Yup, I fell for it. Cheap prices and cute clothes. I ordered a swim suit and a cover up. The swimsuit finally arrived about 5 weeks later (I knew it'd take awhile, didn't quite think that long however). I wear a small to a medium in US sizing, but after reading reviews, I went with the XLG as suggested. WOW. I literally can not get this one piece up over my hips?! It is insanely small. It doesn't appear to be cheap quality per se, but the top part is very odd. Because I can't even get it on to decide how it would fit, I guess I'll just say, it must be made for someone with a (negative?!) -A cup size? As if that was bad enough, I've yet to receive the rest of my order (cover up). I have contacted them several times via their customer service link on their site. Each time it's a very general reply, "order has been processed and shipped... yada yada yada" but nothing. It shows it shipped 7 weeks ago and still not tracking information available other than that. THANK GOODNESS this was just a $12 item, but still, frustrating. Don't waste your money, no matter how cute you think it is. After reading other reviews (ugh, why didn't I read THOSE first!?) and knowing my experience, you'll either end up with clothing that will fit your 5 yr old family member or never receive!

I bought a bathing suit from them, size large... it is absolutely tiny. It has no tags on it, thankfully it has the sanitary strip in the crotch area. But I guess that doesn't really matter because it's not like I can put it on, remember it's too tiny. Also, it's supposed to be blue and white but the white actually looks pink like it got washed in something with red in it. There is supposed to be a nice little bow tied in the middle of the chest, well, somebody tied it right in the middle of the torso, it looks awful! I tried to see if I could return it, all I can do is send in a message that it's defective. I have not heard back from them yet. Funny, I also ordered a nice lace and sheer top from nastydress.com, I'm pretty sure it's the same fraudulent company, it to is tiny and the lace is coming apart, very cheap material. I tried to return that and got bounced to the exact same site and page where I could just put in a complaint, haven't heard back from them either. BEWARE!

I have ordered this T-Shirt http://www.rosegal.com/t-shirts/casual-scoop-neck-long-sleeves-*******.html, size M, I usually wear XS - S and size M fits perfectly. Quality is good and the T-Shirt does not have any bad smell. Shipping was about two weeks.

I had very bad expectations rosegal actually between buy and when he had already made the order lei very bad reviews on the internet, I said I wanted to die never going to come and spend sending and 49.13 dlls they are going to steal, and all that I was sad but a month I get my shipment pedi 3 dresses and one assembly, one dress and assembly were beautiful loved them instantly, but another dress had nothing to do was horrible and the other was nice but not what I expected, I was like that with some bad experience in the page but I risk it and went back to ask this time swimsuits and the total was 117 dlls promotion this time had the fast shipping was free point in its favor. I sent him into two parts but quickly came when he received remains haunted everything was equal to the photos and came with a bag for storage and all, I really fell in love with the site now if I stay with a good experience and I buy again. Pd. Shipment was made to mexico, chih. To see that if they not only large cities in mexico.

I ordered and received a sweatshirt a few weeks ago.Not bad for price. Does take quite a few weeks for delivery. Just ordered three rompers.Not pleased that there is no one answering phone when I call number provided.Not good business!

Check all items size charts as clothing is on the small side ( British size 12 XL)

Green Dress

The dress looked great in the picture and the price was amazing.
BUT, as they say. If it seems too good to be true... It usually is!
Simple-it took forever to get tracking # would not track it and when it arrived
It was absolutely poor quality and the fit was horrible!
Would never order again!

Misleading Sizes

I ordered a dress and a couple of blouses from this company. The sizes were 2XLs. What arrived were clothes clearly tagged as 2XLs, but the actual sizes were SMALL. I'm probably not going to order from this company EVER AGAIN.

Ridiculous

I'm so upset. I ordered a dress a few weeks ago and still have not received it! I am appalled now that I am looking at reviews and so many others are having the same issue! When trying to call customer service to inquire it is a generic voice mail and the voice mail box is full! Really?

I previously wrote a review of this company, and I normally do not write reviews, but this company needs to be shut down! Please EVERYONE, if you have not received your order and it has been less than 90 days, file a complaint through Paypal. They will get your money back! It worked for me.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE

I read many reviews after I purchased my order and I was very skeptical afterwards due to all the bag things I heard. Nevertheless, I ordered about $90 worth of items from Rosegal.com. I ordered them 3/31/2015 and it took about 2 weeks to arrive. The clothes were in great condition, packaged lovely, and didn't look to be worn or have any smell from some of the reviews I heard. I tried my items on and they fit great. I did use the chart provided online. My only complaint was the they split my order and it is coming from two different mail carriers. I am still waiting a few items and they have already shipped. I did pay for the tracking because they offer free shipping so why not pay to know where your items are! I will continue to shop and purchase items. I LOVE ROSEGAL!

Horrible

Ordered 2 "dresses" one looks like a shirt... NOT a dress the other the measurements were incorrect it's HUGE and SHORT and poorly constructed. I paid extra for a tracking number which DIDNT work and took a month to arrive... Not to mention I could have gotten a Halloween costume from party city that was a better quality. Don't waste your time or money.

The one piece swimsuit I ordered is beautiful and well made. Unfortunately being a tall gal it is not long enough in the torso for me. I would also say it is sized small so order at least one size larger than you usually wear. I gave this suit to my smaller shorter sister and she loves it. Hey it only cost me $15. If you need length in your torso do not order a 1 piece. I.am going to try a larger sized two piece next.

I purchased almost $80 of clothes & accessories from RoseGal.com & two items (a bathing suit & a dress, $35.65 worth) were undelivered but indicated as "shipped" on my online account. I contacted the company but received no response & no refund for the missing items. I will not be using this company ever again & in the future, I will do research before ordering from a random online company!

I ordered several items from this site and they all were complete fraud. They take pictures of the authentic item have it priced for a cheap price. It takes a million days for it to come even if you pay for the expedited shipping and once it comes, its complete trash! Its not even close to what you thought you were ordering. I ordered a crop top skirt(black and gray) set and it looks like a six grader sewed for practice in a sewing class and made a fat "F" mind you?! I don't even the space to describe the rest of the fake items I ordered! I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from this fraudulent site. My other items haven't came and looking at the ones that did make it, I don't care if it ever arrives! They keep that shhh in the trash that'll save me a job!

My order came in two packages, and delivery was very slow. I attempted to contact the company via the phone number listed on the website, but was only able to leave a message. You are unable to speak with an actual person. I did receive a response after sending an email and posting a bad review here on sitejabber.com after I was unable to get an estimate on when the package would be shipped. In their email response, I was told that the order would be shipped in two packages, and that the products were shipped from China (the fact that they were shipped from China was not disclosed when I initially purchased; next time I will certainly do my due diligence).

I ordered a size large and the products are sized extremely small. Now that I know they are manufactured in China, that makes sense. However, if you are selling to the U.S. market, a company should be aware of sizing conventions. As an illustration, I gave one of the size large swimsuits to my friend who is a size 0-2, and it fits her perfectly.

All in all, not a good consumer experience.

Aweful!

I ordered a bathing suit a month ago so I could wear it on vacation and it still isn't here! Any time I try to call their customer service it goes straight to voicemail. If I knew it would be such a pain I would have never ordered from the site. I now have to go find a new bathing suit days before I leave town spending more money! I never thought I would regret reading the reviews before I made my order but looks like I should have. On the bright side maybe my bathing suit will come in time for summer 2016!

BUYERS BEWARE! Spend your money elsewhere. I bought a dress off of here and it came with the seems split so holes were showing. When I sent a picture to them they told me it was a small defect and they could give me a in store coupon for 75% of what I paid. I didn't want in in store coupon for more poor quality clothing.
