Shipping canadian packages to us-shipping within canada is not much higher than US.so you pay to ship to reship-then they charge you $7 to take each package, then a $5 mailbox fee the $7 per package to put them in one box and the storage is only good for 7 DAYS?! Instead of the usual 15-60,so you will be charged per item per day even after consolidated, then the price to ship to the US was the same amount it cost to ship to them IN THE FIRST PLACE! They also charge to put packing material in the box!- all in all i was charged $70 for them to pack 5 paperback books together and send them to me in addition to the shipping to them.DO NOT USE RESHIP!
Wanna pay 8x the price for shipping? Use their service. What a scam. They will get as much money out of you as they can. $85 for a three books is ridiculous. Should have got them shipped to the border and pick up for free.
I tried to get some goodies from black Friday and then some Christmas shopping. I had such a horrible experience, please please please spare yourself the misery, I wish I just paid amazon outright.
They charged me lots of little fees and wasted my time. Stuff arrived at their warehouse and after a month of trying to get them to locate some missing items, I just gave up. I've been charged for additional photos they didn't take and their support staff aren't rude but it's clear they don't care
After 3 months I still don't have a package or refund. I always get reply from customer service 2 weeks after an question about the status has been made. I will never use this service again!

Reship goes to zero effort to let you know if a package arrives with your name but missing the suite number. They wait 90 days and "dispose" of the package without even trying to notify you! Each suite has a registered owner, and if your package arrives with your name but not your suite, it just goes into a holding area! No contact AT ALL from Reship. Then after 90 days they " dispose" of it but mysteriously the supervisors says they have no idea how they are " disposed" of. Sounds to me like a perk of working there! No wonder they don't try to notify you. Carefully track your items! Unbelievable.
I used the company Reship to shop in USA and have them ship me the goods to Canada. They have stolen an item they consolidated 3 packages and I got only two items, one bag is missing with value 708 usd. They refuse giving me the item back or refund. They filled the box with brochures and making it even heavier 4.4 kg where I had only 3 small items. I don't recommend it to anyone and I am reaching my lawyer to have this resolved hopefully. I am attaching photos of what I received from them and what I paid for my item and what they received on their warehouse. I would recommend you check reviews before using their service otherwise your items will be stolen by them.
First of all, I didn't do enough research. There are cheaper and more reliable freight forwarding companies. Avoid this one, especially if forwarding from USA.
Reship declared the wrong value at 50 USD when it was supposed to be 43.5 USD (as their own calculator shows in the screenshot). They declared the higher value which resulted in me being charged additional duties and taxes I should not have been charged.
They then tried to say that I was the one that made a mistake when declaring the value, when I quite clearly did not, especially when you look at the page and see FORTY THREE POINT FIVE. Eventually, the package was returned to reship and now they want me to pay for the full amount of shipping a second time to send it back to me due to their mistakes. $#*!s.

ARranged shipments twice thought this service. Nver completed. Shipper cited a bad address, or unpaid duties. Everyone finger points to someone else Not sure what scam these folks are running, but its not about getting shipment through to consumers.
I've been with Reship for more than 10 years. Since then the quality of service has gone from "ok" to crap. They've lost items of mine… read the small print: They DON'T take responsibility. Most recently they've changed their storage time from 90 days to 30 days and at the same time it can take them a WEEK to enter a package into their system and 3 days to consolidate; meanwhile they're counting down the days so they can charge storage. They have it setup so THEY win and YOU pay. 10 years ago I would have recommended them. Today, I would say "don't; just don't".
Used ReShip to send multiple packages from US to Costa Rica. Numerous items arrived late, broken and mislabelled. They also used three different shipping methods causing us to have to deal with FedEx, UPS and USPS to track down missing items and deal with Customs. When we asked them for assistance they told us that once they shipped the items out of Portland they are no longer responsible.
Bottom line is that the cost is very high and the service is very low. I would never use them again.
Customer service is generally unresponsive or gives unhelpful information. Most recently I consolidated several large packages after inquiring whether or not the size of the consolidation would be a problem. It took them a week to consolidate, and I still had week for the package to arrive in time. However, for the past two weeks the package has just been sitting in their warehouse- I've called and written several times, andthey're unable to ship it due to the size and for some reason cannot help me to break it down into smaller boxes or find another shipping option. So disappointed that the items I ordered didn't arrive in time despite my careful planning and every day I wonder how I"m going to get all my products from Reship's warehouse in Portland. So many red flags previously that I ignored, but as soon as I get my items I'm quitting my subcription with Reship as it's been a headache for me for a couple years now.
Great customer service, I have used their chat system many times when I had questions. Responses are very quick and answer my questions well. The dashboard is organized and is easy to use, and is great for reshipping.
Gosh where do I even start with this disaster of a company. I've been using them for about 10 months and have shipped many packages and I don't know why I have kept giving them the benefit of the doubt! Let's see what I can say about them:
1. I've had two damaged items. They don't refund they only claim through the shipping company and you get a refund when they do. It takes months
2. If your parcel is lost they won't look into it for you despite the USPS saying ask the seller to investigate
3. Their fees are extortionate. They started off quite cheap but got more and more expensive.
4. Their pictures are poor. But guess what? You can pay to get better ones…
5. They don't answer emails
6. Most recently I physically could not consolidate a package and then could not ship it due to a failure on the app. They took so long to get back to me despite me constantly messaging that the package began to accrue storage fees. I could do literally nothing about it because I PHYSICALLY could not ship the package. They refused to refund the storage fees and said this is why there is 30 days free. Why? So I can predict that your rubbish app is going to fail? I don't think so.
Do yourself a favour and find another company. Seriously. That's exactly what I'll be doing!
Absolutely THE worst service. AVOID at all costs. Abysmal customer service, telephone number does not work - dodgy. Say they will give you two photos of your item, so they sent me a completely blurred image - you cannot even see what it is, and a second photo was the corner of a box. Then they wanted $5 to send proper photos. If you're offering two photos as part of the service, then deliver what you say you will, rather than try and screw your customers for more money.
This company Is beyond bad I had the worst experience with them. If it was possible to give a ZERO rating that would still be too much. They held my package hostage for almost three weeks and every customer service representative I spoke to gave me a different reason. The series of lies became unbearable until finally I was told they lost my package. I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy!
I ordered three packages totalling $60 in value - they have them and want $195 to ship them to Canada
First my packages arrived 12/11 according to Amazon - I did not receive any notices about them. Nothing from them is stuck in my email queue (and I checked my server). Then it said I could consolidate - which I did and it said someone would be in touch (and of course never was).
I contacted them today and they said the packages had been consolidated and that I could pay and have them shipped. I am shocked at the shipping fee after their website talks about economical rates for shipping.
The "agent" siad it was because I didn't pay to remove excess packaging. The three items are all the same and could be taped together as one package.
If I want them to return them to Amazon it will be $10 per package - $30 half the value of the package.
What a fraud! Provide no customer service - don't do anything helpful - and overcharge so it is not worth receiving your package!
Over the past 10 years, more than hundreds of packages have been received without major incident. There were a few small issues, but all of them were resolved.
Pros: 60 days storage, reasonable shipping rates compare to other reshipper.
Cons: customer service could be improved.
Over the last few years I have used this site about 7 times. I have not had an issue with any of the deliveries. If you want to contact support they answer very quickly, I found at least within 24 hours for email and uniquely you can also get them on the phone. Also used their consolidation option which seriously saves on delivery charges. Would recommend.
