First of all, I didn't do enough research. There are cheaper and more reliable freight forwarding companies. Avoid this one, especially if forwarding from USA.
Reship declared the wrong value at 50 USD when it was supposed to be 43.5 USD (as their own calculator shows in the screenshot). They declared the higher value which resulted in me being charged additional duties and taxes I should not have been charged.
They then tried to say that I was the one that made a mistake when declaring the value, when I quite clearly did not, especially when you look at the page and see FORTY THREE POINT FIVE. Eventually, the package was returned to reship and now they want me to pay for the full amount of shipping a second time to send it back to me due to their mistakes. $#*!s.
