I have used Reship.com many times and there is no trouble at all. If you worry about a shipping fee, you can calculate it before an order at their website. And, you can choose your favorite shipping method. If you order a heavy parcel, it may take much shipping fee.

I've tried three different trans-border shipping services ( from the US to Canada) and ReShip.com is the best. I've found them easy to communicate with ( via email), they have corrected / compensated for any mistakes they have made. Parcel consolidation has always been well done, well arranged - using new boxes and good packing materials to prevent shifting and damage. Cost-wise they are not as expensive as one other ( of the three I've used) - middle-of-the-pack I'd estimate. But their estimates are accurate, and you have a variety of shipping options available. I've used them for three or four years now - shipping ( and the associated costs) from the US to Canada is a necessary evil if you are buying regularly for your business.

It is best to calculate shipping rates Beforehand, so you know what to expect. They have a shipping calculator on their site. If the calculation ends up being more than you're willing to pay, you will know not to use them.

I did have lots of good experiences, but about 18 months to two years ago something changed and they are now really, really, really bad. Beyond belief bad.

They're horrible. I would not recommend.
