There was a screw up in the warehouse, and I wasn't able to get my package shipped on the Friday into Canada. So I called Monday morning, expecting more delays... after explaining my situation, and the urgent need to get my package ASAP, Justin (operations manager) took it upon himself to hand deliver my package to UPS, so it went out on the Monday, instead of the following day. Might not seem like a big deal, but it really saved my butt!
Now that's service! Way above and beyond!

I was so excited to be able to order something from a Canadian website and get it delivered to the US through ReShip! They were super fast and as soon as my package arrived they took a picture, sent it to me and gave me my shipping options. I will definitely be using this service frequently.
All praises for reship.com, now I got the chance to buy the baseball caps my grandson kept asking. I don't live in the US so I could not order from this website. Now I do with reship.com, thanks and good job!
If you re-ship with them, they will make their own rules, so they can keep you package and rip you off.
They have all the excuses, will ignore emails. Keep in mind, the owners live in BC, Canada and are hiding from any fraud investigations.

Stay away. I ordered 35 items. I called like 20 times and no one would help me. I consolidated my items and they all disappeared. I am planning to involve law enforcement as you are dealing with straight thieves. No one helped me.

I believe this company www.reship.com is a SCAM! STAY AWAY! They accept your parcel but won't let you get item reshipped. They do not respond to emails, now on last try the email server is "Apparently" not working nor is the section where you want reshipped to. Thankfully I only tested them with a very small and cheap item but that hardly is the point. Reship either get your act together or send my item back to Amazon immediately so I can get refunded. I'd rather use a trustworthy site that will get BIG BUSINESS from me. Your loss Reship!

For a company who specializes in shipping from the USA to Canada the prices are absolutely atrocious! I ordered some mens rogaine... cost me 58$ Canadian... the shipping cost me 68$ what an absolute rip off! STAY AWAY!
Incredibly slow service on top of constantly cancelling orders, regardless of how it is being shipped. It is definitely a company I strongly would avoid. I wasted a lot of money on ordering clothing and such just to get my shipping cancelled and then told it will continue to not ship unless I pay more and then will add storage fees on top of it just to make more money off of the customers. Thank you for stealing my goods and forcing me to pay more than they are worth now.
I live in Canada and we can only get limited things, but with reship i can get whatever i want from the U. S>A and they ship it to me. Love the concept. I once ordered 22 princesses and in canada only 3 were available, my grand daughters loved them.

My shoe size was completely sold out everywhere around me but luckily I found them online. But unfortunately since I live in Canada and the site I was purchasing from was US shipping only I thought I was out of luck again. I did a google search and reship.com popped up. I thought it was the answer. But then I read a lot of bad reviews so I was apprensive but still decided to give it a shot. The site I purchased from only accepted US credit cards and luckily reship has an option called assisted purchase. Where u pay them and they'll buy the items for u through there cc. So that was great. It did take them long though and I was not happy with all the extra fees I had to pay. I ended up paying way more for the shoes then I should have. Overall they do serve there purpose if you have no other choice

Hmmm. Reship's shipping calculator estimated my deliver costs to be $112 for a 26 x 9.5 x 6.5in package weighing 20lb and worth $1136 to Australia.
Then, when Reship took possession of my package, the delivery cost suddenly went up to $181.
I am waiting on an explanation, but right now very disappointed.
Signed up with ReShip recently. Made two purchases that were shipped to their Portland site. These were consolidated into one package and shipped on. The process was straightforward and ReShip did their part very efficiently. Shipping is not cheap but that is not ReShips fault and their rates are quite competitive.
I can recommend their service.

I just had an awesome experience using these guys i had 5 monitors shipped to their facility and then consolidated into one package and shipped to my office in canada and everything was pretty much as advertised. I don't know if your milage may vary with their quality of service but i know i'm happy so far and the young lady from their customer care dpt on the phone told me exactly what to expect and they delivered. Not a single dollar more than what's on their main page. An overall repeat experice for sure.

I had only joined reship last week on 15th December hoping to ship some items from Amazon to Brunei because. I was initially very excited because I thought finally I can get something cool for my family for Christmas... But items were only shipped out today and it is already 23rd December my time. I had first emailed to express my concern and stating it as Christmas but Kate had just responded in a computer manner indicating it will be done ASAP. That is basically a fraud and codling naive customers without providing and firm commitments. Unless no other option, I would refrain from using reship anymore. I have to pay almost $190.00 just for the shipping charges but yet I get no proper services except for some computerized responses.

They dont send the paperwork so you can't retrieve it from customs, after that, they exthort you more money to send again, if not they just tell you, that your stuff is now theirs, just plain scammers, never had problems with others, but they seemed too good to be true, but prices never lie, you get what you pay for.
No problems were experienced.
The package was accepted, having the correct address on made it a lot more efficient.
I was informed of every step that was taken with my package and informed when the package was shipped to me.
The package arrived in good order.
I have just had a frustrating experience with Reship.com.
I expected the system they use to manage large volumes of shipments to be accurate and fast however have learned this is not the case. I shipped my order to them and logged in to pay for reshipment to Australia. Having paid for the service I receive mail 3 days later suggesting they got the weight wrong and subsequently decided to cancel my order and refund the cost. Great I now have to wait a week for the refund and pay for them to try again. The customer service response has been "it is my problem" which is incredibly frustrating.
