NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR INTEREST IN THE MOST SIMPLE INQUIY. We placed and order and had a simple question about the order and made a dozen attempts, messages, email, etc. NO RESPONSE. Garage businesses should be closed.
Ordered TWO xl bundles in November. It is now mid March. Nothing. No response to several emails. The sad thing is.they looked so stinking awesome and I was so excited! Shame on me for not checking reviews!
We ordered 2 comfort foam beds that were on final clearance. I must say we and the children are not disappointed. Panther one of our 6 is happily sprawled out and fast asleep after a hard day's work on our ranch.
We will be ordering more for the other children.

Bought- 2 long fur, water prof blankets ( bark grey) and 1 small water proof blanket ( light grey)
The blankets arrived and looked beautiful, 2 months later they are so matted we will be throwing them out.
Please note the following concerns I have
-called business in December and never received a call back
- called business in January and never received a call back
- called again to discuss how unsatisfied I am with the product and how it I did not last 2 months at covers for my couches. The customer service person would not assist me and I asked for it to be reviewed by management. The customer service agreed to call back in 24-48 hours and I a never heard from them.
-called back and received refund on two items but was told that the item I bought 5 days before would not be refunded. I sent pictures of how matted the items are.
Will not be promoting this business or products.
Not satisfied with the product, how poorly the blankets held up to two dogs and the customer service.
If I couldn't give less than 1 star I would. These guys accepted my order on 11/25 and never sent the product or replied to any of my messages. I just now received an email asking about my order - 3 months later. Save your money and time - purchase elsewhere. You can read more comments on their FB and IG especially around Christmas time.

I've sent 3 emails in regards to my order and no one has replies and after seeing some of these reviews, I doubt I'll get a reply. I received the wrong size dog bed and was hoping I could exchange it for the large dog bed that I ordered. Based on their poor customer service and how the bed is actually thinner than what their website says, I would not recommend ordering anything from them. I wish I googled the company first so I could have avoided spending money on their product.
I purchased the large White orthopedic bed and my dog was ill last week and vomited and urinated on it. It seeped through all the cover including what they call a waterproof cover. I tried washing out the stains and the foam split in half and it still has not dried up. This happened last Tuesday. I have e-mailed them regarding this issue and now looking at all of the reviews it is clear I should have read the reviews before purchasing. Also have not heard back from them. This is too bad because if they had better customer service people would probably by the product again.
We received the pup/rug in cowhide the dimensions are 3-4" smaller than advertised (false advertising) and never received the pup white with brown blanket. They say... just reach out with any concerns but nobody responds (false adverting) called and emailed several time since order was placed. Would not recommend this company.
I ordered a large pet bed and received a small. Since I already opened it I couldn't return it. I contacted customer service to ask for a refund in the difference, which is about $50. I paid for a large and got a small. I did not get what I paid for. By the way there is no sizing on the box they package it in. And they put a plastic wrap on the foam with a difficult to see warning to not open unless you checked the size. If you open you cannot return. I contacted customer service 4 times and heard nothing. Then suddenly I received an email that my ticket had been closed. I contacted them again that my problem had not been resolved and again heard nothing. I would not buy from them again. I cannot recommend them to friends and family. This experience was beyond frustrating and made me feel ripped off.
UPDATE: PAW customer service finally contacted me after more than 2 months. They offered to ship a bed in the right size free of charge. I received it very quickly. The quality is great.
I ordered a dog bed at the end of November and it has not come. I have emailed twice and not received a response. I have tried calling and no one picks up. I am unsure if I will ever get the dog bed or else a refund for my order that never came.
I was surprised to see so many horrible reviews about this company they are extensively super expensive but I would spend anything to help my little partner in his end of life and making sure he's comfortable and if I can help alleviate some pain I will the bed is a perfect size for a Chihuahua it's not good for them to curl up in a ball which most dogs do when they're that small it's best if they sprawl out when they are resting or sleep and surprisingly he does put his head on the blue support cushion frame which alleviates tension on his spine. It is soft enough for comfort but sturdy enough for support a fluffy bed is the worst thing for arthritis I'm really glad I got this I'd recommend it it came in a few days didn't have any problem. Firstly- they say the ship within 1-2 business days. They do not.
Secondly- customer service is non existent. They also erase negative comments and legit questions from jilted consumers like me on Instagram.
Thirdly- when this arrived finally I was hopeful.
Let me just go on record this is NOT memory foam. It's is a thin mat like what you'd use on a diaper changing table. They say it will fill out, and take shape within 1-2 days. Nope still flat as a pancake.
I have attached photos, which do not lie.
I paid $200 for an orthopaedic bed for my senior dog that is more like a fuzzy bath mat.
Lastly- they do not offer a refund once you've opened the memory foam. Super sleazy considering you don't realize until after it's open it's not good quality. Save your money! Find a reputable company that deserves your hard earned money.

This product is a complete scam! I have never spent so much on pet beds under false advertising. They are not water resistant AT ALL! The pee soaks right through the "water resistant" liner. This is the whole reason I chose to purchase this item in hopes it'd be easier for cleaning, WRONG! The foam is uncomfortable, it's very stiff foam and my dogs HATE it. Also, the cover sheds in chunks from them trying to scratch around to make it comfortable. Now that the urine has soaked into the foam there is no way I'll be able to wash it out.

Ordered two throws and only received one, nobody gets back to you and on the rare occasion somebody does they are so rude and unhelpful. Would definitely not recommend them. Still waiting on my second throw, refuse to reimburse too!

I spent 521.00 and wish I had seen these reviews first. They are not responding to my return requests. 4 items, only 1 has even been opened. I am going to call my bank and fill out forms for fraud. Saving all emails for proof. Do not buy from them, I wish I had not! They did respond to my first email saying they needed pics of unwrapped memory foam, so I have sent pictures, of the unopened boxes, and still am not getting a response. Based on the other reviews here, doesn't look like I will get one.

Ordered 3 Plaid pillows and the Plaid bundle with dog bed, blanket, and pillow. Only received 3 pillows and they all had yellow stains on the inserts. Emailed 4 times and called 5 times without a response. Calls always go to automated response "no service agent is available". Selecting my order on their website goes to an error page every time as well. Company is a scam. Have disputed on my credit card.

I bought the $79 orthopedic "waterproof" pet rug/pad, JOKE! Is not waterproof, pet proof, no warranty HUGE waste of money! Paw.com does NOT support their products, expensive and Trash, fills your trash can and takes YOUR $$$.

I spent around $400 on two blankets and one bed. The bed arrived but the blankets never did. Their online chat and phone numbers are both down - they refer to email to contact them. I sent three emails over 4 weeks asking for an update on the blankets with no response. People post similar negative comments on their IG account and they all get deleted. I have escalated to my payment provider to resolve.
