I have used NYBox for about a year and sent thousands of dollars in merchandise through them to Canada. Their system is user-friendly and whenever I have had an issue, they are quick to respond to me. I'll continue using them for all of my mail forwarding.

Only negative thing is that HAZMAT list is a bit more than with other forwarding sites. Last months they have started to improve this issue.

Usually i ship with myus, this is the first time i ship with nybox, i like it, package takes 7 days, no damages no lost. I have store so i need to buy some items from amazon, i will try it again. Maybe i will make a video in my channel in youtube about this shopping.

I've been using NYBox for years and even upgraded to a premium account. I used many other mail forwarding services but the guys at NYBox have great customer services that always goes above and beyond the call of duty, and their shipping rates are very competitive.

I fully recommend them.

The sign-up was quick and their online customer service was very helpful, although most of my questions were already answered on the site. Repackaging was great. Stay away from nybox. They are scammers. My parcels have never been shipped, they do not answer the phone, or the e-mails. They stole products worth $ 1800 $ 250 worth of shipping. I made a complaint on https://www.ic3.gov. I hope they go to jail. CROOKS!

Beware scammers. They are dangerous
I am one of those several unlucky members of them who got robbed by them. They opened my package without my permission & stole my very expensive laptop.And when me & some other people tried to complain on their Facebook page here:- http://www.facebook.com/nybox, they deleted all the complaint posts & banned the members from posting on their Facebook page.

Friend tell me about this company and I have used ever since. Easy to get stuff to Italy with no problems. The people are so nice and patient with people like me who do not have very good English. Like stars on this site say I love so much you want to tell entire world. Thanks from Paolo

I was constantly switching from one delivery service to another because of all types of problems that other company's created for me. NYbox is the best one I have ever used and I don't plan on switching anytime soon. Everything is done promptly and I have yet to encounter any problems with anything. No complaints about this. Everyone should use it!
