Ordered items. First set never got there. Next one that was sent they wouldn't reship. For a reship company to not be able to send something as small as a region locked video game is just absolutely stupid. You are better off finding a pen pal to help you as this site offers nothing but a money trap

Worst shipping experience to date. Fees unreasonably expensive and my package is stuck at customs because they didn't declare the contents, despite me filling in the forms they required. Customer service is also lacking. When I requested additional options for a lower shipping price all they suggested was to rebundle my items at an additional 7$ fee which may or may not have reduced the shipping.

For your reference our company does offer a shipping estimator you may use before shipping your goods to our warehouse so you are aware of the costs associated with reshipping from our facility. Please be advised the consolidation service we offer typically does reduce the shipping costs on orders. We cannot guarantee this will reduce the shipping costs as customers have the option to remove additional packaging when combining the orders or to leave the goods in the original packaging. When removing the additional packaging the shipping costs do regularly go down, but we cannot make this choice on a customers behalf. In regards to customs details some countries require specific information for orders which may not have been included in the general description updated in your account. If you require further assistance in regards to your customs declaration form you may contact our customer service team directly at customerservice@reship.com. Very unhappy just registered yesterday and made successful payment for service from my PayPal account. All seemed good and I was logged in automatically after making the PayPal payment. Strangely in the registration process I was not asked to provide a password and assumed that they were going to send me an email after registration to setup the password, but I have received no emails from them. After logging out I was of course unable to log back in with a password.

I then tried their password recovery feature which recognises my email address successfully and states they have emailed me a temporary password but I received no email from them. I have contacted their customer support but 12 hours later still have not received any response from them.

Now wish I had read these reviews first.

I live in the US but travel abroad for months at a time and I often need products shipped to me. I have usually relied on family and friends to ship me everything from video games to laptop batteries. Reship is perfect for me and the price is extremely reasonable for shipping. It is especially useful for getting medications which I will never buy overseas as I think they are all contimated or fake. I am glad reship finally exists.

I will definitely use this website again. They did a great job sending email updates on the status of my order and they were accurate with the shipment information. Plus I get the chance to order from a site that only delivers to a U.S. address. Thanks guys! Can't wait to receive my order!

I get an email as soon as my package arrives at ReShip, click the link and follow the easy steps to get it forwarded on to me. So convenient. One of my orders was a bridesmaid dress that was "the one", but the company didn't ship to Canada. Enter ReShip! The day was saved!

I have been a customer with Reship for several years now and haven't had any of the issues that previous reviews have been stating. In this past year alone I have shipped 25 consolidated shipments totalling 135 individual parcels and they have all been shipped without a problem or concern. They package the boxes carefully and if I've ever had a hickup with a shipment, they've been quick to respond and help me through my concerns, not sure what experiences others have had but I can say my experiences for the last few years have always been positive!

The Company's customer service team is impossible to get ahold of. I had sent numerous emails and called them on the phone with no one to answer me back in the last 2 weeks. If you have urgent and expensive packages to deliver to you, don't choose this company as their customer service is non existent. Stay away!

ReShip attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

I had a very long delay to received my package with UPS innovation. This is not the reship fault, but at my experience, never I will choose this option. Reship resolve the problem perfectly and I got satisfied at the end. I use this service since a long time ago, some people find it expansive, but when we do not have choose, it not that bad. I have no complain.

I ordered an item through an independent company and paid reship to ship it to me in Canada. It never left Portland. When I called and emailed about it the first employee told me I needed to speak to usps. After calling usps they told me reship never sent them the package to be delivered. I spoke to a second employee at reship who told me I would have to pay to have the item shipped again and wait for a refund. It has been over three months and the customer service team (which appears to be one person) has completely stopped replying to my emails and refused to give me my refund.

Stay away

Stay away. I ordered 46 items. I called like 20 times and no one would help me. I consolidated my items and they all disappeared. I am planning to involve law enforcement as you are dealing with straight thieves. No one helped me. I e-mailed and called constantly and my products just disappeared, they charge any credit card on file. Be very careful and very wary.

This company is fraudulent!

I called them to confirm that they were able to ship my package from Canada to the US and when my package arrived they put a restriction on the package and they say that it could only be shipped within Canada. I called them and they said that they were going to conduct an investigation to see If I had actually called. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE it is FRAUDULENT! They advertise services that they don't have!

Item was delivered to Reship Warehouse signed for but now reship cannot find the item.
I have sent off all details proof of purchase, proof of paypal, proof of delivery, i was told a week ago the matter would be resolved but am still waiting after 2 further emails.To me its pretty cut n dried, you lost my package or stole it now REFUND me.
Great Logistics firm but badly lacking in the responsibilty to customers department

I had an order sent out, to my reship address, back in May. I was told after a week or two of waiting, by the companies customer support, to wait until 26th June so I did, and nothing. When this time came, I was assured that a second had been sent out to the same address, and still nothing. I know many people have been sent the same item from the same company, and I had assurances in both instances that they had been shipped, so it's clear where the issue is.

Clearly something is not right at ReShip, unless I've just fallen very, very unlucky and both these shipments have been "lost in the mail".

It's either a scam or their internal service is just plain horrible, and, judging my some of the other complaints about the ReShip, this is far from an isolated incident.

Watch it for small shipments. They do not disclose all the costs / fees associated with reshipping. The calculator is not as accurate and though they do say there may be additional costs, they don't tell you how much. I was very displeased to learn I ended paying nearly the same value of the item I bought, in shipping costs.

Illegal and unethical

My wife mistakenly sent her blood pressure pills to reship. When they refused to send them on, I kept waiting for reship to return the pills to the pharmacy. I was absolutely stunned when reship finally told me they were keeping the pills. This is theft. There is no indication on their website that they keep items that are listed on their prohibited list. It's legal for the pharmacy to mail them to reship, but they can't mail them back? I have lodged a complaint with postal authorities. BEWARE!

Worst Company

Re ship is the worst company and certainly not trustable. They update packages very very late sometimes we have to send them many emails and then it is updates.
Their staff is not helpful and they have their stupid policies regarding parcels and they keep hold of parcels for weeks without any valid reason. I was their old customer but due to these issues will never use this company and their pathetic service.

I have used Reship to ship 5 consolidated packages to Canada. Everything went smoothly, and I think the pricing is fair for the service. Will continue to use Reship as it gives me access to products not sold in Canada, or overpriced in Canada, or for which excessive duties/brokerage fees are charged.

They charge a 5$ holding fee, another 7$ consolidation fee (how hard can it be to open various packages and put them all into one), and then, the carrier's fees, which are ridiculous. For a 60$ package, I will be paying more than 50$ for shipping fees, will take about a week and a half to get it (don't have it yet) and I did not get the price for the customs fees yet... Never again!
