There was a screw up in the warehouse, and I wasn't able to get my package shipped on the Friday into Canada. So I called Monday morning, expecting more delays... after explaining my situation, and the urgent need to get my package ASAP, Justin (operations manager) took it upon himself to hand deliver my package to UPS, so it went out on the Monday, instead of the following day. Might not seem like a big deal, but it really saved my butt!
Now that's service! Way above and beyond!
