Ordered something from BC that wouldn't ship to Ontario (it's like we are living in the 90's). For some reason the store had no issues shipping to the USA, go figure. So I signed up for ReShip and got the British Columbia store to ship to the US Address. And now my package is on it's way to me in Ontario Canada.
The pictures that they sent were ok quality (probably taken with an older phone camera so it's not the best quality) but it's free, so not expecting super high res images here.
Shipping fees for my item from the USA To Canada is ok, I did the pre-calculation and knew what I was going to spend, so no surprises. I think if you do your research and find out details before proceeding there isn't any problems.
Had many questions prior to ordering and using their service, the online customer service tool was easy to use and they answered all my questions I has. I would recommend them again.
I live in the UK and do quite a lot of shopping online. Often I find just what I want but only from a retailer in North America who will not ship their goods internationally. That is where Reship comes in. They provide a mailing address for you in Portland, Oregon that you have your goods sent to and they then forward them to you. I now have mailing addresses in both the United States and Canada that I can use.
The service I have received from Reship is exemplary and cost effective. I have been able to acquire goods via them that I would otherwise have not been able to buy.
I'm looking forward to them expanding their service to Australia!
I have used this reship and find it great for the little bit they charge. Sometimes you can't purchase certain items in Canada but can in the US and that is where this service sure comes in handy. I think it is great.
Used for the first time. Paid 5USD for the registration fee. Package was sent to them and they have charged me much more then USPS International fee. After three weeks I have contacted them for the track&trace information. It should have been delivered but... in a totally other city... Asked them to investigate. They have replied: dont bother us, when we know more we will inform you... Still waiting... Lost 250USD..
We've live aboard for the pass 13 years and for the last 3 years we've used Reship for a lot of items. Being able to buy products from the US and have them shipped has saved us a lot of money. So as long as we live aboard we will continue using Reship for some items. Thank you for your service, Love it..
I ordered a lamp with a magnifier for $45 from an Amazon store that didn't offer shipping to Canada. The tracking said the package arrived at Reship warehouse on July 14, didn't get email notifying me until July 24. Only available hipping options to Canada, $155, $150 and $135 USD!

So far they have been a nightmare.
First I arranged for my packages to be consolidated & paid to get new package shipped.
Then told, one item is oversized and has to be reshipped separately. Got a refund, paid again, and arranged shipping.
Now being told they can't ship as they need more ifo about the items, that they have just repackaged?
A week later, I am still waiting for them to sort it out and send my stuff!
Worst experience ever. They will keep all the items you purchased and ask you for more and more money. And worse they will never accept to return the items back to the merchant for reimbursement. A real investigation should be made to stop these repugnant criminals. They should be arrested, judged, condemned and incarcerated for all the crimes they committed ( probably every single crime in the criminal code).

Everything is spelled out there clearly as to our responsibility and the customers. Our goal is to give outstanding service and help our customers achieve their goals. Most of the complaints on here are due to the fact that the customer is not acting within the perimeters set forth by the terms and conditions that they agree to when they sign up for our service. Most issue are due to items being prohibited to be imported into the customer’s country and then being un-returnable because the vendor will not refund the money or send us prepaid shipping labels to send it back. Another issue is the customer does not use the shipping cost calculator to calculate the costs to ship the item or items from us to them at the end location. The custom always has the right to return the item to the vendor for a refund and have the vendor send us prepaid shipping labels or pay for the return to vendor shipping costs themselves. The calculator and list of prohibited items tools can be found on our website.

I tried to purchase an item using reship, but it kept rejecting so then I tried through assisted purchase. I paid for my item and then they ordered it but it rejected again. I have been trying to get my money back from reship. Do not use them they are rip off merchants
I thought reship was a great idea. I wanted a few items from Walmart.com and I am located in Canada. My order came to less than $100 US. Unfortunately walmart shipped my items in three separate packages. I though no problem I will pay the $7 to consolodate. Little did I know the $5 the charge per package is not what they ship BUT what the receive. So I paid $5 per package that arrived ($15) $7 for them to consolodate $23 now. Then I get my shipping quotes all of the $54.00 and up USD: 0 I was shocked. As I ship my self on a regular basis. Sucked it up and paid my $78 USD! Almost twice the cost of my items. Then I get a notice from UPS that I owed $26 (CAD) for their fees... ummmm what was the $54.00 for? So now I have paid more than my items are worth. Will never use reship again... and will caution others to STAY AWAY
I have just opened an account with Re-Ship. I will see if my order follow's these complaints. Wish I would have checked this site before. I am giving this company, the benefit of the doubt. If I have any problems, I will visit iherb.com

Once you set up an account with Reship.com, you are able to use your unique US address to purchase goods from different vendors who will only ship within the US. You can use this address as your shipping address when ordering with an online vendor. As long as your name and Suite number are correctly entered on your package when it arrives in our warehouse, it will be automatically received into your account. You will receive an email notifying you when your package has been received. You will then need to log into your account and update the item descriptions and values of your package. Once this information has been updated you will be given the option to "Ship this Package". You need to click on this and it will walk you through the process of selecting a shipping carrier and submitting payment. Once we receive confirmation that you have paid for this shipment it will be reshipped from our warehouse to you. I hope this information has been helpful for you.
I had a large cat tree shipped from USA to Canada through ReShip. I was a little sceptical about this service after a bad experience with one of their competitors (Viabox, with excessive overcharges...) Everything went fine with ReShip, with a quite accurate price evaluation with their shipping calculator, with no bad surprise. Recommended! Thanks!
This is the worst shipping company and they have the worst customer service as well. Not only the cost of shipping is very high, they have shipped my shipments to a different address and when confronted they refuse to cooperate and fix their mistake.

We have ordered several goods from the US to be delivered to New Zealand. All deliveries have arrived and often sooner than the estimated due date. We have have never been disappointed with reship services and deliveries.
The quoted price (30 day delivery option at $23) that I sourced from the Reship website prior to purchase from Amazon was not available when the item arrived at Reship's warehouse. When I requested an explanation as to why this option was not included (the cheapest option was now over $70) I received no response whatsoever to my query.
I requested that they trash the item as it was cheaper to purchase the item in South Africa than to ship it through Reship.
I received no further correspondence or explanation, certainly no apology was forthcoming.!
I'm shocked to see the number of negative reviews on this site.
We've been using ReShip for over four years and ship numerous parcels each week. Their customer service is excellent and their shipping rates are very reasonable.
We are an online retailer based in Australia so shipping our stock orders individually is very expensive. We use ReShip to consolidate the orders and save hundreds on our shipping costs.
I'm not sure why other reviewers think they are being scammed. All costs and policies are provided upfront on the website. Reship provide the shipping costs on their home page so it is up to the consumer to check the shipping price and compare this to other options.
We wouldn't hesitate in recommending ReShip.
I've lost $350. Package was delivered to reship on 08/08/2013. It is now 09/02/2013.
I contacted support and received a reply on 08/20/2013 claiming they have located my package and will update my account.
No package. And no reply to my emails.

Their prices are way off the board. I had my amazon package shipped to their suite. They sent it to the wrong address and promised me that i dont have to pay again. I paid another $11 to have it reshipped. Spent $22 for shipping for one simple item. Will not deal again.
Also, they dont even repackage anything. These clowns simply put a shipping label and charge $6 for shipping. That is ridiculous! They expect my business?
I am a private person, (not a company/business). I use ReShip.com as my shipping company overseas from time to time.
Last month I had a problem with USPS and eventhough this problem was not due to ReShip.com, they helped me solve this problem. They contacted USPS for me, and spoke with the officials there. They didn't let go until they got answers. The manager followed up on this issue, even on weekends and explained everything to me. He put lots of hours into it. Again, keep in mind that the problem had was NOT connected to ReShip and they did not have to help but they gave me overwhelmingly good service.
