Traveling is a great way not only to relax, but also to get the thrill of walking, doing various sports, and tasting exotic dishes. It is not so easy to turn it into a hobby, especially if the constant employment of work interferes. However, there is a way out of any situation, and everyone chooses what he will do in the future. And if you are traveling by car, I advise you to rent it from Hertz Ireland Dublin airport.
I called because I needed to change the type of beach chair I ordered. My call was answered promptly and the changes were made. I requested a confirmation on the change and the person I spoke to quickly sent me an email showing the change.
We used this service twice this year: once in July for a Narragansett stay, and once in August for a Charlestown stay. We were 100% satisfied and pleased both times. The linens we ordered were ready on our arrival each time and the quality and cleanliness of the linens was perfect. Our deposits were returned in a timely manner as stated. For our August stay, I called 3 days before our arrival to add some items, and it was no problem whatsoever. The owner is fantastic to deal with. I highly recommend this service and would definitely use it again!

We ordered linens just a couple of days prior to our arrival, then additionally added beach towels a bit later. I was half expecting the towels not be there, however all arrived prior to our arrival... wrapped carefully in plastic and meticulously clean. It's a pleasure dealing with this company!

We have used Vacation house for 3 years now and they have been fantastic. Our linen is waiting for us when we arrive. The sheets and towels are soft and most of all clean. We also got chairs this year that was great much easier than packing all that from home. The first year we used them they forgot our pet gate we ordered, I called and within 10 minutes I had it. Can't say enough I highly recommend Vacation house linens

Any time I had a question, it was answered within 24 hours. I can not attest to the actual service or products as we are vacationing in August, but I suspect there will be no issues.

I ordered 10 towels sets and 6 sets of bedding. They were waiting for us at check in in a bag outside the front door. Everything was shrink wrapped into sets. The quality was very good.

Our linens were at the front door of the rental, as promised. They were clean and professionally wrapped. I do have a stain on our sheets but does not appear to be anything problematic. Towels are good quality. I know it costs to clean and deliver, but I did find it a bit expensive.
We called them when we arrived at our rental and realized we had no linens, and they took our last minute order and delivered all we need in just a few hours! I highly recommend them!

I was very happy with Vacation House Linen & Towel Rentals. They were on time, responsive and the towels and sheets were good quality. They were also very flexible when I needed to adjust my order and pickup date. I appreciated them reaching out to me when they saw a double booking for my rental house (I wasn't aware the rental already provided towels) asking if I wanted to cancel my own order. Overall I was very impressed and plan to rent from them again. Thanks!
Not so good news - we ordered a full set and they delivered a twin set, labeled "full" so we didn't realize till after 10 pm when we went to make the bed.
Good news - the replacement set was delivered promptly within half an hour of my phone call.

Our sheet sets are delivered to us wrapped in plastic bundles (fitted, flat and pillow cases) and size-labeled, but the wrapping process is done by humans, not machines, so unfortunately mistakes will occasionally happen and when they do, we are here to fix them as quickly as possible... as a wise woman once said, "making mistakes is better than faking perfections."

I had a fantastic experience with Vacation House Linen & Towel Rentals. It was very easy to order what I needed and I considered the rental fees to be very reasonable. When I arrived, the linens and towels were packed in large bags and sitting on the front porch. At the end of my stay I put all of the linens and towels back in the bags and left them on the front porch. It was a simple, hassle-free experience and I will use this service again.

We were a last minute rental on a holiday weekend, and Sue and her crew made it happen for us. I HIGHLY recommend using this service! So easy, and the cost was about what it would have been to check an extra suitcase of linen - and I didn't have to schlep home a bag of damp towels!
