I spent around $400 on two blankets and one bed. The bed arrived but the blankets never did. Their online chat and phone numbers are both down - they refer to email to contact them. I sent three emails over 4 weeks asking for an update on the blankets with no response. People post similar negative comments on their IG account and they all get deleted. I have escalated to my payment provider to resolve.
I I ordered a dog bed 2 1/2 weeks ago… Still have not received any shipping information all it says is waiting for details and I had to download some app called Shop in order to track.… I've tried calling with no success and now there is a automatic response that just says "goodbye". I have emailed multiple times and just get a canned response. Now looking at all these reviews I am frustrated and worried that I just spent $150 for nothing, will I even get my dog back?

There is no customer service. I have tried contacting them via multiple social media platform, email and the phone number provided. The phone number says the wait time is 2 minutes, but it just rings and eventually says no agent is available. I am so disappointed in this company. Half of my order did not ship. I think I am going to have to file a dispute with my credit card company because no one from Paw is getting in contact with me.

Edit: I have received my package 5 days later! Idk if the tracking label was just completely messed up, or something happened internally but I'm so happy I got it! I still didn't receive communication for paw customer service but the product I received was exactly what I ordered and I am so happy it's here.
Tracking said my package was delivered. Nope. I've tried calling the customer service line four times, emailing them- and absolutely no response. I've started an investigation with OnTrac and have reached out to USPS. I've never had a package stolen at this residence ever. This is a total scam and I'm disappointed. My sister has a large social media following, and my sister-in-law an account for her dog. They will be sharing about this so others can know.

60 x 80 is more like 55 x 75 inches which is disappointing. Smells very much of chemicals, so much i wouldn't let my dogs near it until washed THEN following the gentle and hang dry instructions left the mat incredibly clumpy and hair fell out. Do not recommend. Not even worth returning

I'm handicap and when they deliver they don't get it under roof which would be 3 steps more. Last time it's rainy and I have to go out a bring into home all wet and the box is soak. So I won't go out of my way to order from them. My neighbor offered his services.
I have had nothing but good experiences with Paw.com and their products. I have re-ordered the 3 pack of Marile Mist 2 times now, and I am customer for life. Some of the negative reviews on this site don't seem to be legit based on my experience.

I placed my order on 11/01/21. On 11/04/21 I got an email saying my product was "on its way."
I haven't heard from them since, despite multiple attempts to contact via email & phone.
Today I clicked on the "View Order" link in that email and was redirected to a landing page saying the site is no longer available.

They don't provide to tracking numbers or anything to keep track of your shipment. Tried calling, emailing and messages through Facebook but no response at all. I think I might have been scammed. BEWARE EVERYONE...
Well, I received one of my 2 orders but still can't get a hold of anyone to see when or even if I'll be getting my second order. I'd understand if the shipments are delayed, or stock is low but at least let the customer know why the products ordered being delivered. Customer service is atrocious with this company.

I did some research as always before buying ANYTHING advertised on Facebook. After coming across this site I became very skeptical of paw.com. A lot of the reviews here stated once you place your order they will ghost you while trying to contact them. So I called them and the picked right up and answered all of my questions and gave me a coupon code to boot. It's not Costco and their return policy is short but after receiving a bed and blanket it's pretty decent quality. It not real fur, but I knew that because I'm not stupid.

I bought three memory foam bolster pillows for our dog and for others as a gift and they arrived defective. The memory foam never expanded, and it is tough and uncomfortable. I've tried to get ahold of customer support several times over the past few weeks and they are unresponsive. I would like a refund but at this point I'm not optimistic that they will actually respond and resolve the issue. Extremely disappointed. Apparently there are many customers dealing with similar issues and no response from the company as well.

Ordered a blanket almost two weeks ago and nothing has been received. Apparently, it shipped two days ago but the link with the shipping information times out before connecting. After being on hold using their 1-800 number for a while, it forces you to either leave a message or hang up. Left a message with no return call. Also emailed them and received no response. Of course, they immediately charge your VISA. I regret that I did not investigate this company better before purchasing. I will attempt to seek a reversal of the charge through VISA. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

I finally received my order! And it's good quality! Puppies love it! Upgraded to 3 stars only because I still did not hear a thing from anyone at that company! No email, no call back - no one answers anything. Not good customer service. Really would like to order another PupProtector for our Rv couch but I do not want to go through this wondering if I'll get what I ordered or not and lose the $$. Not worth the hassle. Sadly a great product. My suggestion for this company is to hire someone to answer your emails and phone!

And don't say you didn't get them because one of them you answered asking my order #, even though it was in the subject line - after responding back I have heard nothing and sent several more! You don't answer your phone either! This company is a joke and I wish I had paid attention to the reviews! DO NOT ORDER from them! Reporting to Amazon pay to not allow you to be a vendor and in the works to get my money back.
I purchased a waterproof blanket 3 weeks ago believing it would ship in 2-4 days, per their website. I have reached out to the company several times with their only response being they can't get materials. In my opinion, if you can't, and know you can't, fill an order, don't accept payment. I would like to cancel my order but can't reach customer service. I normally never write a review but believe this info might keep others from being fooled by a pretty webpage.

I ordered from Paw.com on 13 January 2022 and my order has not shipped even though their policy on the site states they ship between 0-2 business days. I've tried emailing *******@paw.com, as well as left numerous voicemails and still no response. Their customer service line hasn't had a human answer any of the times I've called. I'm trying to cancel my order and get a refund, but their customer service will not respond. Be wary of ordering from this company!

This site is a scam. The blankets I paid for were never delivered even though the tracking said they were. My daughter checked her security camera and nothing was ever left at her door the day it said it was. I left several voice mails because no one ever answers the phone. No one returns messages or emails. Consumers beware.
We only received half of our order and have been unable to get in contact with anyone from paw.com for the past two weeks. We will most likely have to issue a chargeback on our credit card for fraud since they are clearly selling items that they don't actually plan to deliver.

I ordered Dec 14 and have had to contact them multiple times, most emails go unanswered. First time I was told my order would ship in January and they gave me a discount. Then I was able to get through on the phone after 5 calls, they said Feb 7. Finally got through on the phone again today and was told they forgot to ship my order and he'd make a new one - we will see if they ship and I'll update on the quality.
I understand there are product shortages but keep an accurate inventory and do not put items up for sale that are out of stock or on back order - I own an online business it's a simple process. The inventory management and customer service is greatly lacking. It's impossible to get an email back and so hard to get an answer on the phone. Shouldn't be the case because clearly their advertising budget is huge. This company needs to get their *you know what* together.
