I ordered several items of clothing thinking I was ordering nice thing. All items material were like Halloween costumes, I ordered XL even though I am a US size 8 - everything was extremely small like the shirts were a kids size, I am not exaggerating. Then I read their return policy. If I returned the items I would barely get a dime back. Chalk it up, I gave the clothing to a tiny girl that usually wears an extra small in size. Don't waste your money like I did.

I ordered three dresses from this site and they all were messed up somehow from one being the wrong size, to another being the wrong color or from one being ripped. This is terrible and their customer service sucks. I talked to the chat team and it just sounds like someone living out of their basement placing these orders thats probably why it took me 4 months to get three dresses. This place is a joke and i will never ever order from here again, and i highly suggest everyone else do the same stay away from this place its a scam they just want your money and screw you over.

Ordered from Rosegal then found this site and i freaked out. But my clothes came in 5 days (yep - 5 days). I will agree with most of them comments that you may want to order a size up. Out of 4 dresses, one was perfect, two were tight (but still fit), and the fourth was too short but will make a cute top with jeans. I'm 4'11'' and these pieces were short so for a taller woman, you may want to be cautious of the length of the dress. Ive attached photos and obviously they need to be ironed, but other that that, I was pleasantly surprised.

Took two months to get here then didn't fit. Their US size chart is completely off. I ordered a large and what I received is more like a large child size. I couldnt even get my leg in the garment. Ridiculous. Save your money

I'm so annoyed at their customer service care, I have placed an order with them a week a go and not heard anything yet apart from an email stating it's on it's way and I can track it. I am very dissapointed about their quality. All items look with good quality in ythe pictures but it is a really bad quality. Clothes look like used. One of the dresses came in with a lot of cat hair. I will never buy at this website. Iam very dissapointed. I paid about 200 dlls and feel like wasted my money. SO DISSAPOINTED. Horrible service. Products come from China. I'm told my dress was shipped on a specific date, which was 2 weeks after I ordered it. Now I'm told it takes 45 days after shipping... so I'll be looking at 2 months from when I ordered to receiving item.

Placed an order, they took the funds out same day. Get an email stating that I my order is on hold until I come up with another form of payment... keep in mind funds have already left my account. Send a complaint ticket, nothing. Try to call the contact number and get a recording saying "the magic jack customer is no longer in service" send another complaint ticket treatening to report the company for fraud, get an email a day later stating I have been refunded. But nothing in my account!
