I received my personalized order (a wooden wall piece for above my friends fireplace, with their names on it) 3 days ago, opened it immediately and found it damaged in two different places. Bad damage. I immediately got on the phone only to be on hold for over an hour. There is no option for a callback and who has an hour. Or more. To hold a phone to your ear. So, I then immediately emailed the company. The next day, I got a automated email back saying they received my email to customer care team. Well, I have yet to hear anything via email so I am currently on hold, yet again, for almost TWO hours now... wait. The music went away and the phone started ringing. No one there. And now I'm back to listening to their horrible make-shift Christmas music. I would NOT recommend using this FAKE company. I guess when their prices kept changing every time I'd log onto their site, should have been the red flag I needed to never order from here in the first place, but I was seeing good things about their products. LIES! HORRIBLE! DO NOT ORDER!

My wife ordered a personalized gift for our neighbors who were getting married. The quality was nice and it arrived on time. We found it to be on the expensive side for what we actually received.

Free shipping scam
April 4, 2017

If I could give zero stars I would. Where to begin... the website advertises free shipping. When I placed my order, there was a shipping charge added. When I clicked on the? Mark next to the shipping charge it indicated that the free shipping is in fact a "shipping rebate". Furthermore there was an order "handling charge" also, which now had the total for my $16.99 item up to $29.00. I almost stopped there, but against my better judgement I went ahead and placed the order. Fast forward 2 weeks to the day that my item was guaranteed for delivery. Clicked on the link for tracking and it shows that the package was never delivered to UPS... called customer service. They blame UPS for losing it. Now the customer service rep tells me they'll put in an order for replacement and have it to me in a week. Mind you, this was to be a birthday gift-for a birthday TODAY. Furthermore, the rep explained the free shipping to me and it is actually a scam. If you sign up for freeshipping.com and pay a monthly service charge to them you can get a refund on the shipping from this order. I think not! As a matter of fact, now that I have taken the time to write this, I have thought about it and I refuse to give this company my money. I am calling back right now to cancel the order and get my money back from them. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!

Haven't received my order almost 2 weeks after order placed. No reply to emails. 4.8 rating on trustpilot? Wish I saw this site before I placed a large order.

(The company is part of, and the customer service I dealt with is, ProFlowers.com.)

I placed an order and paid with PayPal... no problem there. Two business days later, I got an email that the order hasn't been processed because my billing address is not in the USA (shipping address was). I replied that using PayPal makes a billing address pointless and they shouldn't even ask for one (why PayPal relays it to them is another issue).

Two days later after a couple of other emails and I was instructed to change the billing info through their site. I did, using an address in New York. Next day, another email came about the order still not going through because I had only changed the "account" billing address and not the one associated with the order... as if I could tell there was a difference. Finally, I was told to call the company and I bothered to do so only because time was running out to get the gift received on time. The person on the phone took down the NY address and... no surprise, they had to speak to a supervisor and then I was told to re-do the whole order online since the original billing address with PayPal was different. That's when I cancelled and took my business elsewhere.

Let's see when they'll enter the 21st century of online processing.

DO NOT purchase their personalized pumpkins, they do not work, they flicker on and off. They replacements but the replacements are just as bad as the original's. Horrible customer service! DO NOT purchase the PERSONALIZED PUMPKINS from PERSONAL CREATIONS! You will regret your purchase!

Where is my stuff

Ordered my mug December 3rd guarentee to be here by Christmas I'm writing this a couple days early they still have 3 days left to deliver but my delivery date was December 10th today is the 21st I sent an email 4 days ago and got a generic your order is on it's way reply there us no tracking number they just have a place to tack it that has no information after it shipped out I called them stayed on hold for an hour before I gave up I dont think I will get my mug before Christmas which ruins the whole point in ordering it I'm extremely upset that I can not get in contact to figure out if there is any way to get more information on where it might be so I can go get another gift for my mom before Christmas

Poor quality

The products that I bought were poor quality. I can get better quality mugs at the dollar store. The wooden boxes that I ordered as a gift for a special someone made me feel like they weren't worth anything once I seen the quality of the wooden box. It looked like it was painted by a child and then the defects on the box were covered up with a different color paint. And as far as the personalization goes... Well it was crooked and of centered. Is this business ran by an elementary? I mean it looks like the product isn't checked by anybody to make sure it's in good customer satisfaction standards. Also paid extra for special gift box and instead I got my products in ripped bags and ripped boxes. Looks like it was a gift ripped open and just reboxed it and shipped it to the next customer. Also my gift card contained inappropriate drawings on it. This is embarrassing. Shipping is really high cost and didn't receive on time. Customer service acts like you bought it and that's what you get. Very rude. I give them a -20. Don't recommend them at all.

Graduation Banners

I ordered graduation banners on April 24th. Ordered a total of four; three for high school seniors and one for the youngest of my grandchildren promoting to middle school. I did not notice the disclaimer that stated the order most likely would not arrive by delivery date stated on order confirmation. The date given was May 26th.

Of course May 26th came and went. I did receive email that told me factory was up and running again. Again i didn't realize it had been closed. Yes I am aware of Virus but thought they were operating with reduced staff. When I would call to ask I was simply told order was being worked on. Finally I received something that appeared to say they had been shipped and there was a tracking number. Tracking number did not go to anything. Again, told there was nothing they could do it was now out of their hands.

Now I can see tracking numbers that state It left Woodridge, IL on 5/24/2020. Finally supposedly on 5/30/2020 it gets to Fontana, CA. Today is 06/04/2020 and only 1 has been delivered. All addresses are in Southern California. How many days does it take anyway.

What a waste of money and energy. Would never recommend.

Pretty Good!

So I placed my order of 3 stones, for my mother in law and it told me everything would get here in about a month. The day came for it to be here and my package was not here and my account had been charged twice. I went to my email and saw that due to COVID packages were delayed (TOTALLY COOL!) I know everything in this world is pretty crazy right now. But I wasn't cool with the double charge, I called the customer service number and I was on hold for a long time, a little over an hour before I decided to hang up and call back. Personal creations had a high call volume because they had a glitch in my the system that charged a few people twice. They sincerely apologized and promised to have the money back in the accounts soon! At first I was a little upset but they handled it very professionally and even sent me an email apologizing. My package came a couple days late and my money went back into my account, and I was extremely pleased with the way my stones turned out for my MIL. I will definitely try out personal creations again!

Feeling lied to

I have bought all 4 of my grandkids the beach towles - 2 of the mermaid for my granddaughters and the octopus and crab for my grandsons. Well I had another grandson and wanted to buy him a towel. I paid $29.99 REGULAR PRICE for the towel last year, and this year they are marked $59.99 and "on sale" for $39.98 - I called and they denied that I bought / paid $29.00 for the towel last year, said they don't see it and the price in 2021 was also $29.99 and they said yes in 4 years, that it did go up - 50%!?!?!?, I ASKED DID YOU MARK UP IN PRICE SO YOU CAN LIE TO NEW CUSTOMERS AND SAY IT IS ON SALE FOR 50% OFF? I HAVE THE ORDER FROM LAST YEAR. I TOLD THEM THIS WILL BE THE LAST TOWEL I EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! They are great towels - but the idea that they treated a return customer like this - lied right to my face, they lost a customer! (I have bought dolls and other things as well and all are now "reg priced" 50% higher and "on sale" for 50% off which means you are paying reg price and a few dollars more for items you THINK are a great deal. BAIT AND SWITCH IS A SCAM!

Never received pkg

Placed an order for Christmas $98.76 they said It was shipped and delivered. I never received it e-mail them three times no answer. Called was no hold for over an hour still haven't reached them.
