POOR COMMUNICATION
February 2, 2022

I ordered my blanket on 1/7th, and now it is 2/2nd. I have not received my blanket, and they don't answer/return emails or phone calls, yet they charged my debit card. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I placed my order online via PayPal for the XL/Giant dog bed.
Immediately after getting an email confirmation (25 minutes), I tried calling them at *******865--NO ANSWER
Sent an email to *******@paw.com requesting the order be cancelled.
I went online and placed a 2nd order for the Large dog bed, within 30 minutes of each other

The next day, I received an email that Giant bed was shipping. Called and spoke to Maurice/Morris who advised he could not stop the shipment, but he would send me a return label that I would get in 5-7 days.
Received the bed, NO label sent.
Tried calling 800 number, NO answer.
Resent my cancellation email asking where label was---NO RESPONSE
Called again the next day, sent another email--NO RESPONSE or ANSWER
Contacted Paypal for help resolving because at this point I think the place has closed their doors.
Called again and finally got Maurice/Morris--asked him where was the return label. He advised since I had contacted Paypal he could NOT help me. I reminded him that over a week ago he was sending me a return label, and they had not been involved at that time. He immediately got defensive and HUNG UP the phone on me?!? Who does that?

I notified GMA who featured their product on their show, which is why I purchased from them.
This company has failed miserably when it comes to customer service.
They are rude, unresponsive, and unprofessional.
Had I read reviews about this place prior to placing my order, I would never have given them my business.
Paw.com may make a decent product, but how you treat your customers will put you out of business faster than anything.
Im the operations manager for a multi million dollar company, and I would fire every employee that mistreated a customer as they have done me.
All I asked for was a return label, which they advertise as part of their selling tactics, for a mistake I made.

I placed an order on Nov. 28th with my card being charged immediately yet never received an order confirmation email. However, I did receive an email on Nov. 30th stating my order would be delayed and tracking information could not be provided- placing blame on high volumes and the courier. Again though, no order confirmation or order number. Unless paw.com is using a disreputable courier, placing blame on the courier for lack of tracking information and delays is not valid as USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DLT are all still providing tracking information upon creation of the label. If tracking information can't be provided, this is simply because the vendor (paw.com) has not processed the order and subsequently, created labels/scheduled pickups for delivery with the courier. This is solely on paw.com and paw.com should take full responsibility rather than giving customers excuses and placing blame elsewhere.

In addition to the above, I received an email on Dec. 7th stating that I had received a $30 promo code in my order confirmation email which expires on Dec.31st. Again though, I still have yet to receive an order confirmation email, and now, a $30 promo (which I would be hesitant on using as this point anyway).

I have sent multiple emails to *******@paw.com and *******@paw.com regarding my order but no reply. I have sent paw.com messages through their Facebook account but no reply. I have tried signing into my paw.com account to check my order status but upon attempting to access my account details, it goes into a continuous buffer and will not load any details on my account.

At this point, if I don't hear from paw.com within the next 24hrs, I will have to flag this as fraudulent activity and report accordingly to the Better Business Bureau and my Credit Card company.
