Right, where even to start... Maybe that my goods have not been dispatched until 25 days after purchasing them? Maybe that I had to open a PayPal dispute to gain their attention. So okay, after 25 days waiting for them to dispatch my order, they tell me I have to close my PayPal dispute first, otherwise they will not dispatch the goods. Stupid me closed the paypal dispute only to find out they tell me 2 of my items are out of stock. Great. Okay I said I want a immediate refund for the out of stock goods. Until now, nearly 2 months later I am waiting for my refund. Nothing. Oh and my last strike in the face was: The remaining items were finally received by me, hahaha i nearly fell off my chair laughing when I saw the goods. Now where to start. Maybe one item received (a Top) looked like a dog played hide and seek with it. All the stitching was undone, very cheap material and totally not how displayed on the picture.
The 2nd Item, I wore it to try it on and afterwards I looked like a half picked chicken. The item looses cloth pieces just by even lifting it up. I am so disappointed and will definitely NEVER shop there again.

I am very satisfied with the products I have received from Rosegal. I have communicated with the staff via the stores optional timetickets a few times now and it has been very useful. One occurrence, I asked the staff to change the size of the blouse I previously ordered, since I had checked that the blouse had not yet been sent out. They replied back to me within a short amount of time and told me that would be no problem whatsoever. I really like how personable the staff is with me. Not only are the staff very accommodating, but the quality of the products are wonderful. The embroidery of the blouses I ordered are so trendy and unique... and they were wonderfully low prices too!

I ordered 2 x blouse in XL. I received one totally different blouse that I had ordered and the blouse had no tag to show the actual size, and it could have fitted my 4 year old granddaughter. I have other items on order as we speak but I am afraid the same thing will happen when they arrive. I am resigned to the fact that I have wasted approx. $100. On clothing from this site.

Had I done a little more research beforehand, I would not have ordered from this company. One month after my order, only 1/3 of the order has actually been received, and the black dress that did arrive, literally fell apart at the seams as I pulled it out of the bag. Of course, my expectations for a $16 dress aren't that high, but one would hope that it would at least be wear-able. The rest of my order has not arrived, and I would be surprised if I ever receive the bathing suite and polk-a-dot dress in time for summer, if ever.

I placed an order on March 24th, and just received it after paying extra for quicker delivery. I ordered 3 items, only 2 of which were received. One item was a dress that smells horrible! And has spots/stains all over it. The second item was a shirt that looks like I could have done myself. And my 3rd item that I am still waiting on is a swimsuit. All of these items were ordered for my vacation, which is now a week away. Shame on me for last minute ordering, but more shame goes to this site! The phone number listed goes to a voice mail, and when I went to put a "claim ticket" in on the site, you can't even click on the tab to start it.
I am now at their mercy to either receive a replacement dress and receive the swimsuit I originally ordered (& haven't received), or to receive a full refund.

I purchased a coat for my wife in November last year. The photographs made it look like a nice coat. The material used however was so thin that the whole coat fitted into a medium sized envelope! I immediately contacted Rosegal who instructed me (very politely) to post the coat back to them and they would issue a refund. They specifically told me NOT to send using a tracked service as they told me this affected customs?!
Long story short, it is now 3 months since I sent them the coat and they are continuing to stall. 'Chloe' tells me that they will issue the refund, then in the next email she says they will issue a part refund and so on. I have been in touch with her for 4 months now, I am still out of pocket and I am beginning to think that the shop is simply set up as a scam.
There is not a snowball's hope in hell that I will shop with Rosegal again.

I ordered from here once! They charged my card twice! Then I was on the site shopping and had put items in my cart! I changed my mind about purchasing these items (due to my problem before) so I deleted everything in my cart (never hit checkout either). I placed an order in January of 2015 and was told it TYPICALLY took 12-30 days for shipment, but they did say it could take longer. After not receiving anything after 2 months I reached out to customer service to find out what happened. Customer service told me that because I didn't pay for the extra tracking fee there was no way to tell where the package was so they could either re-ship or refund me. Given they had my correct mailing address and the previous package never made it I didn't want to risk not receiving again so I asked for a refund. The big shocker was that in order to process the refund they were going to hold back 15% fee for shipping costs?! I felt as though I should have been refunded the full amount as I never received the shipment for which I paid! In my opinion this is a bad way to run a business.

If I could give this a zero rating I would. I ordered two products from this company through Facebook and I never received them. I messaged them and days later they would get back to me with "please give us your order number". I would give them the order number and then someone else would ask me for my order number again when I complained. After I did not get a response I called them out on Facebook and then they blocked me from commenting on their post and from messaging them.

Until I found a dispute with Paypal, then they said by 3/28, if I still don't receive anything they will refund full money. After 3/28, still nothing, now they said because I did not buy insurance, they will refund 50% of the money only. So if they won't ever send anything to customer, they still earn 50% of their money?
