It's been almost a month a place an order online in the website Rosegal, sure they took the money but never receive the items I tried to call them in many no answers but they took my money I am going to have to call the news for them in order to either receive the items or get my money back and also that store name SAMMYDRESS IS THE SAME CRAP I PLACE AN ORDER STILL NOT RECEIVE IT. SHAME ON THEM BOTH.
I made a purchase back in Nov. 2013 and it has not arrived as of today. I emailed them and they told me to contact the shipping company, which I did. It was a hassle to contact the shipping company as well since it their website was not in English. I literally have to copy and paste their response in google translator. The shipping company told me the items have been shipped back to the sender (rosegal).
Rosegal states they will response to emails within 24 hours, but that didn't happen. I didn't get any response for a week, so I submitted another ticket. Finally, someone replies but it was not helpful at all.
I sense there's no hope in obtaining my items, so I asked for a full refund. Because they cannot get money back from the shipping company, they will only refund 50%. I didn't get my items and now I have to pay half the price for NOTHING.

I put an order through at the beginning of February. I still haven't received my items and just keep getting ridiculously unhelpful emails. I ordered these item so i could wear them on my birthday which didn't happen. Eery time i try to cal them the number doesn't go through, neither does the live chat button. Why give us these false hopes for nothing. Ill never order from here again and have been telling all my friends the same. Im a blogger so hopefully the word gets out. There was only one option when ordering for free shipping. Don't offer something if its the $#*!tiest thing you can do.

I purchased a dress from here and its 2 weeks late arriving. I chose the fast postage option because i need the dress for my sisters wedding on the 4th April. If it doesn't arrive in time for the wedding then I will have nothing to wear and expect a full refund as I will have no use of the dress after the event. As there was no fault on my end of the purchase, I paid the full expected amount and am now down in pocket and have nothing 50s looking for her wedding.

OVER 2 MONTHS AND STILL NO PACKAGE. I contacted customer service and they put the blame on me telling me that I should have paid extra for the tracking option.
I am extremely dissatisfied the way my order was handled. I recieved the merchandise in a timely manner. But 2 of the items were not what I wanted. One was way to small the other didn't look like the item that was pictured. The person that I emailed mentioned I need to return item in a certain manner in order to receive a 75% credit. This meant spending $65 on return shipping that was just as much as what I had spent on the total merchandise. Extremely dissatisfied with this whole process. Meaning I end up spending money just to get a partial credit…ridiculous! This company has no customer service and its not worth buying from. Buy USA instead.

I have ordered a few things from Rosegal and so far most of them have gotten here fine and pretty quickly. I had trouble with one item but rosegal costumer service was very quick to respond. They handled everything very professionally and made sure that I was happy. Overall its a great site with lots of amazing deals.
SCAM! I want to give them zero stars! This company is a joke. They have no connection with the clothing. They take your money while a third party is responsible for shipping they do not know what they are doing. I ordered 8 items over 1 month ago and I have received only two items and they are small and poor condition. I have gone back and forth with their so called costumer service and I still have no answers except that I might get my items at the end of the month "might". It's almost impossible to get a "real" person to help. Every response sounds automated or rehearsed. If I read these reviews prior to ordering I never would have. This is an absurd and unprofessional company trying to steal our money. And in my case they did. I will be lucky if I ever see my items. As a college student I don't have a lot of money to go around to purchase gifts for my friends on different occasions, But Rosegal is a site that provides a wide selection of options and cheap prices! (The free shipping is always a plus- I hate paying shipping)
After reading some of the other reviews my hope of receiving my missing item is dwindling. I order 5 items. Got the shipping confirmation staying 4 of the 5 were shipped and the last was remaining to be shipped. No explanation as to why. I have contacted them twice on the website and once through the Facebook page but no reply.
They were quick to take my money but not so quick to rectify the situation. Very disappointed with my first experience.
I wrote a review about Rosegal but when they responded I was not given a chance to respond. Rosegal states my coat was too small because 1" = 2.54 cm. Well guess what, it is the same in our country. They say check the measurement chart next time. I checked their whole website and couldn't find a chart. If I was to check the measurements then the chart should be easy to find. Then they reply to my complaint about no buttons holes for the buttons. Their great reply is that there is a button hole in the original design. How in the world does that help me. I have ordered on this site many times and it has been great. The products looked as they had on the picture. Be aware that they have Asian sizes so make sure you check the chart and chose(usually) a size bigger than what you see would fit. If you do so, you are sure not to be disapointed. As a resident in Canada (Quebec) I have had no problem with the shipping. The delay of about a month/ a month and a half was respected. Be sure to have the shipping insurance and a tracking number (cost to add) if you are not too sure about the arrival of your stuff. If you make large orders, know that you might have around 20% extra to pay because of the duty clearence etc. If you make small orders, ther are none though;)

I ordered two bathers and was so disappointed when I received them. I went by the sizing on their website and when they arrived, they were half the size. I contacted them but never received a satisfactory response. They told me to take pictures with a measuring tape which i did twice and they have not returned my emails. They also don't provide a way to return items and get your money back.
They are a terrible company and I would never order from them again!

I ordered something 2 weeks ago for my wedding and they didnt even tell me it was out of stock until I CONTACTED them. Then they said it would be in stock in a few weeks and i asked since they didnt contact me if they could rush order this. Once your order is placed they dont keep you updated even if you paid extra for a tracking number (which should be free). I paid for expedited shipping 5-7 days and the only thing that was done quickly is them taking my money. My items have yet to arrive but from the looks of other reviews it can take months.
