Shipped an item, once listed as received by ReShip, they started asking for a lot of indepth identification documents, well and truly enough to commit identity theft. They had no secure method of transferring these documents, and refused to let me access the account to return the items to seller for a refund. I now am behind over $200 because of this.

We apologize for the negative experience. We do maintain a secure website and hold very strict polices when it comes to customer account and payment information. It is stated in our Terms and Conditions that, if a discrepancy is flagged, then you must provide certain current, complete and accurate information about you when prompted to do so by Reship. If you do not want to provide the requested information then we do offer to assist with returning any orders on the account to the vendor so that you may be refunded for the purchase price.
