I've sadly just placed what will most likely be my last order to this company. I love their products but find even as I am placing my order the price of certain items escalate while I enter discount codes (you have to enter them all to see which one will actually give you the best discount because you'll never actually get the promised discount). Also, if someone spends over &150 most retailers will gift FREE shipping! This is such a non- thought! Very disappointing they have resorted to nickel and dimming their loyal customer base. I can't deal with shifty- it stresses me out! Guess I'll have the memories.

Package not received
November 25, 2023

I paid extra shipping to have my package here before Thanksgiving but it's now 2 days after Thanksgiving and it's still not here even though on both days I called they said it was getting delivered that day. I requested a refund for shipping but that still hasn't posted anything on my account. I am furious! This was supposed to be a Thanksgiving day surprise. Also both times I called they were cutting out throughout the call so I'm not sure what all they said. After this, I won't order from them again.

Placed an order. PC sent an email saying I would get 50% off my next order. Not true at all. They give you 50% off their original ridiculous prices. I was ordering sale stuff so there was no additional discount. Customer service let me hold for 15 minutes to tell me they hardly ever offer 50% off so I did get get a discount. False advertising. Waste of my time. I sincerely hope I like the things I ordered but will never order again. Their "live chat" also responded once then never came back. Terrible.

I have bought many items from Personal Creations and have never been disappointed. The quality is great and shipping very fast. I recently placed an order and accidentally checked the box for an old address, so I did not receive it. Entirely my fault. Personal Creations sent me out another one at no charge to me. That's customer service you don't find often.

Ordered a banner for an event and paid for overnight shipping. The banner didn't come. When I contacted them they told me I'd need to wait for 3 more days due to their production delays. This would be 5 days after the day it was scheduled to arrive.

They like to throw out discount codes so they can mark up prices for each discount code, and show you a different shipping price after you submit your order. Then they won't cancel your order directly after submitting it, even before it's shipped. Crooked! Personalized Mall is better.

Ordered a pillow for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day that was supposed to be a heart shaped picture of us. Got the order in the mail today but the outside of the heart is completely cut off. Severely disappointed and have to find a new gift as this is unacceptable.

If you think all items are a certain % off as the ticket on the back of the catalog says and you go to check out you get 10% off books not 40%. Might call first before you actually buys some things that say start at... and the total of each item is not listed and there are a series of items but each one might have a different price. Like $39.99 and only get $35.99 as the final price. Just a warning for those who are going through a lot of orders.

This company is very deceitful, I ordered a puzzle name stool (up to12 characters) the picture is of a larger stool, I received a 13 inch stool. Called customer service and apparently the size of the stool is based on the number of letters on the child's first name. Would've been nice to know before ordering since I paid almost $100 for a tiny stool. Very disappointed this was a gift and should've cost much less. No returns or exchanges offered, will never but from this website!

Do not do business with this company. They will send you merchandise that is old and dirty. Please watch out. I had a very bad experience, I just want others to please be mindful and aware so you won't have that bad experience I had.

Late Delivery

I paid for expedited shipping and my gift is late. When I contacted the company, they immediately offered a refund, but could not explain why it was late. My gift will not arrive in time for the occasion that I ordered it for. VERY frustrated with this company. Buyer beware!

I paid extra to get my shipping expedited only to find out 5 days later that it is going to be 4 days late and past Christmas so I can't even give my gift to the person on time. What is the point of paying extra if you don't get your stuff on time, I would of ordered from somone else.

I really like to personalize for gifts. What frustrates me iwth Personal Creations is when you have a promotional code Mystery 40% off, you just raise the price of the product to get what the normal rate is! Not a fan of this type of advertising! I had to put 1 star to upload this comment but it would be (0).

After waiting for WEEKS

I've waited for weeks for this gift only to be told AFTER three weeks of waiting that they couldn't fulfill my order. And even though they knew they couldn't print my order because the occurrences of 2023 hadn't happened yet, they didn't offer to refund my money back to my card until I called and complained. I had ordered the day you were born item.

Do they exist?

Ordered an item that was guaranteed by Christmas. Then got a delivery date of December 11. As of December 22, nothing yet. I have attempted to email, call, live chat no less than 7 times, and never get a response. Don't waste your money on this site. If they have a customer service dept at all, it is the worst I have experienced. No one ever responds, probably because they know they are horrible, so why bother?
Unfortunately, 0 stars is not an option.

Horrible Customer Service

Absolutely The Worst Customer Service.
Or should say Non-Service.
Placed order for two items shipping to same location to arrive before Christmas.
Promised Delivery by December 20,2019 shipping via UPS.
On December 21st got email stating they shipped with some obscure Shipping method and the only tracking number provided no information.
Tried calling several times and no one ever picked up. Left phone number for call back... no such luck. Sent email and you guessed it... no response.
I will be disputing the credit card charge and now will scramble to find replacement gifts for my family on Christmas Eve.
Don't waste your time with this Horrible Company!

This company charged me a fee of $26.73 for something I didn't purchase. Called/email multiple times-no response. In fact, was put on hold for over 20 minutes.It could possibly be they made a genuine mistake, but the fact that they didn't give me any explanations at all, is pretty disappointing. Their website says
"Customer Service: *******508, Mon-Fri 6 AM to 6 PM PST, Sat-Sun 8 AM to 5 PM PST". Called within the hours described- nobody answered. Now it looks like they refunded my $ to my Paypal acc, but no explanations whatsoever. Plus the fact that they kept my credit card information saved, is very convenient for them. I don't necessarily have complaints about their products, but their customer service is just unreliable and sketchy at best. I would personally stay away.

Scammers

This store hides the cost of shipping until the page just before checkout. Then they moderate their own revies so that you can't post anything bad. Stay away from personal creations. They're scammers and need to go out of business..

Contacted them about an issue -- did not hear back for days and they offered no resolution. I was also unable to actually reach a chat agent during the entire experience. Horrific customer service. I understand why they only have an average of 2 stars. I would leave zero if I could.

Personal Creations does not disclose the shipping costs at checkout. You see it on your statement and it adds 14.00-20.00 more on your invoice. Love to order from them but NEVER again. Been burned twice now. IF you use a coupon they will not combine coupons so beware
