I purchased from personal creations before. Never had an issue, only recently I put in an order and my address somehow got changed and was delivered elsewhere so I understand things happen. Christmas came and went, emailed customer service at personal creations, never received any response back. Nothing. So lesson learned. Would not recommend, no one is around it seems when issues arise

I spent quite a bit of time choosing some items and then personalizing them. I get to check out, filled out all my information and I get a message saying we're sorry we are running out of inventory on this product… it did not say which product? I have several things I ordered how could everything be out of stock. I called customer service and they were no help they felt there was an issue with the website. I tried every day for four days. I was never able to put my order in. I am done with personal creations.

I received an item I did not order with no indication of who purchased the item. No gift notice or anything. Went on chat and after 20 minutes of sending them info on the package they told me they would not reveal who sent it for "security reasons"... Who's security, certainly not mine. Could be one of those scams that send out stuff then try to collect after you receive an item... Very poor system, they should have to advise name of sender to protect the receiver from scams. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY... VERY POOR POLICIES THAT COULD PROTECT POTENTIAL SCAMMERS.

I ordered from this site late November and received a confirmation that it was shipped on Dec 4. I have not yet received it. Multiple e-mails sent and I have tried to reach them by phone and as you can guess, they don't answer. Do yourselves a favor and read the reviews before you waste time and hard earned money. One customer named Nina asked if she ordered now, would she receive item by Christmas. They had the nerve to tell her yes

Placed an order and told shipping was $4.99. Next got an email stating I had $15 discount on my next order. I placed a new order using the discount coupon but shipping was now $7.99. Do not do business with such deceptive people that cheat their customers.
NOTE TO Personal Creations ----I know people will read this review and be aware to watch for the deception you use. Hopefully the $3 dollars extra I was charged in unfair treatment will cost them hundreds in lost sales.

Ordered the woven throw, with a photo of my daughter in law. Paid extra to have my personalized Throw woven and not painted. About $140. Too embarrassed to give the throw to her. Her picture was distorted with her head tiny and her hands oversized. We had this photo professionally shot, so no excuse there. Colors were faded. I followed personalized creations prompts and I ended up with a hot mess. They lost me as a customer. I will use shutter fly from now on.

I ordered an item that was $33 but ended up paying around $53 total. They charged $9.99 for shipping (which is on the high end for most on line companies now-a-days). They then charged an extra $4.99 to get it delivered in 7 days (7 days is not expedited, but I had to pay extra). And then on top of that another $3.99 for "care & handling"! All my life I have known S&H (shipping AND handling) to be combined... but they are charging extra. I will never order from them again.

I'm giving a three instead of a one because they have at least refunded my shipping fees, or so they say. However, you need to know that you cannot trust their delivery dates because they won't stand behind them nor will they refund you your money if they can't get the items to you when you need them. I don't personally have an issue with the price or quality but know that you might be showing up to that celebration without a gift because their shipping is unreliable.

I do not recommend this online store.
Just received my delivery with Christmas ornament.
And it's doesn't look like I expected.
They printed my business logo outside of ornament and glued on the glass(piece of paper).
In the meanwhile I thought that the logo will be inside of the glass and (it's not going to be on the paper) in side with snowflakes. Just worry about that the logo picture will get dirty pretty quickly and scratched or something else. Which is I'm pretty sure it will.
And the price was $40.
So don't waist your money!

Very poor customer service. It has been 8 days since arrival to my city but it has not arrived (no one knows where it is) and Personal Creations has nothing to do about it, They told me to wait another 3 days. They will also not let me cancel my order, to give me a chance to order from another place. Who is going to need Christmas 2022 ornaments after Christmas 2022? I understand that troubles with shipping is beyond their control, but there are so many ways to make it a better experience for your customers (like letting them cancel!).

I wish I had read the reviews here before buying from this business, their delivery promises are a joke and their customer service even worse. Having chased delivery on the day after it was promised to arrive I was told it "may take another 5 days", what's the point of giving a date if you can't keep to it. To make matters worse their so called delivery partner now shows as "Delivered" when no-one has been anywhere near my house and surprise surprise Personal Creations have now taken the "not our problem" attitude. SHOCKING!
I won't use again and urge you to avoid at all costs.
