That's a bummer. Because I am not going to buy any thing from them again.

Purchased the Chloé Atelier Des Fleurs perfume and the shipping took a few weeks, but the product arrived well packaged & intact. Very happy with my purchase.
All arrived in a timely manner. Pricing difficult to understand, gimmicky! One description of a product, shown as a pair in the picture, does not state that they are sold individually until the last two words. I would have not bought them if I had realized they were $20 dollars a piece, guess that was OpenSky's goal.
The board came with the wrong spelling of the last name. I tried to call but could only find an email. I need the gift for next Friday. Hopefully they fix their error and replace to arrive prior to 7/29. I'll change my rating if that happens but not being able to talk to someone concerns me.

I ordered two shirts from Opensky. When they arrived, they were flimsy cheap material with poor uneven stitching. I will return them and hope for a refund. Do not buy anything from this website. It's not worth it

Unit does not power on, does not light up, does not take charge. Instructions do not say if it has a fully charged battery in it, so when we tried to charge it nothing happened. Instructions only talk about the battery life. Was unable to power-on. Period. Waste of time, money & energy. Definitely will need to buy from the "Real Deals" Ie: Fitbit and the like. Shortcuts are a waste of time.

They responded with hat the company cancelled the order.

I placed an order for a Handbag collection, leather. Upon receipt, its plastic. Several attempts made to contact Open Sky with no reply. I decided to investigate further, and my "leather handbag collection" is available at Walmart for 5 dollars cheaper. It is true, you get what you pay for. This will be going straight into my Goodwill pile and I will NEVER order from Open Sky again. Best of luck

No return shipping address; difficult to follow return instructions, and then buyer is stalled until it is past their 14-day return policy, at which point they refuse the return. An item, which was "no longer available," was cancelled by them without notifying buyer. Worst buying experience I have ever had. I actually rate them as zero!

I have tried through multiple sites to contact OpenSky to NO avail. An order was sent to Ripley, Mississippi over two weeks ago. And I'm assuming whoever received my pants liked then enough to steal them. OpenSky has not responded to any of my attempts to contact them and I am extremely unhappy. So I'm giving OpenSky a very bad review and advise people to be be very careful in dealing with this provider... And I can't even get my money back! How can you when you can't contact the seller!?!?!?

Bait and switch. They list a price for a product on Living Social, you buy it and minutes later you get an email ad from Living Social with the same product drastically lower than what you've paid. Try to cancel your order within a few hours of placing it and you can't because it's "processing". You can't return some items because the sale is final even if you haven't opened it. Gigantic rip-off. Stay away from these jerks.

Opensky.com has to be THE WORST online company I have EVER dealt with. Placed an order in December. Got an email January 4th with a USPS tracking number. Here we are 12 days later, and that tracking number has proven to be useless. I've emailed them twice now, and gotten replies several days later telling me they are "looking into it". This is not the way successful businesses in the 21st century operate. Getting ready to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. I'll be damned if I pay them a cent!

Products do not get shipped in a timely fashion. I had to inquire what happened to my order before it even left it's city of origin. When the product came, it was a very cheap generic version of what was described... and broken. I shipped it back, was promised a full refund. That's the last I heard. I'm going to let my credit card company deal with this company.

I ordered a blouse that did not look the picture online. The sizes run smaller so I had to exchange it. Reaching someone to return was cumbersome. Then I had to call to find out where the exchange was since I didn't hear anything for 2 weeks. Finally another two weeks later I hit the replacement which still is too small on the neckline. Not worth paying for another return fee. In all, this website does not have quality merchandise for the prices they charge. Don't be tempted.

Buyer beware - buying through this site is not only painful and if you are on internet explorer, prepare for constant crashes when you access their order confirmations. Just filed a credit card dispute, plus dispute for non-delivery for merchandise delivered through USPS. Not worth the effort!
Please know that Open Sky is a selling platform for individual shop owners. So if I don't ship on time, etc., it's not Open Sky's fault, it's my fault. There is a message program for you to get in touch with your shop owner.
Please also know that many times a customer has ordered from me and if we're out of something and email them the day of the order, I never hear from them so it LOOKS as though we're not shipping but we're really just waiting.
I'm holding off on review - Thus far, I would not give the company from which the order was sent a high mark. Although the order was incorrect, what I did receive was very... well, chintzy. TINY stud earrings with no backs to hold them in place.
I will NOT use opensky again. When questioned them about two items I did not receive on an order, they sent me the same "clone" response a number of times. NO human interaction or help. So very, very disappointed. I would NOT recommend them at all!
