Stayed on hold with personal creation.com to discuss order charged to my checking account. On hold 1 hour 25 minutes... after hanging up after almost 2 hours. My account was charged 2 times within 14 days for items i did not order and never received. What kind of company is this... can't get on phone and does not reply to email.
BEWARE... not good!
Also I never went on Sitejabber and do not agree to their terms or policy... I am just trying to see creataed fraud and I want my money back. Due to Covid... we are all broke...$150 is alot for a 74 yo person. I am sure I am not the only one scammed... please somebody help me...
