ReShip has lost my package. USPS delivered package Feb 17/17 @ 12:45pm (tracked). It's been almost 3 weeks and ReShip keeps telling me that it wasn't delivered to them and that they don't have the package. What are my options to recover my package or money for the cost of the item?

Would you recommend using this service for a watch reshipment to the UK? What's the risk of customs and duties which could be arbitrary to be applied? I am happy of paying all the fees quoted by ReShip 5$ sign up + 5$ handling + ~34$ shipping.
How can we get hold of you on phone, it has until now been only voicemail that we get on the phone, we wanted to ask for an alternative shipment, but were never offered one, so we wanted to pick it up, but we cannot get hold of you by phone to arrange the pick up?
