I had an order sent out, to my reship address, back in May. I was told after a week or two of waiting, by the companies customer support, to wait until 26th June so I did, and nothing. When this time came, I was assured that a second had been sent out to the same address, and still nothing. I know many people have been sent the same item from the same company, and I had assurances in both instances that they had been shipped, so it's clear where the issue is.
Clearly something is not right at ReShip, unless I've just fallen very, very unlucky and both these shipments have been "lost in the mail".
It's either a scam or their internal service is just plain horrible, and, judging my some of the other complaints about the ReShip, this is far from an isolated incident.
