I was constantly switching from one delivery service to another because of all types of problems that other company's created for me. NYbox is the best one I have ever used and I don't plan on switching anytime soon. Everything is done promptly and I have yet to encounter any problems with anything. No complaints about this. Everyone should use it!

Supplied me with a Ny address so i could receive mail, packages and purchased items. Very easy to view my virtual mailbox contents online. Also extremely convenient and quick way to recieve my items whenever and wherever I want. Love the personal shopping Assistant option!!!
Having friends overseas for the longest time I was ordering stuff and sending packages to my friends. With the NYbox service my friends can order all by themselves and do not need to bother me anymore and everyone is happy! Great value and it always works i hear.
I have been a happy customer for over 3 years! NYBox's service and prices exceed my expectations. They have gone above and beyond for us multiple times. The shipping rates they give to us using TNT Express to UAE are unbeatable!
They do not list all the hazmat items on their website.
Bad attitude by 3 customer service staff,
1 reasonable person finally got my issue resolved after a week of waiting for their email response.
They told me they didn't reply my email because they didn't know how to respond - that's their job?!
Plus they should have at least send an email saying sorry to keep you waiting we are taking care of your issue. Whatever but not silence for a week?!
They asked for understanding, but it's not the customers job to be understanding when the service is bad.
Will not use this company anymore, as I still sense there are some serious department & staff issues there. I don't know if the customer service people (except for 1) all get paid bad to have such shirty attitude.
I'm only giving this 3 starts because my issue got resolved in the end, otherwise this would get 1 star.
Beware scammers. They are dangerous
I am one of those several unlucky members of them who got robbed by them. They opened my package without my permission & stole my very expensive laptop.And when me & some other people tried to complain on their Facebook page here:- http://www.facebook.com/nybox, they deleted all the complaint posts & banned the members from posting on their Facebook page.
I have the same service provided in the UK and also in Miami. NY box is very fast to ship out goods, but their customer service on line is not very friendly. Also the answers from the support mail take more than two days.
Ny box did not disappoint, I have just received my package. I've tried other companies but all seemed to have trouble having my items delivered to Mexico. You guys did a great job putting my items together nothing was damaged. Look forward to working with you guys. Good job
I used MyUS for years but NYbox has much better price. I save now 20-30$ each expédition to France.
NYbox is not thief like other forwarders, they do not steal and do not keep your package hostage. If you have big package (~100 kilo) and cargo price too high, they help you cargo with boat. Time takes a little longer, but very cheaper for big expédition.
NYBox has been excellent, delivering packages to Hungary without any issues. The Customer Service has been the best, they will go out of their way to help you with any potential issues. If there was a 6-star rating, I would give them 6 STARS!

I've used many services similar to this one and this has to be the worst. Do not trust these people with your packages, try to look somewhere else - there are many with credible people handling them.
They take pictures of your packages when they come in and tell you the weight. You can choose different shipping like EMS, UPS, Fedex, etc. They let you pack items together and ship with less weight. Usually ship same day if you choose during business hours.
If you have trouble with customs you can email them and they help you.
NY Box is an excellent shipping service to Qatar. The prices are reasonable and service is timely. I received all my packages without delay. I would highly recommend them for international shipping to Qatar. The customer service was helpful.
DO NOT WORK WITH NYBOX AT ALL. THESE REVIEWS YOU SEE ARE FAKE. Upon receiving your item, Nybox will instantly close your account and ask that you provide 2 pictures (front and back) of your ID. Once you send them this ID, they will also ask for pictures of your credit card for 'Verification'. Exactly what they'd need to use your credit card whenever & wherever they want and the worst part about it is that you allowed them to! In their ToS they state that when using their service you accept that they are able to allow 3rd party services to charge your card.
They're currently holding my Google Pixel 2 and refusing to return it to the sender or release it to me, I will be contacting a Lawyer and beginning a lawsuit on Monday.
I have truly found an amazing shipping company! They can make shipping stress free! They always have a solution for any task no matter how small or large it is. I have used this company for about 5 years and I have always been more than satisfied with them. I have used it to ship many of my needs to Ukraine and this company has always delivered! In addition, Any issues we have encountered have always been resolved professionally and quicker than I can say "abracadabra"!
