Great deal! Super fast shipping. I expected to wait a couple weeks for my items to arrive. This was based on my experience with other discount shopping sites. Actually received items in less than a week. I'm definitely going to continue using Open Sky.
Ordered an item for the first time from them, will never again buy any product from this site, or company. Terribly unprofessional. Tracking details not upgraded. Claims product shipped two weeks ago. Has been stuck in a town two hours away from where its supposed to be delivered. Have not received the product. Have processed a refund. Will be pleasantly surprised if refunded. Terrible waste of customer time.
Ordered some jewelry, wrong size sent, sent several emails to their "customer love" as they call it, not me, even sent them a post on facebook which they "liked" but never responded. I advise never to order from this company no matter how cool the item looks, because if you get it and it is not what you expect you will never get in contact with anyone there.
You never get the discount price, as they add additional charges so you pay lots more. When you call to complain they blame customer by saying it was time sensitive and your fault for not buying quickly even though price was wrong in the cart. Stay away. Scammers.

I wish I had checked their reviews first. These people are not only fraud but they are dumb. What's the point in running such business where you get 85% negative reviews and can not ship products that you charge for? And really surprised why this is google trusted store? I am going to report it to google soon. And disputing the charge with my credit card company.

After reporting it to google I could easily resolve the issue. They lied to google about the whole thing; fortunately I had the logs of emails that I received from them. I submitted that correspondence to Google. I am sure Google must have done strict followup with them. They not only readily cancelled my order by refunded the money back to my credit card within 5 days.
Ordered a personalized item so they say I cant return it. Problem is that they sent the wrong color. My order stated Copper. They sent black. And Ive emailed and tried to get this cleared up. But no answer!

I ordered a necklace from opensky in very early March. Was notified that their vendor did not have the item in stock and waited another few weeks before the shipping confirmation arrived via email. I checked the shipping info, only to find out that the item had been shipped to CA. I'm in MA! I have tried to get a refund, but Opensky keeps putting me off claiming they have to confirm with the vendor that the product was actually shipped to CA Seriously, Opensky? Give me back my money as I've requested 2 times now. Never again will I order anything from this company.

Recently purchased frome 2 different suppliers and had great experiences. The jewelry products were exactly as advertised, payment was easy and they each arrived quickly. Placed an order on September 3, for smart mini, purple with extra band. I still have not received! They have taken the money off of my Visa. Most companies will not bill until item has shipped. I have tried tracking the shipping=nothing. I have sent emails, they respond "We are checking and will get back to you in 2-3 business days. Same response on the next email. I asked they cancel my order and send me my money back. Gave me same response as last 2 emails. I'm contacting my Visa company and have them credit my account and go after this fraud company!

I ordered a bikini for an upcoming vacation with plenty of time to spare. I received an email stating my order shipped. A few days go by so I check the tracking number and it says the item was delivered. It was delivered... but to the wrong address in an entire different state. I emailed Open Sky and got a response saying they asked the merchant to reship. I have no heard any more information since then. They didn't offer a discount, expedited shipping, nothing. Now I will not be able to have this item for my vacation, the sole purpose of buying it.

I ordered two blouses in a size larger than I usually wear. When they arrived they were so small that a child could not have fit into them. I could barely get my arm in. Material was cheap! And sewing was bad. The chat response was quick and they sent me return labels for both of them. They will of course take out what they believe is the cost of mail to and from first though. Figured that would be high, But that was several weeks ago and I have still not received even a portion of a refund.
Now I see why they're so quick sending return labels. Probably so they could send the garbage on to the next person.
I usually check these sites before buying from a new place and this time I didn't lesson learned.

So I just got an email from Open Sky stating they have issued me a refund for the fitness bands I purchased and that they will be "taking measures" against sellers that do not ship promptly. I just checked my credit card and there is no refund from them, the phone call I got Monday of this week from a customer service rep stated that the bands would be here by Wednesday of this week or Friday at the latest. Apparently no one there knows what is happening either. What a nightmare! They have left me in a bad spot as these were Christmas gifts. Oh, and just to make it even more of a pain, I just reviewed the email and it could take up to 5 business days for the refund to be reflected on my card. Funny, they could take the money off right away, but giving it back will take 2-5 business days? "Im sorry" doesn't cut it at this point Open Sky!

Why do you have to be a shady site that pulls people in then change your pricing, and offer 75.00 credits in peoples accounts that you cannot really get. Even clicked on three different areas that said 75.00 credit, it only takes you to shop more. I won't give shady businesses my business, period.
And now the company sends a reply to my review. Please. Look at your ratings, you have a problem with the way you do business. It's marketing 101, FIX the problems, don't tell people to read up on how your 'points' work. It doesn't!

I ordered a Christmas present gave over $50.00 for it, when it arrived the USB cord cover was broke and the wires also. To date Dec. 30 still no response. They would be a great company if they would just comply with orders.

They really did not look so much like the pic. They are pretty shoes, but the fit isn't great. I passed on to my sister and she loved them. I have narrow feet. Really good price and received within short period of time.

The order says "blue" and I received a white lamp with a brown base. I only ordered for the blue color, which is rare and discontinued and therefore warranted the 25 dollar price tag. Open Sky's dealer sent me a brown lamp I could have ordered from Ikea for 10 dollars. I paid 35 dollars including shipping. This is wrong, and their credibility as a company should suffer.
The prices are definitely more expensive than you will find elsewhere. As someone has already suggested... do a Google photo search on the item you want buy. The prices are much more, because they charge vendors 20% fee on all sells... hence, vendors have to mark up items to make money! If you don't believe me, search for yourself. Even with the credits and sales prices, you will still pay more for the exact same item; a small business can not afford to offer their lowest price on a site that charges them 20%.

I made a bunch of online orders for the holidays. My first order was through OpenSky for a couple of products that looked neat for my father's milestone birthday where the family will get together and spend away. Well, I'll be attending empty handed for my father while everyone else's gifts which were ordered on Amazon and other websites have all arrived without any extra fees or rushes. My email inquiries to OpenSky have gone unanswered for over a week and a half. I finally received a confirmation that the order was shipped (again, over a week and a half later) and will not arrive until the day after Christmas - well guess what - I won't be home! Not only that - OpenSky's credit system is completely misleading. I had a "$75" credit and yet, only a small discount was applied to the product cost which was featured in their credit email. I can let it go, maybe. But not responding to emails and not sending packages out in a timely manner? What's going on over there?
