Please please do not waste your time with paw.com. They are not a genuine pet bed supplier, and it seems they entirely exist to scam you out of your money. I purchased a bed, the shipping company claimed by address did not exist, and I had to call them to convince them it does exist. Then the bed arrived and one week after unboxing it was still compressed in several spots, was lumpy, and sad. To top it off, customer service will dodge you, so good luck claiming any return or warranty issue. It's easy to advertise a warranty but I doubt they would honor it. I will be seeking action through my credit card or legal recourse if necessary. Please note that in the photo I am not applying pressure to make the bed look like this, just pointing my finger to keep the cover against the foam and provide perspective. The bed is barely 2 inches thick in that spot.

Edit to reply: I went through the portal, and it said final sale on the item. So I was not able to process the refund. I was really looking forward to setting up my dog with a high quality bed as I'd seen lots of positive reviews, but i find that it has been very difficult to get my return processed on a bed that stayed flat a week after unboxing.

Edit 2:

Refund is being processed. That was a bit challenging but I'm thankful that Joel and Francine came through for me. Because I don't have a printer to print a return label, they asked me to donate the bed to a shelter, which is a nice touch. Thanks for doing right by me, I will only update again if the refund does not process.

No customer service.

I placed an order on 9/30/22. Part of my order shipped and I found that the billing and shipping addresses flipped. Since I had to update both twice during the ordering process I should have known it would still end up wrong! But my $400 order was placed and OF COURSE the item was sent to the wrong address. So I called and no answer but left a voice mail that was not responded to. I then sent 2 emails on 2 separate days with no response and I've been calling back to back today because I'm off and need answers. How is this even possible to run a company like this? So, save your money, time and prevent the hassels! Hey paw.com... if you see this and would like to help me, please don't advise that I (or anyone) call your customer service or email you because you don't answer. Here is my order number - *******. In the mean while I'll just keep calling and emailing to create a physical record.

*Update*
The company emailed a response on 10/20/2022 saying the matter is closed though it was never addressed and I still don't have my things! They emailed me that the items were delivered but I never got them. $400 worth of dog bed and blankets! I'm so disappointed!

They take your money but dont call you back

I got the dog bed cover, which I tried and am still trying to return. I've left 3 VM messages but nobody calls back. They are deducting $30 to return the item.

I bought two of their beds, the runner and the original. I was going to write a review on their website, but when I tried to filter the reviews to see anything below 5 stars, nothing shows up - so I suspect they hide them and decided to come here. To be clear, my dogs love these beds and they look cool, but for the price, the quality is terrible. Everything is fine until you have to wash them. I do so according to instruction and they do not hold up in the wash (which is a necessary feature for a dog product that will inevitably get stinky). The black material that makes up the bottom of the bed disintegrates in the wash and leaves black specks all over your machine, on the floor, and embedded into the fur portion. After three washes the cover was so gross and gunky with the black specks that I had to throw it away. Additionally, the fur becomes less soft and more matted after every wash. I have blankets from Pottery Barn (or some ilk) that have the same vibe and feel as the Paw.com cover and have washed those things countless times without compromising the quality of the faux fur - so there is no excuse. Now I am in the weird position of having this foam bed, but no cover, and I am not sure if I want to buy a replacement cover because I know after owning two of these things that it is just defective in general. I haven't tried contacting customer service, to be fair.

I hate to do this but...

I absolutely love these products... here comes the BUT! BUT, in the last couple of months I have ordered several items, when they are finally delivered are great BUT orders that have been paid for are not sent, this is not a one off. The customer service people are next to impossible to connect with... One item took over a month to resolve (which FINALLY got resolved) and I now have another order that I made on September 30 that has yet to be sent and I cannot connect with customer service despite several phone calls and emails. It is a shame because I have about 10 items I have ordered in the past and love... This is no way to make or keep customers... I wonder what happened to this company? Initially they were great but now customers are ignored when attempting to get help.

ADDENDUM: I Finally got the problem resolved. It took my 3rd or fourth CSR to actually follow through, but this one figured it out right away and now we will see if it arrives. I do have a tracking number. C'mon PAW! I love your stuff but cannot support crappy service. Maybe they now are getting it together!?.

I didn't require the bed anymore, I bought for my very senior dog to make him comfortable, unfortunately I didn't need it anymore when they arrived. Sad. I asked to return, Was still in their boxes not even opened. Got an email saying they are not taking returns and to donate them and they would refund them. I did donate them as requested, it has been a month and NO REFUND OR NO ANSWER WHEN EMAILING.

SCAM

This is not a real company. And please do not come at me with the no responsive email. I emailed and got a generic response as to where the hell was my baby's bed. Nothing. Here it is over month later no bed. I had to call my bank for my money back. The company never responded to me requesting my money back. AGAIN BS COMPANY DO NOT GIVE THEM TIME OF THE DAY NOR YOUR MONEY

Worst Customer Service I have ever dealt with

Edit: (Jan 25) I never heard from this company until I contacted PayPal. I was emailed the typical response about shipping times an I told them then I no longer trusted them and did not want the bed. It was shipped out to me a few days later. I received the bed, opened it up to let it fluff up over 24 hours but they have sent the wrong bed. The one I ordered was 40" x 30" x 4". I received one that is 35" x 30" x 2". I ordered a flat bed but this one has a pillow at the end which is 4" but the rest of the bed is 2". So 95% of it is 2" thick only. Lumpy and so the cover is too large. Its very cheap looking if the cover does not fit snugly. It looks like a potato sack. I have contacted PayPal and want this bed returned. I do not trust them enough to send me the right bed. The quality of these beds if this one is any indication has gone down the toilet. My 3 year old beat up memory foam bed is better than this new one.
Finally had PayPal refund my money. I didn't need to send the bed back but gave it away.

Ordered a bed on Jan 1,2023. Says 2-4 days delivery. Today is January 11th and I have tried emailing them politely 6x in the past 3 days enquiring as to my delivery. Just tried to call and was put on hold for 3 min and then a recording came on saying there were no agents available. I immediately looked up reviews and found this page. I see no one else ever got through either. Fortunately I paid by PayPal and will now open a case for my money to be returned. A friend of mine however ordered two beds, two days after me and received them over a week ago. Me? No contact from the company whatsoever. IF they are drowning in sales at the very least hire a customer service agent to respond to emails or phone calls. WONT ever buy from them again!

So far I have not been able to get through to someone either. I purchased 1 blanket (order #******* for "Joel C" of PAW.com who keeps replying to these complaints here telling others they have not "given enough information") which came pretty fast BUT... Upon ordering, I noticed the receipt stated "Holiday Bonus - $30 gift card with order confirmation" so thought that was pretty cool. Bummer though - I never received any gift card or info about one upon "order confirmation' so waited for the blanket. Nothing came with the actual blanket, either. In addition, a couple of days after I ordered, I saw a TV commercial offering 20% off with a discount code ("paw"). I would like to be refunded 20% of my purchase ($25.80). So added that comment to my now SECOND email. Still no response. I have now additionally called twice (once at 6 am PST and once at 3:15 pm PST) but only got a robot telling me "no operator is available to help you". I, too, noticed the tag which said it was made in CHINA (I should have asked first) and it is a bit rough and wrinkled from the vacuum-sealed shipping. I was willing to look past these things but really want my discount and gift card (was MAYBE going to purchase another) but now with such bad customer service and ZERO response, I probably will not. If I had read these reviews before purchasing, I would not have bought either. JOEL C - go ahead and contact me at the info given on order #*******! Thank you.

I noticed the reply from Paw.com in the review I did earlier... laughable... they want me to "contact them". Hahahahaha... these people are unavailable by phone and do not respond to email. Plain and simple fraudsters... they ripped me off for $123. INTERESTING THAT THEY ALSO CHARGED TAX (that they pocket)... I WONDER WHAT UNCLE SAM WOULD HAVE TO SAY ABOUT THAT!

I wish I could give -stars SCAM

I ordered a dog bed from this company and it arrived within a reasonable amount of time, however it was not the bed I ordered and the quality was awful. I went through the process to return the bed and it appeared as though my return was accepted. I received a message during the return process that they will not be accepting this particular product back and that I would receive a refund and should donate it to a shelter in need. I would have preferred to send it back as I wouldn't donate something of such low quality to a shelter, however there was no option to send back (I still have this garbage in my house waiting to figure out what to do with it, landfill seems too good for it). I waited for my refund which never arrived. A month later I tried to contact the company multiple times to no avail and resorted to contacting Paypal to have the charges reversed. Ultimately this company lied to Paypal and said they had refunded me when they had not (how Paypal would believe them when I had no credit from this company to my account is unbelievable). I even filed an appeal attaching all of the relevant emails, etc and Paypal sided with the company again. This company is a total scam selling garbage products with ridiculous claims and refusing to refund customers within their own policies. It amounts to theft and you should stay as far away from them as you can. Paypal was also incredibly disappointing and I will not use them again. I used them to protect myself and instead they showed me that their policies are also untrue.

Had To Dispute Charge

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a blanket, my dog refused to lay on it. It smelled so strong of chemicals. I contacted to return it. First that took them 3 days to respond. I sent back on December 10th and they received it December 13th. I have tracking number showing where it was delivered and signed for by them! They have not refunded my money at all. I have called them several times, left countless emails, messaged on FB and sent several emails! NO ANSWER! They never call you back, agents are never available! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY A HORRIBLE AND JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY!

We ordered a dog bed on Jan 15th from paw.ca with expectation it would arrive within 2-4 business days. Our order date was a Saturday so I expected to get updated shipping on the Monday. Nothing. I gave it a few days as I thought it might take a few days to process, nothing. At this point the money had left my bank account (paid via PayPal) I tried calling to get an update, no answer. Tried emailing, no reply. Finally decided to look at reviews and found this page. I honestly should of looked at reviews prior to ordering but the bed we ordered matched our house more so we were dead set on getting one of these. I am now worried the bed will not arrive. If Paw is having troubles with shipping due to covid they should send everyone an email. Not leave them hanging especially when the web page says 2-4 days shipping. Good customer service goes a long way, and for how much these beds cost I'm sure Paw could pay to hire a few for CS representatives to help with customer inquiries.

Their products don't hold up and they do not stand behind them! They forgot to ship a cover with one of my beds and haven't been able to get a hold of anyone after many tries!

The only reason they have any stars at all from me is because it's the default option. What a scam. Shipped my Marley mist deodorizing spray which was 20 dollars of the entire order but I never received my waterproof throw which was $170 of the order. I have called 4 times, leaving 4 voicemails, and have emailed support 4 times. No response.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, DISHONEST CROOKS

Filing a complaint with the better business bureau and leaving as many negative reviews as possible because they clearly screen/pad their reviews since all reviews I had previously seen on their website and social extremely positive.
