What a shame it is to have such a beautiful establishment with such a disgusting employee to ruin it all. Let me explain...
Myself and my friends have been to Cabana before and had a great experience, this time will be our last time after what we witnessed. A bouncer at the front named JAMES will sour your whole experience before you even get to have an experience inside and you wouldn't believe what he decides to put people through and the great lengths he will go to to find anything to try provoke a fight so people wont get in! I witnessed it with my own two eyes, in fact I saw two separate incidences in one day, first on the way in and the other going on on the way out! This is clearly how he gets his kicks and this must go on all day with him as long as his boss isn't around I'm sure.
I'm not sure how he is employed there. I'm just letting everyone know what I wish I was warned about ahead of time. I don't want to say I know for sure it is a racial thing with him but I can say this much, if he doesn't like what he sees in the first second of sizing you up then your not getting in just so he can exercise what he feels is his duties are as a bouncer -to bully, create issues and problems, and deny entry. That's fine when someone starts a problem, I'm all about being in a safe environment so they are there to bounce people out when there is an issue and check ID and let people in so there is still business inside the bar. But it is verrrrry clear that he is not interested in that at all, hes interested in starting problems and pushing people to see if he can be given a reason to bounce them out. I even saw him getting mad and make things up putting words in their mouth that they didn't say because the person wasn't buying into his fight attempts! I saw him make multiple people upset myself included because my entire group had bought tickets in advance.
He shouldn't be in any authoritative position anywhere with an inferiority complex like that and Cabana really needs to get rid of him asap so they avoid loosing business since he is the one approving and denying the business that comes and goes there.
Beware of him, he a very large built Asian man (not muscular) that stands outside the entrance wearing a Cabana Pool Bar shirt!

Oh boy where do I start. I have been having issues with the staff at this shoppers location for months now. I have NEVER been to this location where there isnt someone huffing and puffing to get decent servi's and the line ups do not move because theirs always someone arguing with the staff with good reason. I always end up going with other people waiting over to the beauty boutique where the girls will try anything to get you to go back to front cash. They don't realize that the time they spend standing there having you explain why you got sent there in the first place hoping you will say nevermind and leave is just time wasted that they could have cash93rd me out and I would be gone. They even turn on one another and quietly ask you to go to the other beauty boutique punter to bug the other beauty advisor so they don't have to do it. They call front cash to find out the problem and they fight with each other and shoot snooty remarks to them and continue more attempts to not have to cash anyone out right in front of me and everyone else that just wants to cash out. The owner of this location is clearly not aware of this issue, I can't imagine what would happen if they saw even for one afternoon what their staff is doing and how they treat everyone but then again if they were around I'm sure everyone would get great service with no hesitation while they're there.
When I was cashed out during my last visit I saw the cashier at the beauty boutique tell the lady in front of me she had to go to front cash because the mascara she had wasn't meant to be cashed out at cosmetics and she could do it at the front cash I even remember it was L'oreal Telescopic mascara and the woman may have been in her 50's but she wasn't fooled she argued with the girl and she finally cashed her out and when it scanned she acted like it was a surprise that it worked at her cash. This is the stuff I see at this location all the time without fail.
And let me tell you I am so fair that I wouldn't have writtten this review if I had good service even ONE time at this location but I haven't and it's been about 6 or more issues all different times shopping their and all different staff. I only shopped their because if convenience with it being in the mall but you know how the saying goes Fool me once shame on you but I've been fooled to many times now I only blame myself for going back. Every time I leave this location I have someone talking to me in the hall of the mall when they leave about how incredibly bad that service was and they talk to me about it because I was in line with them at the time and I tell them that's how it always is in their and hopefully the ones who say they won't return actually never do like I'm going to.
There are shoppers at every turn, save yourself the horrible service and go to any other one but this one!

Tall girls like me always feel awkward when we shop but when you walk into a store talored for us we automatically feel welcome and normal! Now the girl who helped me was not tall so I initially thought well she can't relate so how could she help? Well help she did! I'm going away to Dominican and they mostly have there winter stock out so it wasn't the best time of the year to go brousing for beached at but she offered to root through her boxes in the back for me and she came out with 4 awesome finds! I ended up only buying one and really wanting the other (but just couldn't afford it right now) and she and all the other girls couldn't wait to see what I was trying on it felt like I was shopping with my own girlfriends!
I go to the location in Mississauga but before that I lived in Ottawa and would go to that location and there quite pleasant there too.
Great overall experience and I will return in the spring!

Wow where do I start? I needed glasses and they were helpful right from the moment we walked in. The guy asked what I wanted in my glasses and I told him something not name brand at a good price because there just a back-up pair. He listened well and followed by explaining their pricing structure for non name brand lenses. It was displayed clearly on a board and the glasses were grouped by price. The store is so well organized and fully staffed. I picked my lenses from a not bad selection of one's for $88 which is what I could afford right now. There was an extra $40 few for the thinner lenses which is reasonable and I needed it otherwise I would look like I had coke bottle lenses. He got them ready and we came back in half an hour for pick up. Simple as that! We even got a cool lense spray and mini screw key chain in case I need to tighten them at any time. I was so satisfied when I left I told them I would write a good review and the guy who helped me name was Nuckle.
Trust me check it out before going to a place like Hakim or Lense Crafters, you won't be sorry!

My boyfriend and I went to Smile Matters in Brampton, Ontario for dental work and had one of the worst customer service experiences we've ever had! You can look up the site on Google and look at the reviews you will notice my review (at the time was only my review and one other 11 months ago) then miraculously within a week of my review 5 new 5star reviews pop up saying how great that particular place is. And here's the giveaway, 3 of these people tried to add me to there Google circle a day before all the reviews got posted. They couldn't have made it more obvious they posted fake reviews to save there business.
The same day most of these reviews went up my boyfriend got a Facebook message from them saying we must have made a mistake and that they know where we live and why would we travel 25 mins to go to a dentist's. This is harrassment and they only found him on Facebook because they had his name on file because they know Damn well we were there then to try and convince us that we wernt there was a big mistake because we have the bill and I WILL post it with an explanation that they found us and messages us saying that they don't know who we are. This is the work of scared business owners who will go as far as to stalk there clients if they didn't like there experience.
Not to mention the fraudulent reviews on Google. If they think they can scare people of posting reviews in 2016 when online reviews are the way of the world there mistaken. The dentist's should have been better to there clients if they don't want bad reviews. Harrassment is not going to go over well with any customer after they have left.

I'm not sure how Rosegal, Sammydress and there other sites are not yet shut down yet. How many more online purchaces from customers who don't yet know better will it take before the FCU gets involved? In just under two years of being in business hundreds of thousand horrifying reviews for this company have been posted on the internet.
They take 'sexy' looking photos that they find online on places like instagram and Tumblr and they post them on the're online shops and attach a very appealing price. Once you have selected your items, pay for them, and are in the waiting prosess they then look at the order and the materials they have and decide if they can recreate the items for you. If they can they will make a cheap version of what you wanted and sometimes a whole different item for example if you ordered a long sleve dress and they don't have much in the way of material for that they will just make you a short sleeve or sleveless dress. This explains why they never come in as you want and it explains why it takes many months for your order to come in. Some wait up to 6 months.
If they do not have the time, material, or people to make your item they will close your file while keeping your payment and no longer reply to any support tickets you send them. This is easiest for them and is the most common complaint.
For myself, they sent me half my order. It took months to get to me and many emails and threats and now I am still months later fighting for the rest of my money back for the items they did not produce for me.
Many more will go through this terrifying prosess before action is taken.
