I placed an order on the phone with a lovely young lady very helpful and pleasant. Buuuuuut it's my first time ordering never bought from them before the only company like that I have shopped at. Well low and behold someone there either stole my credit card number, gave it to a friend, or sold it. Have not received my order from them yet.

Horrible customer service. Ordered an item for my daughter's 2020 grad party back in April. Tried to call service today... waited for 1/2 hour with no response. Tried to live chat with no response! Where is my order that is paid for?
Horrible execution on so many levels!
1. Completely wrong item shipped, 2. Messed up printing alignment on another item, 3. Replacement items weren't delivered when they promised (not to mention they could care less about expediting the shipping after their mistake - missing my husband bday), 4. The second replacement item (photo ornament) was printed wrong the SECOND time and, after all of that 5. The personalization letters on the $130 leather bag are STICKERS (the bag itself is nice)! So disappointed and frustrating... I would NOT RECOMMEND Personal Creations EVER!
The only good thing were the numerous CS people I had to talk to on the phone - they were always nice and tried to be accommodating... not there fault the product/process is inferior.
Haven't received my order yet and since it's so close to mothers day, I had to order from them. When checking out you are are not only hit with the shipping fees, you also get a CARE and HANDLING fee. What Total BS. WIll never order there again!
Wish could select zero stars too. Ordered 'Love Connects Us' Doormat w/Holder. I love the customizable design but the quality of the printing and mat durability are disappointing. The print isn't sharp, almost blurry. The mat doesn't seem durable enough for outside but thank goodness it's under complete cover and won't get wet at all. Otherwise I would worry.
I admit, I didn't see the details of the size of the mat holder (non-personalized), which is gigantic! Just seeing the main description I thought overall size was 24x36 but the mat is 24x36. I'll keep the mat and wish I could send back the holder but they won't accept ANY returns. I would have paid for shipping. I have no use for the holder. It's too big for my entrance. Fyi, the holder is solid, great quality! Sadly, the quality of their customization printing and mat material isn't worth it. Otherwise, I would order another mat for the back of the house and enjoy the holder there.

Quality: The clarity of the image was pretty decent. But the heels have uneven black circles on them which don't look amazing but it's ok. Material is kind of weird. It's not made of regular cotton but I'm giving it as a gift so I don't know how comfy they are. Overall ok, but a little disappointing for costing $27.
Shipping: Estimated delivery was 10 days it came in 12 which was fine. Tracking through personal creations website leads to an error page. I had to call customer service to get the tracking number. Initial courier was UPS but then it switched over to USPS making the UPS tracking number useless.
Customer service: answered the phone immediately no hold time. They were very nice and helpful.
Use again? Probably not for socks, but for shirts or something else probably yes especially considering it's much cheaper than other personalization websites.
Stayed on hold with personal creation.com to discuss order charged to my checking account. On hold 1 hour 25 minutes... after hanging up after almost 2 hours. My account was charged 2 times within 14 days for items i did not order and never received. What kind of company is this... can't get on phone and does not reply to email.

I placed my order on November 29th and still haven't received my purchase, it's December 24th. The last tracking date is December 10th and says it's in transit. I've inquired through their customer service and have gotten no reply. Save your money! I made my purchase through PayPal and will be trying to get my money back.
I had a $200 order and the website said I would get free shipping over $49... I didn't get free shipping over $49 so contacted customer service who said I had already received 25% off my order... They applied it; I didn't...$20 for shipping! I decided NOT to order as this site doesn't give you what they say... I then went on as a new customer... they offered me free shipping so I ordered all my products again... At the end, still no free shipping... will NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
Ordered personalized stockings, look very cute. Paid for expedited shipping. Order got out quickly (supposedly) 2 days. They took money out of my account the moment I ordered. Package was supposed to be here Friday be EOD. NOTHING, Then the site Monday EOD, Then Tuesday EOD. Tracked package and it shows nothing since 12/14. Called UPS, the package supposedly went to regular mail on 12/14 yet I paid an extra 28.00 for overnight delivery. It's Wed, my entire family from Texas is due here Friday night and now no stockings and I don't believe there is a package. Oh and forget customer service. There is nothing. Don't believe online chat. I get the same message every time - I'm number 53 and someone will be with my in 32 minutes, it goes down to 23 minutes and it's been there for over half an hour. You call customer service. Same thing, Last night I held on for an hour and a half nothing. Some horrible music. Right now I am at 36 minutes and no one has picked up. This site is a lie and should be ashamed of themselves taking peoples money at the holidays when they think they are buying something for their family. I hope the owners of this site rot in hell for being liars and thieves
This is my first time ordering from this site and it was AMAZING! My orders came in time and perfectly how I designed them. I would fully recommend this site. From the other reviews I worried that it would come late and bad quality but honestly, it came early, it was good quality and my family loved it. 100% RECOMMEND!
Personal Creations is absolutely outstanding. Their products are as described and shipping perfect. I have shopped with them for years. If you want a gift that is personalized, you MUST check them out. They also have gone out of their way to speed up a last minute gift (including the engraving) for me because I waited until the last minute. Not many companies care enough about a single customers to do that. Whenever you need to buy a gift, you'll find something either at Personal Creations or one of their Partners. Personally, I've tried two of them, Shari's Berries and ProFlowers, and both exceeded my expectations in all ways. But I can't imagine not finding something for everyone at PersonalCreations.
Only one thing I would change would be that when they send your recipient a gift, they also include their catalog. Which is fine and good business sense, but I don't wish for the recipients to be able to look up the gift I bought for them in a catalog which comes with the item. I've never tried, but I'll bet they would skip the catalog should you ask.
I ordered a mug as a present for my daughter on Nov 27th. Received an email on Nov 30th that the order was on its way, but I never received the mug. After asking for my money back, I received an email on Dec 11th that the money will be refunded within 48 hours. It's 3 days later and not a penny of the refund has arrived in my account.
Never ever shop here. The company "offers' discounts by email then never honors the discount saying "We are constantly working together to improve and provide only the best for our customers. There are times when we fall short, and we are very sorry for the inconvenience. Your feedback is greatly appreciated and can only make us better", which is only lip service. DO NOT TRUST THE COMPANY'S PRICING.
I normally would research a company before ordering anything but a friend raved about Personal Creations. I placed an order for personalized Christmas ornaments for my children, nieces, nephews, and co-worker. I placed my order on 11/30/2020. Received an email that the order was shipped out on 12/3/2020 with a tracking number. It is now 12/19/2020 and I have not received my order when it was supposed to be delivered by 12/11/2020. Unable to track the order. I finally did speak with someone on 12/15/2020 (after holding for 40 minutes, live chat does not work and e-mails they do not respond to) that assured me my order went out by USPS on 12/3/2020. It is too close to Christmas to reorder the ornaments from another company and get them here in time or go to a mall (the closest mall is 45 minutes from me). My children, nieces, and nephews look forward to getting their ornaments every year, It is a tradition that I started 19 years ago with my children and now this company has ruined it. I will never ever order anything from this company AGAIN!
I ordered a product on Nov 15th, it was never delivered. I called and they said wait. I did, they reordered Dec 2 still product was never delivered. This is a Christmas present and a month into the order. The reorder still has not been delivered called and asked for a refund. They said I had to wait another week. Asked to speak to manager and was told they dont answer phones and I could not speak to one. A month in and no delivery and no refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
Ordered a baby photo engraved block for Christmas and was told I would receive it 12-17-19. Was sent two emails stating it would arrive on time. Got it 20 days later. Tried emailing 4 times with no reply. Their site says if you are dissatisfied let them know and they will make it right. NO WAY. They don't care enough to answer emails or to even call to see what happened. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU CAN WAIT A MONTH OR MORE FOR YOUE ORDER I was a repeat customer till NOW
I was highly disappointed with the customer service I received and the actions regarding my order.
I ordered a gift for my grandmother in advance for it to arrive Christmas Eve. With that being said, I had payed for express shipping. I contacted Personal Creations and their response was there was no personalizations made to my gift so my order was canceled.
After looking some more in the database, she saw there was personalizations made to my order but wasn't sure as to why the order was canceled. I mentioned I did not receive any email regarding this matter and I'm not sure what authority the warehouse has on canceling orders.
In the end, customer service wasn't clear on what had occurred and wasn't willing to work on the fact of keeping me as a customer. I do NOT recommend this site.
Ordered etching and received it. Had little squares on the etching that you could visibly see that were not on the picture as if a background process has transferred over. Was terribly disappointed.
I ordered a glass nameplate last month and I was very happy with it. It took about 2 weeks to receive it but i guess that's expected since it's personalized. Prices were fair.
