I placed a order id say almost 3 weeks ago so i could get it on time for my bday wich was april 19 2015 it was my bday clothes and still has not arrived i know the have very nice clothing and its really cheap and also says free shipping but good lord that doesnt mean they have to takr for ever with your package my order said 3-5 bussiness days and its the only reason why i ordered this ould be my first and last time ever ordering online!

Wow.

Ordered a necklace, ring, and dress about 2 months ago. Just received ring and necklace today. REALLY BAD QUALITY. The necklace has a flower that is supposed to be white, Its yellow. It's gross. I hate yellow. And the ring is scrappy and not the promised color as well. Looks nothing like the picture, this ring looks like something out of a cereal box. Btw, the ring was supposed to be for my sister's bday. It was a month ago. Thanks for nothing.

This is from my experience with the shipping process. If you choose the free shipping option, it will take approximately 25-35 business days to get to you. Be sure to spend the extra for a tracking number so that you can go online to check the status since it is coming from overseas. I decided to use the free shipping option on my second order without a tracking number and my items got lost somewhere. I never received my selections and had to contact customer service for a replacement using a tracking number. I'm not saying this will happen to everyone, but there is always a risk of things getting lost coming from long distances. My experience with using expedited shipping, I received my items in about a week and they were delivered by DHL. I was able to track the progress of my order and would recommend everyone to use this selection if you need your items sooner. As of now, this is the only shipping method I will you use when ordering from RoseGal. Quick delivery, easy tracking and no issues! I hope this will help with your shipping decision.

I have always had trouble with sizes on the internet. I tend to shy away from buying clothes online to avoid clothes not fitting and not being able to return them. However, I saw a really cute bathing suit for a great price on this site and couldn't resist. I ORDERED AN EXTRA LARGE for exactly this reason. I figured I was safe with it being a one piece swimsuit. I knew a soon as I pulled it out of the packaging that it was not the right size! I swear it looks like a CHILDS extra large! I understand there are some sizing differences but this is ridiculous! There's no point in me even tryin it on because it's so tiny it looks line it would fit my two year old. Not too mention it took a month to get it.

Ordered 11 items. 5 items came in 2 weeks the other six followed 2 weeks later due to back order. Ordered two sizes up for all and was happy with all but one item. Contacted customer service about back order and had a response within 24 hrs. Overall happy with my second experience with rosegal. Only negative was having to pay the shipping company two fees and processing charges due to the back order items.

I order on line all the time and have never had a problem with any other site. This site advertises things that are not actually in stock at the time and waits until they have it to send it for those of you who are wondering why it takes so long.

My profession as a lawyer has brought to my attention that is possible illegal for this company to advertise a 21 day shipment for an item they have no real idea when they can actually send it out, being they do not have it at the time.

There are many other great sites with the same things in stock that I have ordered from and never had a problem do not let this site discourage you it is the lack of responsibility and honesty with the customers that will ultimately be it's demise.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SITE TO ANYONE, IT IS A BIG HASSLE, AND LETS FACE IT PEOPLE WE ALL EARN OUR MONEY AND DESERVE TO BE TREATED WITH GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I wish i would have looked at this site before ordering. Ordered 3 items - received 1 and that was over a month and a 1/2 ago. The money was taken out of my acct almost immediately. The 1 item i did receive was poor quality- did not look anything like Pic. Do not order. SCAM.

Not very optimistic

I received an email on 30th March 2015 confirming my order has been shipped but yet I have still not recieved the same. I've sent an email enquiring about my order and received a automatic response advising a response will be recieved in 48 hours but 5 days later I am still waiting a response.

I am not confident that my order will be received before the 1st May when I would need this item. Having read the reviews I am not very optimistic right now that my order will be received any time soon.

RIP OFF! SCAM!

For one the sizes are no where near US sizes. An XL is more like a S/M! I wrote them to ask for how to return the items and they are now sending me all this junk about policy and that I can't get refunded for them! 80 down the drain! How can you operate a business like this?! You should be shut down! Its an online store so obviously people are going to have trial and error when trying clothing on and will need to return items!

I was unsure at first if I would order from here from all the reviews I read. I ordered three items. I had to pay for the tracking ID and for insurance. About one wk later it said ALL my items have been shipped. Once I received the package about week 2 I only received one of my items. I contacted customer support & they said my items were no longer available. I should have been informed of this when they were out of stock or when I purchased it. There was no communication about the product until I reached out to them about this. I said I wanted them to be returned to my card, which I got, but they charged me some international fee to do the return. I live in the U.S.

Bad bad bad...

I ordered from this site and it took almost 3 months BEFORE I received my order. When I FINALLY did get it, none of the items even fit me! They were SOOOOOOOOOOOO small it was unbelievable. Also, there were NO tags inside ANY of the clothes and they seemed so cheap. I wasn't going to try to send ANYTHING back since it took so long to even get the order so I gave my daughter two of the shirts and just put the other two in my garage sale. I would NEVER EVER order from this website AGAIN which is VERY sad because I thought MOST of the clothes were VERY cute! Good luck!

I bought 3 pieces of clothing. They were so cheaply made. The buttons were all outtie. I wasted $70 on garbage. And they won't refund your money. You will be responsible for the shipping back which is more than the purchase price.

LOVE LOVE LOVE

I recently purchased the Vintage Black and White floral dress, along with the following accessory's; Black choker with Rose and chain, Black Rose bracelet (a little bigger than I thought but I made it work^_^), and the Black Rose dangle earrings! EVERYTHING is BEAUTIFUL! I bought an XL dress but I could have gotten away with a L! I loved the dress so much I went ahead and ordered the L! Can't wait to get it <3 Also can't wait to get some other dresses and jewlrey from RoseGal! Not so bad

I was so excited to find this site. Loved the styles and the free shipping and most importantly low prices. I ordered 3 items, ordering a size up (as I realized it was sized for China) and read that it may take up to 25 to ship. Then I read horrible reviews for the site and fully expected to lose my money in this deal.
2 weeks later 2 of my items arrived - a shirt and a dress. I'm a medium/size 8 so ordered everything large. The shirt fits just a little tighter than I'd like but still looks nice. The dress fit perfectly.

I'm still waiting for the swimsuit to arrive so I can't comment on it yet. But I'm pretty happy so far. My advice is to try it out. Order something enexpensive and at least a size up. Don't expect amazing quality or speedy shipping - it's coming from China, people. So common sense tells you that you'll get what you pay for.
That being said I will be ordering from them again.

I ordered 2 shirts on February 20th and only received 1 of them on April 13 (almost 2 months later). I've emailed them numerous times and I never get a response. I will never buy from RoseGal again and I suggest no one else does either. After reading all their terrible reviews here, I wish I would have done my research. It would be one thing if they actually responded, but to be ignored is what got them 1 star. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. Prepared to be ignored.
