I am a private person, (not a company/business). I use ReShip.com as my shipping company overseas from time to time.
Last month I had a problem with USPS and eventhough this problem was not due to ReShip.com, they helped me solve this problem. They contacted USPS for me, and spoke with the officials there. They didn't let go until they got answers. The manager followed up on this issue, even on weekends and explained everything to me. He put lots of hours into it. Again, keep in mind that the problem had was NOT connected to ReShip and they did not have to help but they gave me overwhelmingly good service.
