Joel, I have received no response from Oliver@paw.com. Can you please help me with my dog bed exchange? I have been trying since Dec. 2.

Sara - please try out the beds and see if they help. Don't worry about the returns notice on the bed itself, we're here to help. We have also refunded 2 other products from your order. Please let me know if you need anything else. Thanks - Joel
