I previously used reship and consolidated clothes which their service provided was fantastic. I' was new and had no idea how it worked but reship customer service assisted me through the process in a timely manner and goods arrived within 5 days from USA to NZ. I've used reship again to purchase shoes which are over priced in nz. Received email adv shoes arrived and another email confirming goods shipped, eagerly awaiting arrival of goods. Saved over $100. Would certainly use reship again from past experience and especially if my goods arrive.
It was the first time I used RE-SHIP. One of my friend tried it for one package only and everything was okay. So, I bought different things at Amazon and some other sellers, an average of 10 different orders. Many complications. Had to pay twice because they cannot find my payment. Very hard to find somebody to help. All my stuff is still in their warehouse since 2 weeks and they refuse to delivery because they have something to check. After this they asked for a photo of my credit card and one ID. Today I got a message from them telling me they found hazardous stuff in one of my boxes. I told them it is only clothes and shoes. No more answer. I bought something for my husband's birthday: forget it! They are asking delay of 24-48 hours to check something else again. A lot of trouble, abusive rates and I'm still waiting for my stuff. They are faster to pick-up the money from your credit card than to give the service. I am furious!
Shipped an item, once listed as received by ReShip, they started asking for a lot of indepth identification documents, well and truly enough to commit identity theft. They had no secure method of transferring these documents, and refused to let me access the account to return the items to seller for a refund. I now am behind over $200 because of this.

It is stated in our Terms and Conditions that, if a discrepancy is flagged, then you must provide certain current, complete and accurate information about you when prompted to do so by Reship. If you do not want to provide the requested information then we do offer to assist with returning any orders on the account to the vendor so that you may be refunded for the purchase price. I've had multiple items in the past at the Reship and they mysteriously disappear and when I contact them, they just say "we've shipped all your items". I let that slide since it was a few years ago. Now I had something shipped to them, it was signed for and under my name yet they still refuses to put it on the account. I'm not sure if they're just stealing from their customers now or what. As we are closed over the weekend the local post office signed for these packages and they were transferred to our warehouse the following Monday when our warehouse opened and all parcels were added to customer accounts. I just used this service for the first time and am more than happy with the result.
I was looking to have a parcel delivered from Canada to Malta, Europe. As soon as the parcel arrived at the Reship center I received a photo as evidence of safe arrival (photo attached below). As soon as I provided the forwarding address the parcel was on the move again with an UPS tracking number to allow me to track it to my front door.
The parcel arrived a day early so I am more than happy to recommend the company and will be using them again!
Saw this great deal on a pair of boots I've always wanted at amazon.com but could not purchase it until I found reship.com through the web and saw that you can order from a US website and have it delivered in Manitoba. Was so excited and ordered it right that minute and got my package in about a week. So happy!
I ordered a large amount of items to Reship.com, around 50 items. Everything appears to be received at reship.com, but their system refuses the payment. After several days of waiting for their support, I receive this:
"[...] provide us with a photocopy for your government issued ID card, along with a photo copy of the front and back of your credit card and a utility bill listing your current address."
I will definitely not send my passport scan to a company I suspect is a scam. Considering reporting the items as stolen.
Hello, We're sorry about the recent experience you had with our company. Because we ship world wide and deal with many different currency's we have installed a fraud protector payment processor. If all details in regards to your billing address do not match exactly the payment method declines. To verify this we ask for you to send in a photo ID along with something (utility bill) verifying your billing address to the one on our account.
Instead I believed their site when they write that they are the "best". Our shipment went missing, customer service is terrible and to top it off - outrageously expensive. Plus I could have driven to the US and back quicker.
Never again.
Now that even eBay and B&H is charging state taxes to WA, some items are actually cheaper to go thru OR. I tried ReShip and it is great. Fast online tracking of the steps are reassuring. No need to give out your passport as in other stupid competitors, or those who don't even have a proper website.
3 packages took 6 days to be registered in the system while they said it would happen in 2. Then, I had to consolidate them together, 24-48 hours of waiting. Then, I'll pay to ship and will have to wait more 24-48 to be shipped.
From arrival to shipment it will probably take 12 days. That's awful.
And none of these timeframes are in their websites, I just got the information from the customer service, which btw answer promptly.
Recently I ran into some problem regarding online payment which create a delay for receiving my packages and unnecessary drive from WA to Portland. Reship resolved my problem perfectly, I got credit and was satisfied at the end. I want to thank Justin and the rest of the staff who assisted me for their excellent customer service.

This is my first experience using this company to ship some gifts from amazon to Asia.
However, they just refuse my credit card for stupid reason (that they require my passport copy to proceed, which i found unreasonable); then since amazon closed the order already and i could not return to amazon, i fully paid another shipping company to ship to a local address and reship refuse to do so!
Now my gifts are locked with them and i do not even know how to get them back without needing to provide sensitive personal info.
Totally helpless here.
Their emails are hopeless too, not trying to solve the problems
And i asked for over 3 times for their formal complain email with no response.

I have delighted with the service from Reship. Very efficient and prompt. I have no idea why there are so many negative reviews - I can only assume that the reviewers are either trolls from rival forwarding companies or morons who blame others for their own mistakes.

Got quoted a range of prices for shipping one item. The US postal site quoted $12.50 for the package. The equivalent price on reship.com was $27.00. Throw in the initial $5 to open the account and a further $5 handling fee each time and it becomes obvious that this is a very expensive service. Would not recommend based on price alone.

It took 2 and a half month to get reship to finally send through my items. They have the absolute worse customer service I have seen in my entire adult life. I never though shipment could cost more than the product to ship
Seems to be a scam.
The site allows me to create an account, do my shipment there, even perform the consolidation, but refuse to take my credit card.
The same card that has been used to purchase from amazon.
Now they are asking for credit card copy, front and back end!
I better try to get refund or loose this amount rather to hand over my credit card to this company.
Simple fact-If you don't allow the credit card for registration, then why the hell you allowed to create the account and use it to ship there?

Reship purchased a rare copy of a classical music magazine for me from a US retailer who was not willing to mail it directly to me in the UK. It arrived in excellent condition, well-wrapped, and within five days of purchase, and I was able to track its progress at every stage. I was impressed with the service and emailed Reship to tell them so. Shall certainly use Reship again in a similar circumstance.
The worst customer service, specially Kate, always behind, they don't follow, got charged for the delivery that has my been dilivered, the who reship.com sounds like some unprofessional bench of $#*!s working from house basement existing everyone's time.
