Despicable company.
Had a bottle of Canadian whisky sent to the British Columbia warehouse. They missed delivery. Several emails & phone calls back & forth & supplying of a signed authority eventually they collected it from a post office after 2 weeks. Would not send the item to Australia. Stated policy prevented them from shipping it. Canadian high commission confirmed otherwise. Couldn't ship even within Canada after stating they could. So the item can't be onwards shipped OR returned to the supplier within Canada. The package is basically stuck in their warehouse which they will keep & on sell. This company is a SCAM. Do not use. I have lodged a complaint with consumer affairs Canada & am taking legal action. Zero stars. Avoid at all costs. Thieves & liars.
Great shipping service for anyone who shops online at Canada or US stores. I wasn't able to before because I didn't have a local address. Now I can easily shop and ship my orders home to Australia. People complain about high prices, but you pick the shipping options yourself! Great customer service too, I've never had any issues.
I got all my stuff quick and easy to Canada that wasn't a problem reship did a good job at that. They just charge for every single thing (package consolidation, processing) it ends up costing way too much money better off with going with something like Viabox that doesn't charge these foolish fees like c'mon man!

Been using Reship for more than a year. I was a satisfied customer until a few months ago when making a payment became an odyssey.
Suddenly and without warning the only payment method offered was Paypal (which screws you with their currency exchange methods) and their payment system (Interpay) always blocks my account when trying make a payment. ALWAYS. It doesn't matter that I've been a regular customer using the same credit card and information each time. The best part is that if I call my bank and paypal they tell me that nothing's wrong, so I'm left at the mercy of this shady company while my packages, which I need for my business, are held there with no way to get them out until they decide so.
Right now I have 4 packages trapped there. Once I get them out I'll happily take my business elsewhere.
I have a package ship from Amazon to Reship 10 days ago, UPS Innovations have a label for delivery purposes, however the package has not been picked up from Reship. Reship are investigating Ha! I am out over $350 USD including postage if they can't find it, and I am very upset. It was a present for my son and no one is doing anything about it. This is just not on, does anyone have any Idea as to what or who I can complain to and maybe get some help. I am from Australia.
As we all know nothing in this world ever goes smoothly or how we might have expected. What truly defines a worth while company is how they conduct themselves and how well they treat their customers. I just want to thank Justin & Randa at Reship for their excellent customer service. I will continue using them as they have very much earned my business.
A year ago this would have been a 5 start review but after my current experience I cannot bring myself to do so. I have a consolidated package (K*******) still in their warehouse with a payment processing notice that has been pending for two weeks. Despite numerous emails to Reship Customer Service inquiring why the delay all I have received back is the obligatory email saying "we have forwarded your email to the payment processing department". And have heard nothing back. Phone calls to Reship are difficult as I am currently working in Iraq at the moment. Please be aware before using them that their Customer Service communication and follow through currently has serious deficiencies leading to an incredulity frustrating and unsatisfactory experience leaving you feeling powerless and somewhat hopeless that your packages will ever be received. Be warned!
This is my first time using Reship and it may be my last. My package was received by Reship on April 10th. I allowed one week for processing, but when nothing happened, I sent an email, and two weeks later, no response. I tried calling this morning, reached voice mail with a recording that they do no return international calls!? How is that possible when all or most of your customers are outside the US!? A second email has been sent. Will I ever get my package?
WORST service ever, with a lying front.
My first shipment was easy, despite being tobacco, with some shipping restrictions. Customer service rapidly released it to me, no problem. My second shipment was identical, but they refused to release it, saying they don't ship tobacco. I responded by referencing my earlier shipment, got no reply for 10 days, asked again, asked again 2 days after, still nothing but silence. Then they sent me a notice saying my package had been there too long and they will start charging me a daily fee. They are still ignoring my inquiries. After 3 asks, I found you can pick up the package in person certain days, so I will drive 6 hours to get it, and NEVER USE RESHIP AGAIN.
Never make the mistake of opening an account there. I lost a lot of money there. Every other reshipping company out there is better than this abomination.
1. They close account for nothing.
2. They hold packages for nothing.
3. When you receive packages, you sometimes do not even get a notification.
4. Their management team is a joke. Cannot resolve simple issues. Makes you wait weeks.
Save your valuable time and brain cells. Use other companies.

They will take far too long to ship your package, and they require you to call them multiple times to get them to actually do anything with the package. They are not timely. They are not helpful. They are not a good shipping service. Go with someone else. I was enticed by their low rates, but I regret my decision terribly.
Fast, inexpensive shipping to Australia. American prices and products are so much better than what we have in Australia.
For the small recship fee, I can now shop for products that were beyond my reach.
ReShip states they will charge an "additional dangerous goods fee" if they find a lithium ion battery in your package(e.g. Phone, watch, etc.). However, they will not tell you the the cost of their "additional fee" until they receive your package and inspect it.
BEWARE: RESHIP CAN CHARGE ANY "ADDITIONAL FEE" TO RELEASE/RESHIP YOUR PACKAGE.
First experience was a positive one. You still have the problem of some US companies not shipping to what they know as 'reshippers' this is a detail that would be your problem, not theirs. You still have to be fair about where blame should go when it's beyond their control. I would use reship.com again and recommend to others. Everything went smooth and fast considering they are an extra step in the shipping process.
I had to use a service as I live in CA and many websites will only ship to US addresses. I highly suggest you go to their page and use their shipping estimate calculator before you purchase this service. Shipping is outrageous, the least expensive option would only deliver the package in 'approximately 90 days'. And this package was literally going from Portland to Vancouver. Had I known this was what it would cost, I'd have driven to their warehouse to pick it up myself. The next shipping method tier up was $43, more than the cost of the original item. Regardless, this service is the lesser of two evils, as this at least allowed me access to products otherwise unavailable to Canadian consumers. And it does give you the option of cheaper shipping, but only if you don't mind waiting 3 months.
I didn't know what will be the price after consolidation, because I couldn't calculate the shipping according to package dimensions before ordering, so I was not pleasantly surprised.
Long story short, it may worth it if you ordering a lot of small items, otherwise it's almost always takes half of price of goods or even more. Hope to never deal with you again. It's also slow, very slow for it's money
Hi, thanks for your review. I like your suggestion to have a method to calculate a consolidation dimensions, we are about to launch a brand new website and will eventually have that feature. Keep in mind, our shipping rates are set by the carriers (UPS, FEDEX, DHL, USPS, CANADA POST, UK Mail, etc) Luckily, Reship customers are able to use our company discount, thus you save 65% from going directly to the carrier!
The actual service is pretty lackluster. It takes forever and they make it overly complicated.
But worse, their customer service is terrible. There's no empathy or compassion. No interest in doing what's right for the user. They look for any excuse possible not to actually ship the item.
I recommend finding a better service. Don't bother with these clowns.
Unfortunately, one of the listed ingredients in your product was alcohol. This is prohibited by air control government bodies to be shipped via air. We wish we could send it, but we must follow the rules since the sending warehouse is liable. We deactivated your account due to your foul language and bigotry demands towards our customer service team. We do not tolerate such behaviors.
I sent a package to Amazon, it got there but got lost within Amazon because they didn't use shipping label. Customer service don't care enough, communication is bad, and most of the time the chat service is offline.
I would strongly advise to use another company :)
Bought a pair of shoes from Dillards and used Reship to have it shipped to me here in Sydney. It came on time and the package seemed to be in fair condition.
I only had a little problem with the service fees but I suppose it can't be helped! Paid $100 to get my shoes shipped here which is pretty damn pricey but oh well!
I've read some reviews about Reship here and there and it seems that they use some sort of 'scheme' where they close your accounts whilst your package is being shipped there due to 'suspected illegal/fraudulent activity' and they'll either ask you to give your personal information such as 'the back and front of your credit cards,' your passport details and etc. which is a little worrying since I'm using their services now to buy a pair of pants from a boutique over in the U.S...
I've had a fairly good experience with Reship but I'm a little worried they'll pull this scheme on me. Hopefully all goes well!

Please be advised the only time a account is deactivated and identification documents are requested is if our payment processor has a fraud concern with the account. This site is unbelievably misleading. Toting itself as $5 to signup and $5 for their forwarding service, ReShip leaves out the grossly inflated shipping prices. Thanks for helping me save on sales tax as advertised, only to then hold my package hostage until I paid more than that on your shipping prices. $25+handling for a tiny package through USPS? Jokes on me, never again.

As vendors will often ship their merchandise in boxes with a lot of excess room and packaging material, we also offer a repackaging service for a small $7 repackaging fee. If this service is requested we will open the box your item was shipped in, remove the excess packaging material and repackage your items in a smaller box in an effort to reduce the cost of shipment.

Hi. Sorry we are not a licensed liquor holder. Canadian laws require a liquor license for shipping. You can’t just go into a post office and mail whisky. We wrote all this in FAQ.
