Ordered a personalized items yesterday afternoon. Still want the item but need to put a hold on it as the church date may change and you can't "hold' it 24 hours to confirm? Not happy at all and will not use again. I can understand if I ordered it on a business day and waited 24 hours to contact but that is not the case ORDER #371125444093. VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED. Customer service wasn't even nice about!
