NYBox

Having used NYBox for a couple of months now, utilising their consolidation / international shipping service frequently during this period, I have found them to be super efficient, highly responsive to enquiries and best of all, very very reasonable in their shipping rates across the board, from DHL and TNT to USPS!

I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a super fast package forwarding service from the States to anywhere around the world.

The NYbox is very usefull service. The connection it makes gives us the plenty of possibilities. Very good and very quick service, with good prices. Thank you!

I am using NYBOX since 2009 and still using their service till this moment May 2020. In short, the company is good but not as professional as MYUS.com. They have lower prices for small weight items for different carriers but when the item is heavy better to use MYUS.com - they are cheaper for heavyweights.
The management lacks a professional response or action. If the problem gets serious, they ignore you or simply don't satisfy you. One of the good features they have is to trash the original invoice and you revalue your items so you can avoid high customs in your country.
A serious issue I faced with them: They lost $500 value of items in one package and they refunded me only $150! Their excuses were not acceptable at all. Imagine I am a customer since 2009 and they did not solve my lost item issue! I wonder about their customer loyalty policy.

PROS:
- Low shipping prices for light items.
- The original invoice can be revalued.
- Easy web site to use
- TAX-free service
- Monthly subscription fees are not high. ($15 per month)

CONS
- Management not professional to deal with(you will discover this when you face problems with them)
- Customer service is slow in action. No online chat service
- Dimension weight existed. MYUS.com doesn't use DIM which is one of the excellent feature you have to consider.
- Slow in the process of preparing and repacking your item - it drove me crazy many times.

I'll continue to use your service and am also recommending it on Twitter and Facebook. Thank you for making shopping from the USA easy.

Usually i ship with myus, this is the first time i ship with nybox, i like it, package takes 7 days, no damages no lost. I have store so i need to buy some items from amazon, i will try it again. Maybe i will make a video in my channel in youtube about this shopping.

The best, most profesional and reliable shipping service I ever had, this being said. I am feeling, that this very trustworthy service, is the only one I would use for my Shipping needs from the US while I am overseas... And trust me, by personal experience, they are always there for you! Keep up the good job guys!

NYBOX is Great shipping company because they take better care of packages that require careful packaging. They protect the packages inside and out to make sure my packages make it safely. They do Repacks, Great customer service. Saved lots of money using their services. I've seen more mistakes on UPS, and Amazon, and I Like Amazon but they can be a bit expensive. I trust NYBOX with my packages and UPS to deliver an NYBOX worked on Package.

After purchasing a laptop and camera from Amazon I needed to ship it to my home in Frankfurt. I chose NYBox for their easy-to-use website. I'm glad I did. The sign-up was quick and their online customer service was very helpful, although most of my questions were already answered on the site. Repackaging was great. All my products arrived in perfect condition. Definitely recommend!

They work with bad companies like Aramex which is cheaper but you get what you pay for. Aramex have not scanned my package for 5 days now but told Nybox that it will be shipped in the next flight which date is unknown. Aramex have not answered my mail as they do with others so i ask nybox to ask them when is supposed to be or return it so i can choose another more normal company. They refused since aramex told them its in transit even though its not even in the carrier system according to the track number. You cannot do minimum of asking your carrier when is the flight? Its real shame

I used many times nybox services to redirect my package to Italy and i was always really happy with them. They have an awesome live support Too

Supplied me with a Ny address so i could receive mail, packages and purchased items. Very easy to view my virtual mailbox contents online. Also extremely convenient and quick way to recieve my items whenever and wherever I want. Love the personal shopping Assistant option!!!

They do not list all the hazmat items on their website.
Bad attitude by 3 customer service staff,
1 reasonable person finally got my issue resolved after a week of waiting for their email response.
They told me they didn't reply my email because they didn't know how to respond - that's their job?!
Plus they should have at least send an email saying sorry to keep you waiting we are taking care of your issue. Whatever but not silence for a week?!
They asked for understanding, but it's not the customers job to be understanding when the service is bad.
Will not use this company anymore, as I still sense there are some serious department & staff issues there. I don't know if the customer service people (except for 1) all get paid bad to have such shirty attitude.
I'm only giving this 3 starts because my issue got resolved in the end, otherwise this would get 1 star.

I spend a great deal of time abroad for business, mostly in long-term situations, so I have used NYBox for quite awhile. They have consistently delivered on their promises: efficient, cost-effective, secure. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a quality service while overseas.

I found NY Box easy to navigate and was impressed by their reliable service. There were never any breakdowns in communication and everything went smoothly. When a problem did arise, they rectified it immediately. All representatives of NY Box are professional and helpful. I highly recommend this company.

I was constantly switching from one delivery service to another because of all types of problems that other company's created for me. NYbox is the best one I have ever used and I don't plan on switching anytime soon. Everything is done promptly and I have yet to encounter any problems with anything. No complaints about this. Everyone should use it!

When I lived in Europe 30 years ago my expatriate friends and I were always challenged with getting our familiar USA brands easily without all the import hassles. NYBOX now solves this. Shoppers can get the items they want on impulse without concern for wild freight minimums and costs. I recommend NYBOX to all my friends overseas (and it saves me from having to schlep souvenirs in my luggage) when I go over there.

They lost my 3 packages worth 2000$ each, and don't even reply back...

Just evrrytime we are sorry we will solve this issue and reply back, 2 weeks now and the issue is not fixed...

This company has no staff nsmes or msnager indicated, no quick response or chat, its like they are invisible... because they don't want any customer to know anything about them.

I don't reccomend any 1 to deal with them...

As you can in the photos attached a big difference between my package and the one I received.

I've been using this service for almost 5 years now, and nothing has went wrong. The customer service is prompt and my packages get to me cheaper and safer than most forwarding companies I have used in the past. I recommend this service to anybody, If they want fast reliable service nybox.com is the way to go.

I have been using NYBox since years and the service has always been exceptional! Quick, good customer service and over the years they have brought their prices down. Great job!

DO NOT WORK WITH NYBOX AT ALL. THESE REVIEWS YOU SEE ARE FAKE. Upon receiving your item, Nybox will instantly close your account and ask that you provide 2 pictures (front and back) of your ID. Once you send them this ID, they will also ask for pictures of your credit card for 'Verification'. Exactly what they'd need to use your credit card whenever & wherever they want and the worst part about it is that you allowed them to! In their ToS they state that when using their service you accept that they are able to allow 3rd party services to charge your card.

They're currently holding my Google Pixel 2 and refusing to return it to the sender or release it to me, I will be contacting a Lawyer and beginning a lawsuit on Monday.

I'm Swedish and do a lot of online shopping from US for the variety as much as the price. There are so many companies that don't offer international shipping. NYBox has rescued me. I get an email when I have package and can log into the website for more details. I can choose how and when I want things shipped and I don't have to wait long for my package to arrive. I have already recommended them to several of my friends. It's really a great service.

I have been a customer since 2008 and only had excellent experience! The shipments are always well packed and the customer support is superb.
