizes I wear) but these dress are sooo small I didn't even try them on. I did find a site that will sell new or gently used clothing called swap.com to try to recuperate my money. My suggestion is don't bother with "Rosegal.com" its not worth the trouble.

This place isn't even worth one star. They are dishonest. You may have lost your money, but be thankful their crap didn't reach you. They use sub prime materials based on the body type of a chineses woman. The clothes DO NOT fit American women! I, also, got ripped off and will see neither my money or merchandise again. I keep telling people to report them to the Attorney Generals office so they can chech this plCe out for themselves and force them not to sell to Americans. This is the only way we can get justice & get them out of business!

I discovered Rose Gal while searching the web for vintage clothing. I found super cute dresses and skirts in from vintage 50' and 60' inspired designs to the trends of the day. Prices are very reasonable and for the rice the quality is good. There are some finishing problems with threads not being cut but overall very well made clothes. Shipping is good about 4 weeks from placing orders. Sizes run small but the sizer charts are very helpful. If in doubt go a size up. I had ordered a skirt that went out of stock and RoseGal contacted me and advised that the skirt was no longer available. They arranged for a credit and I got a skirt and stockings for the same rice as the skirt i had originally ordered. Very leased with their customer service.

Ordered this a few weeks ago, Shipping was quick. Just received today and none of it fits. I normally wear med-large in all clothing, knowing that Asian clothing runs small, I ordered X-Large in this stuff just to make sure.
Still didn't work. They MIGHT fit my 15 year old 100 lb. Granddaughter... The clothing is marginal at best, and they want over $30 to send back to them. Hell this stuff isn't worth the bother, when I only paid $56 bucks total. Live and learn, I'm 56 bucks lighter but 100% wiser! Don't be fooled, unless you have so much money that you don't care if you lose it...

I enjoy shopping at Rosegal.
They have cheap clothing and and even have coupons. Great customer service as well.
Most items are in sizes for Asians so be sure to check sizes before you order.

Terrible such a scam!

I ordered a couple of swimsuits from them and paid the extra money to have i expressed shipped. My bank account was charged but i still have not recieved it and doubt i will. I also never recieved a confirmation email so i have no clue what my order number is! I tried to call the number on the website and it doesnt work i also tried emailing them and havent heard back! So i guess im just out my money because i have no other way of contacting them? This is the first and will be the last time i order from them especially after reading everyone elses feedback! What a scam!

Sizing

I bought a dress and a bathing suit. I followed their sizing chart for both. The dress was nice but the bathing suit was extremely long. I am 5 foot 4 and would have had to have been at least six foot four to fit this bathing suit. There was no information on the sizing chart as per the length of the bathing suit only for the bust waist and hips. The suit was strapless and 27 inches long. You might have better luck with the two piece bathing suits. I think probably everything on this site is a hit or miss. You never know what you're going to get. But i think the prices reflect this. It's risky.

I don't know what's going on lately. I've been purchasing from them and was not complaining. Even if it took a little while but I ordered 2 items last August/September so that's 6 LONG months! The least they can do is email customers back and explain themselves why it's taking longer..
