I saw thede products on GMA and ordered a large. Dog bed for our lab. She loves it and hopefully will stay off our furniture!🤞worth the investment.
There is no customer service. I have tried contacting them via multiple social media platform, email and the phone number provided. The phone number says the wait time is 2 minutes, but it just rings and eventually says no agent is available. I am so disappointed in this company. Half of my order did not ship. I think I am going to have to file a dispute with my credit card company because no one from Paw is getting in contact with me.

I've sent 3 emails in regards to my order and no one has replies and after seeing some of these reviews, I doubt I'll get a reply. I received the wrong size dog bed and was hoping I could exchange it for the large dog bed that I ordered. Based on their poor customer service and how the bed is actually thinner than what their website says, I would not recommend ordering anything from them. I wish I googled the company first so I could have avoided spending money on their product.

This product is a complete scam! I have never spent so much on pet beds under false advertising. They are not water resistant AT ALL! The pee soaks right through the "water resistant" liner. This is the whole reason I chose to purchase this item in hopes it'd be easier for cleaning, WRONG! The foam is uncomfortable, it's very stiff foam and my dogs HATE it. Also, the cover sheds in chunks from them trying to scratch around to make it comfortable. Now that the urine has soaked into the foam there is no way I'll be able to wash it out.

I ordered a large pet bed and received a small. Since I already opened it I couldn't return it. I contacted customer service to ask for a refund in the difference, which is about $50. I paid for a large and got a small. I did not get what I paid for. By the way there is no sizing on the box they package it in. And they put a plastic wrap on the foam with a difficult to see warning to not open unless you checked the size. If you open you cannot return. I contacted customer service 4 times and heard nothing. Then suddenly I received an email that my ticket had been closed. I contacted them again that my problem had not been resolved and again heard nothing. I would not buy from them again. I cannot recommend them to friends and family. This experience was beyond frustrating and made me feel ripped off.
UPDATE: PAW customer service finally contacted me after more than 2 months. They offered to ship a bed in the right size free of charge. I received it very quickly. The quality is great.

Do not take the foam out of the plastic wrapping until you have made sure it is the right size. If you take the plastic off you can’t return it and you will be in for a beyond frustrating customer experience. The beds are high quality, and my senior dog loves them, even our cats, but you may or may not get what you ordered.

If I couldn't give less than 1 star I would. These guys accepted my order on 11/25 and never sent the product or replied to any of my messages. I just now received an email asking about my order - 3 months later. Save your money and time - purchase elsewhere. You can read more comments on their FB and IG especially around Christmas time.

This site is a scam. The blankets I paid for were never delivered even though the tracking said they were. My daughter checked her security camera and nothing was ever left at her door the day it said it was. I left several voice mails because no one ever answers the phone. No one returns messages or emails. Consumers beware.

I spent around $400 on two blankets and one bed. The bed arrived but the blankets never did. Their online chat and phone numbers are both down - they refer to email to contact them. I sent three emails over 4 weeks asking for an update on the blankets with no response. People post similar negative comments on their IG account and they all get deleted. I have escalated to my payment provider to resolve.

I finally received my order! And it's good quality! Puppies love it! Upgraded to 3 stars only because I still did not hear a thing from anyone at that company! No email, no call back - no one answers anything. Not good customer service. Really would like to order another PupProtector for our Rv couch but I do not want to go through this wondering if I'll get what I ordered or not and lose the $$. Not worth the hassle. Sadly a great product. My suggestion for this company is to hire someone to answer your emails and phone!

You don't answer your phone either! This company is a joke and I wish I had paid attention to the reviews! DO NOT ORDER from them! I purchased a waterproof blanket 3 weeks ago believing it would ship in 2-4 days, per their website. I have reached out to the company several times with their only response being they can't get materials. In my opinion, if you can't, and know you can't, fill an order, don't accept payment. I would like to cancel my order but can't reach customer service. I normally never write a review but believe this info might keep others from being fooled by a pretty webpage.

I spent over $300 on two throws. It's been 3 weeks and I've heard nothing. I've called and there aren't any reps to answer or call you back. I've sent so many emails to them and still nothing. On my account the dates are not correct and one thing says not shipped the details says it was. Pretty much I feel they stole my money. I'm in the process of disputing the transaction with my bank. Will never use or recommend to anyone.

I ordered from Paw.com on 13 January 2022 and my order has not shipped even though their policy on the site states they ship between 0-2 business days. I've tried emailing *******@paw.com, as well as left numerous voicemails and still no response. Their customer service line hasn't had a human answer any of the times I've called. I'm trying to cancel my order and get a refund, but their customer service will not respond. Be wary of ordering from this company!

I ordered a size medium dog bed based on the Paw.com sizing guide, but the bed I received was much too big. The reason for the confusion was because the actual bed sizes did not match the sizing guide. I requested to exchange the bed but Paw.com said the sale was final, even knowing about the flawed sizing guide. I am a very unhappy former customer of Paw.com. I wish I had never ordered from them.

I I ordered a dog bed 2 1/2 weeks ago… Still have not received any shipping information all it says is waiting for details and I had to download some app called Shop in order to track.… I've tried calling with no success and now there is a automatic response that just says "goodbye". I have emailed multiple times and just get a canned response. Now looking at all these reviews I am frustrated and worried that I just spent $150 for nothing, will I even get my dog back?

Ordered 3 Plaid pillows and the Plaid bundle with dog bed, blanket, and pillow. Only received 3 pillows and they all had yellow stains on the inserts. Emailed 4 times and called 5 times without a response. Calls always go to automated response "no service agent is available". Selecting my order on their website goes to an error page every time as well. Company is a scam. Have disputed on my credit card.

I'm pretty forgiving when it comes to shipping and supply chain issues, especially in our current situation. However, with all the inexpensive tools available to businesses to communicate those issues in a timely manner, I find it unacceptable that after almost 3 weeks of no response to my inquiries about when the product would be shipped, I had to go through PayPal and start a payment dispute to get any kind of response from the company.
If you are low on stock, update your website to inform consumers. Don't leave text on the site that states most orders ship out in 24 hours. If it is taking longer than usual to fulfill orders, set up an automated response system that sends emails based on how long the order has been open to, again, inform the consumer. They didn't even have the standard auto reply for customer service inquiries. That is e-commerce 101.
The actual product was fine. Not sure it is worth price, I'll have to see how it holds up over time. But even if it withstands a nuclear blast I wouldn't go through that arcane customer experience again.

I bought three memory foam bolster pillows for our dog and for others as a gift and they arrived defective. The memory foam never expanded, and it is tough and uncomfortable. I've tried to get ahold of customer support several times over the past few weeks and they are unresponsive. I would like a refund but at this point I'm not optimistic that they will actually respond and resolve the issue. Extremely disappointed. Apparently there are many customers dealing with similar issues and no response from the company as well.

This is my 2nd order and the first one came in 2 days. I ordered the 2nd one in December and still have not received my order. I have called and emailed over a dozen times and no response. The tracking software show the order was placed and my cc is charged. There customer service is terrible. I understand the supply change issues but you need to communicate with your clients - I have been patient over a month!

Ordered 2 blankets 1/9 & despite site saying they ship w/in 2-3 business days the products have yet to ship & have sent 3 emails to customer service w/no replies. Have called numerous times during their business hours and get "no customer service reps available at this time". Left vm - no response. I do get marketing emails from them EVERYDAY but NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE. I understand shipping delays but not receiving a delayed notice OR ANYTHING from customer service is UNACCEPTABLE!

Like these other reviews, we have had no success in getting any customer service response. Chat agents are never online, no callbacks are made if we can and leave a message, and the hold time says 2 minutes and never picks up. Nevertheless, the charge went through and several weeks later we have no product or shipping info. We'll dispute with the card company and make a consumer protection complaint. I get back-ordered, but communication is the least the company could do.
