The prices on this site will lure you in! Must I say the prices speak for themselves! Cheap prices, cheap clothing. I ordered 3 dresses and only received 2 of them. Also ordered a shirt that looks like the trimming of the shirt was cut by a child with sissors. Very very poor quality. Strings were hanging everywhere from the clothing. The only things that were half way decent in my order were a pair of heels and the jewelry (which is cheaply put together as well). Just beware of ordering clothes from Rosegal must i warn you! Don't waste your money!

I receive an email not to long ago from your company to apologize for the bad service your company has for taking more than 5 months with what i ordered still to this day havent recieved anything! Apologizing will not get me back my money or get me the things i ordered it wasnt a dollar spent was over 200 dillars and i need to speak to someone that can let me know if it will ever be sent or i should just look for other alternatives reguarding my money lost, your company is deceiving and have just took my money and not sent any of what i ordered, all the contact numbers and emails from your company are useless no one replies or answers. A friend posted a link to this site on FB and I clicked on it and found some great swimsuits for cheap. I went ahead and ordered. Then that same friend posted she had read bad reviews, and removed her link. I went and read bad reviews and was worried.
However, the biggest complaints I saw were 1) size was wrong and 2) took too long to get. But if you read the fine print when you order, it says to order large because the sizes are small (it works well if you measure yourself and order based on your measurements), and also that it will take 12-30 BUSINESS days to get it. That is M-F, folks, that's what BUSINESS days means. So that is 2-1/2 to 6 weeks. I got my order in about 4 weeks and everything fit perfectly because I measured myself and ordered the size based on my measurement. I got two great swimsuits for less than $45. I'm happy and think that many of those complaining didn't read the fine print at all.
I placed an order, my acct. Was debited and 5 months later no package. I have called this bogus number and first time was told it was out if order. Now there us some weird recording. My order wasn't expensive but every dollar counts in this world today. I am very ticked and would not advise any purchases from them. Those good reviews were probably placed by the scammers intentionally because they are lies. DONT DO IT... I DONT CARE HIW CUTE IT IS!

My 1st time ordering from rosegal in december and it ended very graciously, there was a storm that closed all post offices, which delayed my order (at no fault of rosegal) but when i contacted rosegal customer support about my order they offered me a whole new product at no expense to me which i thought was very generous, fortunately the very next day my order had came in the mail and im happy with the quality

It's not good to order from other countries or at least not websites you are not so sure about. Never recieved my order! Or at least I haven't yet! It's been over two weeks now. I tried calling their customer service and it sent me to voicemail saying "no one is available please try again later"!
Takes months to ship... from China. My sweater wasn't horrible, but looked like something a grandmother would knit you... not professionally made... no tags. Won't use again. I highly recommend nomorerack.com.

I ordered a beautiful lace swimsuit cover that can also be a long ankle length skirt & it said on the site for that particular item that it would be shipped in 25 days at the most. It has now been 3 months. I'm very disappointed that it's almost vacation time & still no swimsuit cover! I feel like I've been scammed for sure. Ridiculous that there is no legit phone number for this company. Wish I would have read reviews on this site first. Lesson learned!
