I love this website i been buying all my jewelry there n have gotten all my orders in 3 weeks whoever said its fake its not true i am a real shopper i did once had a order not shipped i went an created a ticket n got a respose in less than 24 hours love everything they sell n will keep on buying there

I came on this site and everyone was posting negative feedback but I really liked their styles so I ordered just one item first to try it. I am in the UK the item was received within a week. It looks lovely, I am a size 8 I ordered a medium and it is a bit tight in the bust so I will go for large next time. The fabric is a bit hard but nothing I did not expect with that price, I guess it depends on the design as well.
The reason I decided to give it a go regardless was because I searched for boohoo on this site as well and I have been using boohoo for 2 years and never had an issue yet people on here give very negative reviews.
After all I guess you are more likely to leave a review if you are unsatisfied and you feel your voice has not been heard rather than when you are satisfied

Terrible

My first order was a dress for halloween. It said 7-10 business days and I didn't get it for three weeks. My second and final order was on 1/29/15 and I still don't have it. I have emailed them several times asking for my money back and they still haven't done that either. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone or order anything from them again.

HORRIBLE!

I ordered a dress on 3/15/15 & paid for expedited shipping. It took over 3 weeks for it to ship. I emailed the support center about it and received no answer. I received the dress today and it is horrible. It looks nothing like the picture. It is made cheap. It looks like something someone would play dress up in. I will never order anything from this site again. Don't waste your money.

Before you all assume I'm some paid person, I want to assure you this is not the case. I ordered a dress from Rosegal without prior knowledge of what I was getting myself into. I looked into the site while waiting for my dress to be delivered in a week (I had express shipping w/ a tracking number). I saw many reviews that the site was unreliable and untrustworthy and I started to panic. I tracked my order over the week and noticed it was making progress (coming from Singapore to Philly, PA), but then I worried about the fabric quality and sizing since I am aware the clothing is in Asian sizes. I ordered my dress large for that exact reason. Surprisingly, my order came in 5 days (ordered Saturday came that following Thursday). As for the dress itself, it looked exactly like the dress in the picture and a belt was included even though the site stated it was not. It seemed like everything turned out alright. When I put on the dress it was easy to put on, unfortunately people were right about the sizing. It fit me, but I am large busted and rather tall, so it didn't fit the way it was supposed to. I cannot blame the distributor, but there needs to be an improvement of the sizing. Americans are not all petite and may be big or small in certain places. The fabric around my bust area tore a bit, which made me a little upset, but it is no big deal since the dress did not fit the way I wanted it. All in all, I was very satisfied with the shipping time and the overall look of the dress. The only problem was the sizing and the fabric. My suggestion for the dress makers is use thicker fabric and make the dresses larger than what they think. I feel bad for people whose items shipped a month later or was completely different than what they ordered. For all of you interested or worried about this site, it all depends. Fortunately, I had a better experience than others, but it may be different for you, only time will tell.

Disappointed

Please know that these items may get held up in customs I guess. I ordered in January and never received my items. I was told to check the post office. Really? Glad I am only out $23.00. Will not use this site again and will certainly tell others not to as well.

This website is a scam! I purchased something in January and now it's April and I still haven't received it. Now they are telling me I can't get a full refund if I didn't purchase insurance. That's ridiculous! Are they forgetting that I already paid and never received my order in over 2 months! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE AT ALL.

I ordered some dresses and earrings in March. I have received 2 of 7 dresses and 1 pair of 8 earrings... yet they charged me for them. Over 100 dollars i have gotten 17 bucks worth and the refund they processed for the stuff that was out of stock, they adjusted the price so basically they took 20.00... for them not knowing what's in their stock. I will never use the site again.

I recently purchased two vintage lace blouses from Rosegal, both of which had come up in my newsfeed on Facebook. I had read both good and bad reviews prior to purchase but decided to take a risk seeing as the prices were so good. I waited 2 weeks for the order to arrive which I didn't think was too bad and it was packaged very well. Once I opened the order I realised why the reviews had been so bad. Both items were ripped, had numerous holes in, the sleeve of one was half coming off and both items had strands of loose material running down the front and back. A really shocking quality. Neither item is wearable. I submitted a complaint ticket on their website but don't hold out much hope for a response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I have a paypal charge from them for $46.65 from a month ago. I remember looking at their site along with a few other clothing sites that were new to me. I do not remember placing an order with them and I do not have any e-mail confirmations of any orders from them. I signed in to their website with my e-mail address, but under "orders" there is nothing there for any past orders, nor have I received anything in the mail. I tried calling the customer service number and got a "sorry we are unavailable" message from them. The live chat option is not working either. I can't even email them b/c their email form requires an order number to be entered in order to send. I DON'T HAVE AN ORDER NUMBER!

They don't put sizes in thier items and then tell you that its the size because its coming from China. Then they dont work with you at all on fixing the problem. They are ripping everyone off. Way too small
April 9, 2015

I ordered L and XL items and they would fit a child, not an adult. The "one size" items are also child size. It's not worth the hassle of sending them back. I wear medium in real clothing:-)

I did receive partial credit for the items that were too small and didn't have to ship them back. I will donate them to a local charity.

I ordered 3 dresses at the beginning of February and online they looked adorable! Well after months of waiting... I finally contacted them as of April. They said they were in back order and would send out as soon as they got them. They never told me that before they took my money... So after receiving 2 out of the 3 two months later they are the ugliest thing! I probably wouldn't even let my dog wear it. They are so cheaply made they don't have a tag for front or back! It's a shame!

I ordered a dress mid January then called customer service 2 weeks later to ask when it would be shipped as I never received a confirmation email. I was told it was on back order and would be shipped by mid February but I have not received any emails about my item. I've called multiple times but can never talk to an actual person. I just want my $50 back at this point. This is by far the worst company ever!
