Never received

I never received my order and when I contacted them was told they did not know where it was and I would get an email. The email said it was cancelled and to order again. After verifying with my credit card that money was taken but not refunded I called back. Found out order was cancelled by chat when they could not find it yet money not refunded. Just order it again message. They said they would now refund it and order was never made or shipped so hoping but I would never order again. Horrible service from beginning to end. Just throw your money in the street and you will get same results as ordering but at least you know from the start your money is gone

SO misleading!

I just got directed to their site to get a free mug with a personalized photo after being on simplytoimpress's website, so I went through the entire process and every step of the way I checked every page to make sure there was no "catch" aka anything that says "just pay shipping", etc. There was nothing at all about any other cost. And now after I added my photo for the mug, selected everything, and added my name, email, address, alllll my contact info, etc. it's now saying it's $7.99 for shipping. Incredibly deceiving. I feel so mislead. If there is a shipping cost, fine! Just be up front about it and say something like "FREE mug! Just pay shipping!" I do NOT recommend this shady company.

Horrible

One of the items I ordered wouldn't be ready at the same time as the others so they charged me shipping and care & handling twice! It is not my fault if the items can't be shipped together, there is no reason to charge me separate shipping for items in the same order! I called customer service and they told me there was nothing they could do. With all of the extra fees, I was charged an additional $40!

December 25, 2020

Order dec 2nd for personalized stocked for my five kiddos. Paid 129$ & the delivery date was dec 15th. It's xmas morning and guess what... They never got here. Thanks personal creations for my kiddos not having stockings this yr. Been better off store bought and would've saved money.

I ordered 2 personalized items. I ordered about a month ago. I asked for a refund and they gave me one but I was not able to purchase what I wanted on time. I Have extra time Because of the coronavirus. They did not say temporarily closed. Would not trust them again with something important

Excellent service

I have ordered from this company for years. I am very pleased with their products. I order ornaments every year for all of my children and grandchildren. One time, I received the wrong item, but customer service was very quick to correct this error. I have received reorders when there was any problem, with no difficulty. I have always received my order on time, except during this unusual pandemic holiday season. This is not the fault of Personal Creations... The backup is with the postal system, due to the pandemic. I would recommend this company to anyone. Great products, fair prices. Excellent Customer Service!

I received a catalog with a promo code offering 40% off. When I went on line to order this promo was not honored, prices were significantly higher. On line chat wanted a "screen shot" of the catalog even after he looked up and acknowledged that the promo was indeed 40% off.
Check your prices carefully with this company, they don't stand by their word.

The items Ive bought so far have been of good quality and shiiped in a reasonable amount of time. My complaint is that for a small wooden desk valet, they charged $9.99 to ship and another $3.99 handling! That is just outrageous. I complained and they credited the handling fee back to me. With a lot of places offering free shipping and no handling, I just think theyre not competitive. I will not be shopping there again unless they change their fees.

I'm disappointed when I received my item. Very cute. But the item being for a child has the child's name in letters glued on. For the price I paid I thought it would be sewn on. The letters can fall off if the child places this in their mouth.

I would definitely order from Personal Creations again. My order was delivered 2 days early. The shirt I ordered my husband for Father's Day was personalized. Everything was correct. I love it and I know he will.

I order Christmas ornaments on December 4th and still have not received then. The website makes you think that your order will arrive in time. Don't believe it. What is more frustrating is the tracking number that does not have any updates beyond December 7th. I have paid for this and have nothing to show for it and no information where my order is.

Please do not waste your time. I placed an order, received an email from personal creations that notified me that my order shipped. When i did not receive it, i went to to their website and it stated a delivery date. It was past the delivery date and called them to inquire about my order. They told me they did not know where i got the information about my ordering shipping. When i told them i had a email from them that stated my order had shipped. The person told me in a nasty tone, that was not true and then told me she cancelled my order

It only gets worse

The clock I gave as a wedding present was missing a part. Instead of replacing the part, they made me wait 3 weeks for a replacement. Now they want the original clock back in its original packaging, with the original invoice sent back to them. I gave this as a wedding gift and there is no way I will ask the couple, who live nowhere near me, to send it back at their expense. This has become an embarrassing nightmare. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I purchased a gift for my husband for Valentine's day. Four days before the holiday, I get online to track it and it's not there. I call customer service and the man on the phone says I could not track it because the gift had sold out, therfore, it was never shipped. My question is how can something be sold out, but I get a confirmation of purchase. I got no email or anything telling me that the item was sold out. They were very quick to draft my money out of my bank account for the purchase, but 7-14 days to get my refund. This company is absolutely ridiculous and I will never purchase anything from them again. Please do no buy anything from this company!

I just received my first order of 8 of your ornaments and I cant say how disappointed I am. First off they were very poorly shipped. All 8 ornaments were just thrown in a box on top of each other asking to be broken. I paid an extremely high amount of money ($25) to have a not even 5lb box shipped to my home with broken ornaments. Ill attach a photo of one broken ornament. Four others had the glitter so poorly adhered that most of it is rubbed off. So of my 8 ornaments ordered 5 are broken or not of gifting quality. The sad part is that these were purchased as gifts for families that were victims of the recent Santa Rosa, CA wildfires. I cant express how disappointed I am in these ornaments and your company!

Terrible Experience!

I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered something in the beginning of December as a Christmas present. At checkout, they advised delivery would be no later than December 20th. It arrived the day after Christmas! I'm fairly sure the company would not have even shipped the item if I did not frantically contact them on the 20th about trying to get me the gift in time for Christmas.

Even more frustrating, when I asked them where my item was on December 20th, it had not yet shipped, and they did not even rush delivery for me (yet they charge about $15 shipping for the item which was about 12x24 inches).

I think this company is highly disorganized and does not work to fix their (major) mistakes. Very disappointed and will not purchase from them again.

I'm very disappointed with the company and the customer service received. I ordered golf balls. When I filled in my address, I was given a delivery date for 6/2/20. Once the payment was submitted they gave a date of 6/8. This is a gift for someone who does not live in my city. I explained the circumstances, and received poor results. There's no way I would agree to a delivery date knowing I will have to pay additional money to ship the gift off to another state. I will file a claim with the BBB. I was suppose to receive a call from a supervisor and NEVER DID. I didn't even receive the gift for my friend on the day it was scheduled to be delivered.

The ornament on the web site looked like a quality ornament. I don't think the ornament I received is even glass. The picture on the ornament is a printer image on printer paper glued to the ornament. I could have done better making it myself. I will NEVER purchase from Personal Creations again!

I wish I could give a negative score! I had a discount from a previous purchase and on the site I was ordering through, it offered free shipping but when I submitted the order it charged me... so when I called to get it taken care of, not only was the lady very snotty about letting me know that they do not allow 2 discounts on ANY purchase (even tho I recieved it last time) but when I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told she was too busy... are you kidding me! Needless to say I will never purchase again from this company who can't even appease a customer with letting me explain the situation! This is by far the worst customer service!

Lousy company
December 23, 2020

I placed an order on Dec 3rd 2020 for an important Christmas gift. It is now the 23rd of the month and I have not received the order. You cannot get through to a customer service representative. I will ask my credit card company to credit the purchase. Lousy way to do business.
