I have been a customer of wine insiders for many years and have never had a problem. Recently I placed an order and was never notified that delivery was attempted (which I think it never was). Long story short I never received it. Called wine insiders and they put the order through again….a week later same thing, order never received! This happened AGAIN with the third try. There is a problem between Wine insiders and Fed Ex. I am done. Customer service was not very helpful.,
