I ordered what was supposed to be a very nice, well fitting romper and instead what I recieved was pretty much a cheap table cloth. I order one size up since their items run small but this is huge and so poorly made. I've ordered shirts from them before and I've been satisfied with them but I can't say the same this time.
I ordered $50 worth of 3 terribly made products. One dress, one bathing suit, and one beach coverup. The images and product description showed beautifully made clothing. I was extremely disappointed when I received my package. The clothes came from China and looked absolutely nothing like the online description. They were cheap reproductions of the products online. The same patterns weren't even used. The makers used much more simplified patterns with cheap material. I have spent the past two weeks with customer service expressing my concerns and issues. I have been trying to find a way to return the items for a refund and have not been given any clear answers. I feel like I have been swindled out of my time and money. This company is a SCAM! DO NOT ORDER anything from them!

For my mom's mother's day gift, I wanted to get her some cute jewelry, so I went to Rosegal.com and ordered a necklace, ring, and bracelet. They came in just a few weeks, and looked just as pictured! I am very pleased with my experience and will shop there again in the future!
They took my money and didn't deliver the goods. Wont return emails. So rude. Do not buy from them, its a scam to take your money.

Ordered a sundress, order number ZP**************. The dress can't even be called a dress. It barely covers my butt. I am a small and petite girl so there is no reason why a $50 sundress shouldn't fit.
It is such a shame! I did not have a problem waiting almost a month for the item since I knew it was coming from China! Thank goodness I did not pay for express shipping, the style is cute online and when I received it, I was so disappointed, it looked like my child made it and looked nothing like the picture, it was made of like a parachute material, so cheap and there is no way I can wear it! And it smells like plastic! So upset!

I ordered a beautiful bathing suit almost 3 months ago and still have not received it. I write a question and am given excuses left and right as to why it hasn't arrived yet and since I didn't pay the extra dollar for shipping I can't track where it's at. If something is taking this long to get to me then I should have a right to get the tracking number and find out exactly where it's at.

After reading the other reviews I was quite surprised. I had no trouble with my merchandise or its quality. I purchased a bathing suit and a vintage dress and they were both great! You are ordering from another country so sizing will obviously be different as well as delivery time being longer. So take that into account. I'm totally satisfied and will be ordering from them again.
I just received 6 dresses, which are the paper version and the cheapest fabric you can imagine cut with scissors for finishing no proper hems just scissor cut fabric on the bottoms,, fabric is not as shown on the web site... I truly was not expecting alot because of the prices... but I wasn't expecting total junk either... none of it can be worn, totally see thru fabrics, not true to size... I am a size 2-4 and these sizes are made for children, too short, bad fitting, poor stitching etc etc. DO NOT BE FOOLED... total waste of money. None of the 6 items look like the photos at all, they must photo shop the outfits to death... next: to return would be more work than its worth, they will NOT issue a full refund, you cant get thru to anyone, custom documents etc. will need to be filled out and I asked for free shipping I received the items in 4 days and had to pay $29.00 in courier to receive... I have decided to use this a lesson learned... will donate to charity what I received... but embarrassed to give these items to anyone to be honest

Ordered chiffon dress and came in with cheap netting. Ordered xl leggings and wouldn't fit my 5 year old niece, it has a 23" waist, Ordered 2 xl dress and it fit my size medium daughter. Ordered another dress and bathing suit that never arrived. Don't trust paypal to protect you either. They made me spend $27 to return over 5 weeks ago and still have not refunded. I'm out $105 and thanks to paypal I'm out another $27. The entire website does not state it is in Singapore.It advertises a US customer service number than no one ever answers

So far so great! I love the shorts I have gotten from Rosegal. I don't agree with the negative reviews, some of the dresses I bought actually look much more than their cost. Rosegal literally has every clothing styles and fashion you could think of, I have ordered again and plan on ordering more in the future. Especially being a skinny petite person, finding this site has been so great.
You are ordering directly from China and that is why it takes so long to receive. The quality is poor & the sizing is off. I ordered a dress and it fits like a shirt. The items arrived with no labels. The prices are cheap but you are getting what you paid for.

I ordered a romper and a vintage shirt separately but on the same day 5/5/15. I received the romper and it was an XL but was XS... There is no tag on the item to determine the size. This a scam all clothes should have a size tag. I never received my vintage shirt. I'm reporting this to the BBB and Facebook to hopefully keep this company from scanning others out of their hard earned money...

The delivery is a bit long (however less than a month), but since the shipping is free, I am satisfied.

I ordered 3 necklaces and a pair of earrings from Rosegal about a week ago. I didn't know how sketchy of a company they seemed to be until afterwards. However, looking at other reviews, I have to say, since it is an Asian website and company, please be aware that their sizings will run smaller. I haven't received my items yet, so I can't yet comment on quality. Also, about shipping. I paid extra for shipping insurance and a tracking number. About 2 days after I bought everything, I received an email with records of what I bought, as well as a picture of my package with shipping info and my tracking and package number. In the email, they give you a site to use your tracking number on, but it didn't work for me. The email said records my take a few days to show up though. Looking at the picture they sent me of my package, I saw they were shipping through USPS. I was able to track my package through them, and simply googling "track my package from china" worked as well. I suggest this to anyone else who was given a tracking number. As for now, I expect my package sometime next week, given USPS is a tad slow with shipping.
