The sizes are ridiculously small. I ordered several items and none of them fit at all. I ordered an X Large and they fit my 25 year old, size 8 daughter. They said I could return them and pay for shipping and they would issue me a credit... for what? They don't have anything that will fit. I don't know why they just don't put the true sizes on the site? What is the benefit of marketing and selling a size that is not even close to true? Typical Chinese crap.
I was skeptical of purchasing goods from another country. After some thinking, I decided to give it a try since the pictures of few of the clothes look nice and classy.
It takes a long time for the merchandise to arrive. The quality and style of the clothes I ordered are terrible and not as they specified online "silk" on one of them! The size and quality is shocking to me. Even though the price seems to be affordable and the image of the pictures look nice; they aren't nice at all but bad quality. One of the clothes I ordered, the fabric is like the Halloween costume quality. Don't buy them. I learn my lesson never buy anything directly from China unless you know the vendor.

Anyways before you order anything from this company ensure that you go on line and check out all of the horrible reviws. It really makes me wonder what kind of operation they are running. Think about it, buy a cheaply made dress that you order for $15. It will probably arrive in the wrong size, totally different color and be prepared to only wear it once because once you wash it, it literally falls apart. But wash at your own risk, because some of those items don't even come with laundry care instructions. Sure the pics look great, and a wow what a deal $15 for a dress with free shipping all the way from let's say China. This company has sweat shop child labor written all over it. This is my first time order from this "Rosegal" since seems they hv a good price and cute stuff, so I decided to give them a try to order 2 items, but totally disappointed. I ordered my items since 1/21/15, now its over 2 months and still not received my items? Now they said I didn't pay insurance fee so they are not responsible for my items? REALLY!, I never have to purchase insurance fee with such a small amount (under $20) and I have been order online for years and never had any problem with my items, shipping or post office... SO DISAPPOINTED!

I ordered from them not long ago. Took for ever to ship with back ordered. It took a while for my them to reimburse for un-shipped items. The clothes received are nothing like picture shown. It is made with cheaper fabrics and/or manufactured defects (holes, ripped, uneven sleeves). Out of 8 pieces received, maybe one is wearable. Did I mentioned the fit is way off? I normally wear size M (115 lbs), the clothes received fits my tiny 12 years old...

I ordered from this site because my cousin recommended it on Facebook. I was really shocked at the low prices and decided to give it a try. Then, I searched for company reviews and was afraid I had made a huge mistake and had just given my money away. Right after that, I received 2 of my 3 items in the mail and was pleasantly surprised. It had only taken 3 weeks and I had expected longer. They were really cute and inexpensive. Not going to win any high quality workmanship awards, but for the price, they were great! HOWEVER, they do run small. I normally wear a medium, and I had to squeeze myself into one of the dresses. Order a size larger than you think you need and you should be good!

This company is possibly the worst I've ever purchased from. I've been told to wait a little longer for my package to arrive, to pay MORE fees to receive a dress that I already paid for, and that I would have to close my dispute ticket in order for them to send me my refund (wtf? How do I even know that you're going to refund me?!). This dress was for my best friend's wedding as a BRIDESMAID. I kind of need to have it in hand well before the wedding and they've done nothing but give me grief! Only when my bank got involved did they actually respond by opening ANOTHER dispute ticket (since they clearly weren't doing anything when I opened my own ticket--go figure), and even then it was of no help.
They are a horrible company and take no pride in executing customer service. If you want to go waste your money on something pretty, go support your local stripper. They'll actually appreciate your business.
EDIT (since I can't reply to their comment): I had to get my credit card company involved with the chargeback for you to respond. I shouldn't have to do that! Two months IS PLENTY OF TIME to receive a shipment, especially when it was promised in ONE month. "you choose the slowest shipping method"? REALLY? Know what falls into the category of horrible customer service? Blaming the customer for trusting that the shipment would actually arrive on time... or at all. Rosegal is a pathetic excuse for a company and are a bunch of frauds.

I read all the reviews with a full cart on RoseGal.com and immediately decided maybe I should't spend so much money on a seemingly unreliable site. I liked one dress so much that I decided to go out on a limb and try to get it though. I figured I'd pay for the shipping insurance and the dress and spend the $20 and if it never arrived then I only lost $20. I ordered 2 months out from the event I needed the dress for due to the reviews complaining of the time it took for their items to arrive, and order a size bigger than usual due to the complaints of the clothes being too small. I was extremely surprised when my dress arrived in only 2 short weeks and fit perfectly. This transaction could not have gone better and I will be buying the rest of the items previously in my cart. I even received a text the day before my shipment arrived, notifying me that it was coming the next day and that it would require a signature or online permission to leave it! Great, Great experience!

I ordered shirts/blouses from this company. In my first order, they discontinued one of the shirts and rather than issue me a refund, they were to give me a credit towards a future purchase. This never happened and basically they took my money and ran. Second, the blouses, I ordered a size up, a medium, which still resemble an extra small. Unless you are 4 feet tall and weigh 90 pounds, don't order from this company. Third, the clothes in both orders took forever to be delivered and the clothes smelled of some strange chemical. WTF! I can't wear these items and unfortunately the return process is just not worth it to pay for shipping in return for a credit and no refund. Save yourself the headache and BUY USA!

They are attempting to get your personal info & credit card information (pictures). When I gave them my banks name & number for them to check if the transaction was fraud they had sent me a message saying transaction didn't go through. This is a total LIE. I had to contact my bank before the bank would allow my transaction to be completed. My husband had ordered me a bunch of clothes for my birthday about 3 weeks prior. Today is my birthday & they tell me they won't be sending my clothes. If I still wanted to pay I could send a money order or some other kind of payment. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD
