I tried to get some goodies from black Friday and then some Christmas shopping. I had such a horrible experience, please please please spare yourself the misery, I wish I just paid amazon outright.
They charged me lots of little fees and wasted my time. Stuff arrived at their warehouse and after a month of trying to get them to locate some missing items, I just gave up. I've been charged for additional photos they didn't take and their support staff aren't rude but it's clear they don't care
Tip for consumers:
Avoid at all costs - this company can not continue to function like this.

My package hasn't arrived as yet, but I think I might as well have just burned all the stuff.
